Rich is an awesome guy! We were on our way to Florida when our tire completely flew off! Rich’s towing was called an he arrived within minutes towed to his shop gave us a quote on how much it would be before any work was done! Omg Rich is Amazing, I broke down with majar tire and issues in Valdosta , Ga . I was headed to Orlando and Rich got me back on the road in no time . The courtesy is unmatched and the prices are very fair . If I lived anywhere near this city he would definitely be my personal mechanic. I recommend this shop to anyone.
me and my family were heading back home all the way to indiana and a check engine light came on the dash we looked up the nearest mechanic and he had us in and out in less then 30 minutes very nice customer service and great people
Rich came recommended from a friend and I quickly could see the reason for that! He was very prompt when I needed a wrecker and charged me reasonably as well! Had him do the repair to my vehicle and he kept me informed on the cost of repair, answered my calls(or quickly got back with me), and fixed the issue I was having and saved me a few hundred dollars in labor and parts. Great guy and straight forward and to the point! My engine stalled right off of I-75 due to a failed alternator. Next morning I called Rich and he promptly came and towed my car to his shop and had a new alternator installed within an hour. All for a fair price! Rich is very professional and honest and would recommend to anyone!
We were stranded on the side of the road. Our water pump went out coming back home from vacation. We were still 4 hours away from home and we called rich and he came out himself to look at our truck and towed it to his shop. We was a great help and a very nice guy. I recommend this shop to anyone that needs something repaired in their vehicle.
Recently drove from Dallas,GA to Orlando, FL. Had a nice trip but on the way back the worse happened. I had just passed the state line and was close to Valdosta when my truck started overheating. I pulled off to notice a bunch of water on the bottom side of my motor and assumed it was just a hose for the radiator. I called Rich as he was the best advised mechanic near me. I was instantly greeted with the best service and understanding. He then took me to his shop and proceeded to do a pressure test. As it turns out it happened to be the water pump. He then advised the best local hotels and drive me and my wife to the hotel. After that he proceeded to keep me updated with information on the water pump and the truck. He also threw in some anti freeze and oil as my truck was in need of both. He was very gracious and caring for my situation. Unfortunately it was a bigger problem than the water pump so rich proceeded to work with me on what he could not fix financially and it was nothing short of excellent!!! Thank you rich for your wonderful service and knowledge even though we had to tow it back to Dallas he helped with every little detail from towing to new engine recommendations. Thank you Richard I recommend highly if you are in the area.
My car broke down on the interstate on the way up to Atlanta. It is always a scary situation when breaking down out of town. Rich was able to put me at ease. He went out of his way to find the part and fix my car early the next day and save my holiday. He was able to park my car in a secure location. He even picked me up at the motel when done with repairs.
This man is a straight crook, his son too. They put a motor in my car and over charged me. I paid for brand new headers got used ones painted over. His son used the money to buy parts for his car. Paid for heater core replacement and they left the old one in there. I trusted that they was stand up guys and they ripped me off.
This guy is a life saver! My alternator went out Wednesday night, I called him Thursday morning and he came right over. He towed my car in at about 11am, said he'd have it done by 2pm, and it was done by 1pm. His price was only about half as much as what the dealership wanted to charge, and the part that he gave me has a lifetime warranty. I will be going back to him for any repairs I may need in the future.
Would definitely recommend! Was very fast repairing my car and answered all my questions without trying to up-sale me. Very personable and broke down my car’s issues in a way someone with no car knowledge like myself could understand.
Rich got my 2007 Gmc Yukon running good like a brand new SUV with a new engine. I drove it home from Valdosta, GA to Danville, AR with no problems. Will deal with again.

Not only was Mr. Eddy professional, but he showed genuine care and concern for my well being after my accident. Worst shop in Southwest Georgia!! No honesty, integrity, drinking alcohol while working on customer vehicles! You want a quick fix? This is the place! And will take parts from another customer car & put on his or your vehicle for a quick profit!
