Contacted Jimmy and Dena’s this morning to tow a vehicle. Told it would be after lunch until someone could get to my tow. Called back at 4:30 only to be told they looked at my address and didn’t want to work with my driveway? I was transparent about my location and told Mr.Jimmy what it was like before setting up the service. Very unprofessional to not call me back to let me know this… now I’m stuck finding someone else in a pinch and paying more for it. Very sad!

Great job! Jimmy and staff will work with you in a very personal way to get your car back on the road. My wife's car had deer damage and after the repairs were made, was totally happy with work

Had my car for six months “waiting on parts”. Found another body shop that could get them in a week. Bought the parts that had arrived to Jimmy and Dena’s that had arrived. Transferred them to the other shop and discovered that Jimmy and Dena’s charged me 42% more than the other body shop could have bought them. Accosted Jimmy and Dena’s and they said “we don’t get discounts”. Avoid at all costs.

I’m beyond impressed with the work y’all did for me on my Hyundai Elantra. Y’all even took the time to clean it which you didn’t have to do. From the bottom of my heart thank you so much..

very rude! doesnt know how to take constructive criticism lightly, if it wasn’t for the contract they have, these people wouldn’t have any service… if your looking for great service don’t come here! lied in reviews and said we needed two tow trucks, like we asked to even bring it to these people!!! service was horrible, seeing how they reply to rude reviews is ridiculous… next time instead of the police take it to y’all i will “take it to the senator”

It’s rare to find such a caring compassionate company. While yes they are a business and need to cover their expenses, they also are meeting me more than halfway on making sure my bill with them is not astronomical and still affordable for me to have my car back from their towing facility. I also know where I am coming back to when I have body damage fixed in near future! They have definitely shown me they are honest!! That is so hard to find in the work today!! Thanks again!!

Today I hit a hole in the cold rain. It burst both passenger tires. I called progressive roadside and they said 117 minutes. I cancelled them and called Jimmy &Dena. Best decision I've made today. He said about 40 minutes. I told my husband to leave work in ten minutes. Well before those ten minutes were up the wrecker was there . The driver was friendly and because my husband hadn't made it he offered us a ride. My mom recently had knee replacement surgery and couldn't get in the truck. The owner picked us up and took us home. If I could give 10 stars then I would. Absolutely top notch service.

Was quoted $400 to tow a car less than 100 yd to their shop. Had another tow company charge $71 to bring it across town to a different shop.

Fixed everything perfect on my 2017 Civic and on top it was very clean when returned. Not just a body shop replaced wiring damage caused by a squirrel.

Best Body Shop in the CSRA! Great trustworthy people working here. They have always went above and beyond with any vehicle I have taken to them, they also are top notch at towing! Thanks again for helping me out when I was in a bind.

Big pot hole took out my tire and rim 3 hours from my destination after driving 14 overall... They did everything they could to help me even as far as helping me un-tetris my SUV packed for my move from Texas including two cats, just to get to the buried spare tire. Just to get me limping the last 175 miles I had to go to sign for the closing on my house that I haven't even received the keys to yet. I'm at my limit and they've been very kind in my situation. If I was staying local, they'd have a lifetime client with me. ❤️

Had my car looking pretty good again and like new

I dropped keys off at the shop. They were the wrong keys The tow truck driver call and said he couldn't get in the car. The car was in Warrenton ga He waited for me to come from Thomson to bring another key! So that was wouldn't be charged for another tow. Still , couldn't get in the car but, he got it back to Thomson for me and to the shop. Appreciate you guys. Thanks!

I had some odd paint damage to my truck and they professionally explained what may have happened and they completed the repairs quickly.

Charged 195$ to tow a 200cc atv a few miles but other then that once they got there money they were quick and professional for the most part

They did an awesome job on my vehicle, and it looks good as new! The date that was given to me for pickup was right on schedule! I'm definitely using their service from now on, and highly recommend them to anyone needing repairs or body work on their vehicle!

If I could give them zero stars I would. The only way I'd recommend dealing with them is via your insurance company. They towed my car and overcharged me for things they didn't even do. They charged for cleaning debris off the road but my car didn't have any broken glass, lights or mirrors. Then they charged me two storage fees when my car stayed only one night. I'm still thinking of suing.

Everyone there was friendly and courteous. They did a great job on my repair and returned my vehicle spotlessly detailed. I highly recommend Jimmy and Dena's.

My daughter hit a deer in the area . Or the deer hit her LOL. The deer got up and ran but her car was completely destroyed . Are insurance company provided six different tow companies come and tow the car . We called the third company which was Jimmy and Dena's body shop at about 2:30 an. They went to get our car in the middle of the night and towed it to their shop. After talking to one of the guys at the shop they told us some fictitious information about Towing our car away, and the fact that we would never see it again. It was all bogus information. Our insurance company came to pick up the car and took it to one of their facilities totally debunking everything the guy had told us. In my opinion, don't believe what you hear at the shop listen to your insurance company first. They also charge $35 per day to keep your car

I was recommended this place but I will not return. I only wanted a quote for some work done on my car. The environment was not friendly whatsoever. When I have to approach EVERY person and greet them so that they will notice me, then I know that place is not good for business. I am not sure if the people working this day were having a rough day but that was my experience and I will not return! I want to feel taken care of by a business and I felt more like an inconvenience. There is more to my story but I will not share publically so I do not throw anyone under the bus.

These guys were willing to drive 20 miles and pull my truck out of the mud for less than the guy that's 1.3 miles down the road. Only took them 10 minutes and they were very professional. I recommend them!

These guys go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with the results you get to your vehicle. It's well worth the 30 minute drive we drove to pick up our truck. Jimmy and Dena's, two thumbs up. Great bunch of people that's friendly, great communication with their customers. You won't go wrong here, I promise.

I got great service and the body repairs that were done on my truck is excellent! It only took them 4 days to fix it. Also they matched the color perfectly. Definitely will use them again I need anything else done.

Jimmy did a great job on my van. He worked well with my insurance company. Van looks brand new, had it detailed and ready for the weekend. I would highly recommend Jimmy and Dena to everyone.
