Do not trust this place. My bill came out to $850 and when I ask what the services I was charged with, they refused to tell me. I have no idea what cost what was along with labor. That, to me, is sketchy and they refuse to give me a proper receipt. In addition, since my car was at their repair shop for several days, they took personal items from my car, such as two wireless headphone, jumper cables, two usb connectors, some phone chargers, and some of my art supplies. I signed no waivers so they are fully responsible. When I called to tell them I had things missing, the owner didn't care and said he'll give me a call back. It's been over a week since I have heard anything from him. Clearly it's not of importance to him. Do not trust this business. Go else where that will give you proper service.
Joe quickly diagnosed my problem as a faulty alternator. Joe was kind enough to run me to the parts store. Joe got me back on the road in almost no time. Very fine person. Very fine work. Highly recommend. Won't use anyone else in Hamilton/Columbus
Rhodes Auto Repair was dispatched for our RV tires through our insurance policy and called to make contact within just a few minutes to make sure of our location and to touch base. Is great to hear from a real person after dealing with the roadside service app. They showed up soooo fast! I was super impressed. I think it may have been father and son. Very nice team. They were very informative and explained everything to me that they were doing as they were doing it. Its always nice to have men that will be kind and willing to educate women since sometimes you won't get that type of communication. It kind of felt like I had friends come to help and I just met the 2 of them for just a few minutes.

Never have I called and they had what I needed. They overcharge for diagnostic tests that advanced auto would do for free. Their lock out service is a joke. $100 for him to travel 2 miles to unlock my car in less than five minutes
Was the only shop I could find to work on my truck with a three on the tree shifting column. He did great work and got my truck road ready after being parked for several years. Fair prices and good communication.
Was very helpful when my emergency brake cable broke !!! Even came knowing someone else was trying to help !!!! Was on the way as soon as I told him my location !!! Very nice !!
I've been using Rhodes Automotive for ALL of my mechanical and towing needs for at least 20 years! It is a locally owned and ran establishment. The mechanics really know their stuff! They are always on the lookout for what is best for the customer. I have encountered some of the very best customer service I've ever received at Rhodes Automotive. I would highly recommend the shop to anyone!
Ripped me off with a riduclously high bill. I should have been charged $4 per mile and they charged $17.50 per mile for a 10 mile tow. Then charged for 2 days storage when the car was only stored for 10 hrs. I asked for a correction on the bill, but they would not help.
