I often get damaged parts they they didn't check when they were returned. Purchased a power steering pump for an accord that I've had to warranty twice due to low quality parts. Prices are generally higher than anywhere else in town, and they've swapped to a call center, so when you call you speak with someone that can't lay hands on the parts you're looking for. Look elsewhere
Their service is terrible. I purchased a starter from there and they did not want to honor my warranty and they also would not even give me a discounted rate. I had my old starter and they said it did not have a core charge on it. They wanted to charge me $249 for a refurbished starter and $179 for a new starter. That didn't make any sense The new one was cheaper than the refurbished one. They wanted me to pay over $200 for another starter and my starter that I had on the counter in front of them looked brand new but the model number and everything still on it. They did not want to take it because they had changed their name from the Wright brothers to the parts house. They tried to say they could not pull up the information where I had purchased it. But they saw all the other purchases that my mechanic at Scooter Auto Repair had purchased. I say to all the mechanics out there, don't purchase anything from them. That was the third starter I had to get. My mechanic had to go take the first one back it didn't work and they had to replace it the same day he bought it. Now that one stopped working almost a year later. They want honor the warranty now. The lady manager that's there with the long hair. She didn't even have time to come and speak to me. She was too busy flirting with one of her vendors. Her employee asked her to speak with me and she walked out the door with the guy. With customers standing at the counter needing her help. The girl told me that she could not do anything but she could the manager. She didn't give a darn that I needed her help. She's worthless for the company. need more employees that's willing to help when they know they can. I felt like none of them cared that I was even there. I will never go back, I hope they close the place down. The old owners were better with customer service than these clown's.
Excellent professional help when locating needed parts for Toyota Camry Hybrid … they are resourceful in knowledge for best of the best in needed parts with pricing compatibility. Going out of the way to help with products satisfaction. Great group of folks.
Went to white bros and 3 guys was behind the counter one was helping a guy one was looking at computer and one was looking at a book i waited for 30 minutes not once did anyone ask could they help me but every time the phone rang they would have time to help them but not me, if white bros was the only parts store here in Valdosta i would go to another town for parts, only rated 1 star because i couldnt rate 0, do not do business with these people take my word you will regret it.
I'd rather go here first before any other parts store in valdosta. If they don't have what your looking for the are more than willing to order. Depending on the part they can overnight for next day delivery
So great to have a place like this! You still get the experience of the other parts stores at a much more affordable price. I have noticed many of the parts I get here are actually better quality as well. And they really do stand behind their products with good warranties
