Do not use this shop. The mechanics do not care about your safety nor do they hold themselves professional to handle your vehicle with the upmost care. Besides brake more things on my vehicle they have almost caused my sub frame to fall out from under my vehicle. 3 of the 4 bolts that hold it in place are so far backed out I could place my thumb in between the bracket and bolt head. The 4th is now missing down the road somewhere. Further more electrical connections were not secured and wire harness were dangling in the engine bay. If you value the safety of your family DO NOT use this shop.

I had a very bad experience with this shop. The Communication wasn't good at all. After a few weeks I was told my truck was fixed. Paid $200 bucks, drove away to find out the truck had the same promblem. Me & the owner drove the truck, I showed him that the truck was doing the same thing. He said he wasn't aware of the problem. Left the truck another week. When I called a week later the truck haven't been touched. It's like I just wasted time & money. Definitely not good on diseal trucks. Be aware!

The owner, Daryl, is extremely friendly and runs a fantastic operation. This is hands down the QUICKEST I’ve ever had my car looked at & fixed. From drop off to pickup, everything was taken care of in just 3 hours. The price was very fair. I’m a first-time customer at Runyan, and definitely will be making them my go-to guys. I've been going to these guys for about 3 yrs now and the last two times I went the problems were not solved at all. He allowed me to ride off with my abs kicking on everytime I mash the gas pedal. Took it back to him and still got the same problem with my truck. Told him to make sure I didnt have any leaks around the engine as well. I just had another mechanic look at the engine which has a oil leak that wasn't even fixed like I asked Daryl to do when I handed him my keys to do the work. DONT ALLOW THESE CON ARTISTS TO DO ANY WORK ON YOUR VEHECLES!!
When our truck broke down, I called Runyan Automotive. I talked to Darryl (the owner), he gave me the name and number of a towing company. I was scared to drive it, the brakes were not good, and when pushing the gas it was sluggish. Darryl found the problems, 02 sensor, ABS sensor, and wiring harness. He fixed it in ONE day, and at a VERY reasonable price!! Darryl really cares about his customers and it shows!! You just don't find that anymore. If you want a great mechanic you can trust, you found it!! Call Runyan Automotive!! Thank you Darryl and all your employees!
These guys got the job done on time and under budget. My transmission went out and they had me back on the road in two days.
