Tommy at Johnny's towing was great. I mean this guy had the best attitude and tried to help us as best as he could. He came right away. Didn't damage my truck and he was very professional. They have amazing service. I called to get a tow for my boyfriend. Were from out of town so I was just calling around blindly. Both the person I was on the phone with and the tow truck driver were really great people. They were clear on wait time and cost. I would call them again if I needed a tow.
My experience with them was very outstanding. My car stopped on me in the road and I called for a tow and the customer service was amazing. I wound up not needing the tow but Dan still stood by just incase. I've never ever had a tow company to do that for me. I would recommend them anytime

Man these guys get to work. I crashed my motorcycle. Johnny's pick it up, Stored it till I got home from the Hospital. Delivered it to house. Without no additional damage. Used Johnnys towing when it was raining very hard. Car would not start after topping off with non ethenol gas. I was towed to a repair shop for repairs. The problem was the starter or the compressor . Johnnys was excellent. Good service above the call of duty. Pricces good also.
Grateful for Jessy!!! Kind, wonderful, and got there as quick as he could and got me home safe! They answered the phone and was immediately helpful at 9:15 pm on Saturday when AAA couldn’t do anything and another place didn’t answer!!
Great experience all around. Owners not afraid to get out and make the haul at midnight if the situation requires. They care about their customers, and it shows each time their services are rendered.
Other companies may advertise 24/7 towing but Johnny’s actually answers the phone at 2;45am when you need help! If you break down in or around Valdosta, GA like I did, don’t waste time calling all the numbers in Google (like I did), just call this company. They came right out and the driver was very helpful in getting my truck to a shop and offered to give me a lift to a hotel. Very good experience in a rough situation. Keep up the good work “Johnny”!
I was so impressed! The lady was so nice on the phone even though it was a weekend. Dan, The driver they sent was very patient and informative. I’ve dealt with several tow companies in the past and this one was by far the friendliest. I already felt stupid for putting gas in my diesel tank but they didn’t rub it in. I will definitely be using them in the future! Thank you guys at Johnny’s Wrecker Service!
Jesse was absolutely fantastic. He arrived ealier than the estimated time to tow our Ford F550 and 42 foot toy hauler. He was able to hook up those huge vehicles faster than I've seen compact cars hooked up. We were on our way in no time flat. He did a beautiful job maneuvering through, what I thought to be, a tight squeeze in the parking lot. He had no problem working around the people who felt no need to park their cars in actual spots. Parking and unhooking us was a breeze. He made everything look so easy. Although I hope to not need another tow any time soon, I would love to be able to call him any time we do need one. If you ever need a tow in Valdosta, hope you're lucky enough to get Jesse.
Absolutely phenomenal service!! Called them on a Sunday because I broke down on the way to Florida on I-75 with a trailer attached to my vehicle. They were the only ones willing to pick myself, my kids and my sister and even my cats to the kia dealership and got into a hotel. David was very kind and helpful. So very thankful for him!! Also, the rate was not over the top, which I greatly appreciated. I'd give 10 stars if I could.
Car trouble right at the Georgia Welcome Center on I-75. Google search brought us to Johnny's Towing. Within 20 minutes the truck arrived. The driver, John, got our vehicle loaded, then looked underneath and determined the issue. He called the local NAPA store and brought our vehicle there. We bought the parts, John helped me fix the vehicle and we were back on the road after a 2 hour interval. I paid up, tipped him, then shook hands and left.
Later that evening at our hotel in Chattanooga, my wife gets a call. It was John checking up on us making sure we were okay.
This was above and beyond service. If you're in a pinch, call Johnny's towing.
Absolutely amazing service. It’s always refreshing to have someone that genuinely wants to help when you are in a jam & has a great attitude while servicing you. Me & my boyfriend broke down on the way to Florida around 1-2 in the morning. Had to walk to a motel… then dealt with our vehicle in the morning. Our driver picked us up from the motel so we didn’t have to walk. He did his absolute best to find solutions for us which was so kind of him. Also the fee was sooo low which is always a plus. If you have a similar experience as we did, make sure you tip your drivers!!

I initially called on a Friday evening to ask about potential rates to move my Dodge Dart from the Converse Lot to Mike & Son's repair shop. I get a flat price of $50, and we agreed verbally to that and to meet the tow truck next to my car around 8 AM the following Monday.
The tow driver was extremely kind and knowledgeable; he knew what the issue was in my car to allow it to shift out of park into reverse, and load it onto the truck. After the mile-long drive, he lets me know that I need to call the office again for the payment.
I call the office, and I initially am unable to hear the woman over the phone. After getting out of the way of the tow truck, I explain that I had agreed to a $50 tow and wanted to give my credit card information, but she said something incomprehensible, like "machine is down" or something along those lines. She get increasingly more annoyed and aggressive repeating herself while I couldn't understand her before hanging up on me.
The tow guy suggests he takes my credit card info or drive me to an ATM, and I just give him the credit card info. He said I'd probably be given a small fee, and I said it was fine. At the end of the day, I'm charged $65, but the job was done and my problems were resolved.
Friendly initial after-hours service, friendly tow guy, absolutely wack office lady experience. I hope the review isn't personal, but it's just what I experienced. I'd give them a call if you're in a pickle :)
Man the best customer service you can ask for Jesse did his thing and went high and above to make sure I was in the best situation. The owner will help you if he can they really understand small businesses trying to survive out here
I had the pleasure of having Jessie as an driver he was very professional and a all around nice guy. He was suppose to be to me in 90 minutes but got there in 45 minutes. He also gave me a lift to the Pilot which he did not have to do. I don't know what I would've did without him. Thank you very much Jessie !! Keep up the great work.
Broke down in the middle of the night on the highway while traveling to Florida with my kids. The driver picked us up and was able to safely get us to a great auto shop. Super friendly and great communication to let me know when the truck was near.
We had a pretty scary blow out coming down 75 with our infant daughter. We called several tow companies trying to get to town and Johnny’s was the only service with a pretty immediate response time. Our driver Jessie was super helpful and kind. He drove us to the service center, then back to our hotel and even made a few dining recommendations. Would highly recommend this company and their top notch service and drivers. Thank you Jessie for getting us out of a sticky situation! You guys rock.
Asked Jessy for a block of wood to put under my trailer tire to adjust “difficult” tandems. He was at the One Trip in Willacoochee, GA towing a bobtail and out of the kindness of his heart he helped me without hesitation. Very professional and wonderful! I will be recommending him and Johnny’s to US Xpress for any future issues with our tractor trailers! Absolutely excellent!
