Got work done on my Prius. Very expensive work. Drove the car off the lot and the lights on my dashboard were turning on. Took it back to them and they told me there was nothing they could do. So I took it to a dealership and I was told that the place I took it to had hit a wire while working on it and it would now cost me $200 to fix that issue. I should have just come to the dealership to begin with. $1,000 for something that should have just cost $500 and now they messed the job up, refused to fix the issue, and now I'm out another $200 for what they did.
This place is a money grab. I do not recommend. Did work on my husbands car, broke something and then were told they “can’t fix it”. You mean you can’t fix what you broke for free in 15 minutes so you’re turning us away. Not to mention $700 on labor on a job that took them less and a day. Doesn’t seem to be “below the industry standard” to me..

Took my jeep in because I have a short draining the battery, charged me $96 to tell me it sat over the weekend and started fine, however, if I miss one day of not starting it the battery will be dead, do not waste your time hare
I stopped in to find out why my AC suddenly quit working. The folks at Ross Automotive were courteous, professional, fast and friendly. Prices are reasonable and they didn't hit me with any unexpected mystery fees. Overall it was a decent experience. I'm happy and satisfied. I would definitely recommend this shop to friends and family!
We’re from out of town and our water pump failed late on a Saturday after normal business hours. Car was fully repaired Monday afternoon, doesn’t get any quicker! Great communication, super friendly, and very reasonable rate. Highly recommend!
My AC went out and they managed to fit me in without an appointment and still had it ready the next day. They were super friendly and price for repair was better than I was prepared for.

Ross just helped me out of incredibly rough experience where my window was stuck and my dealership (Subaru) wanted to charge roughly $1,300 more for an issue that wasn’t even the actual problem. I’m so thankful for the integrity, kindness, and fair prices I was given here. I was updated on the situation plenty of times through the day. They were super communicative and had everything finished within one business day when it really could have been something that lasted a few days. I’m so grateful!!!! I will be going here for everything now
Ross Auto Repair is an excellent company. Their employees do everything possible to fix your car in a timely manner. This place is not good.
I took them a simple Fabtech 3” lift. It came with instructions. They didn’t use them.
Have a look at the pictures and see how my upper control arm and ball joint assembly was put together. The third pic is how it should be assembled. The first pic is how they assembled it. The ball joint housing should be attached from the bottom of the arm. How he did it from the top caused the ball joint to blow out.
The work was accomplished by the “boss.”
Be careful taking your vehicles to this business. The ratings appeared to be skewed and do not accurately reflect their ability.

This is the last place you would take your car to be repaired, they are rude, clueless and dont complete tasks asked vof them. Then are no help when there is is a problem with the work they have done on your vehicle.

I have no idea how these people are getting all these good reviews. They must be fake! I had my vehicle checked and was told I needed a differential replaced, which is expensive. Then, I went someone else and was told it was just a cv axle. So, it looks like I was being taken. They were rude to me when I went there. Also, the receptionist Maria seems a little sneaky.

My family and I have used Ross Automotive for YEARS. We loved Mr Tommy, and Raymond has the same work ethic as he did. The entire staff are knowledgeable, kind, HONEST and fair (pricing). I was recently in Miami Beach, and the radiator blew in my van, and I had no clue who to call. I desperately reached out to Raymond at Ross Automotive, thinking he might know what I could do next. I have never had anything less than a 5-STAR experience at Ross Automotive. I have been taking both our vehicles here for quite sometime. I only wish I would have started doing it sooner.
