AAA Company they were called. Our tire had fallen off on 75N Atlanta from Florida and William came and hooked it up in the pouring rain in moments and took us right to a tire place that fixed it within half hour 45 minutes tops got the parts and we’re back on our way to Atlanta. William was professional, friendly, courteous, and a pleasure to have come to our rescue.
My row guy was awesome, I was in a bad spot and her went above and beyond to ensure our safety and he was patient I’m Forever grateful to the him. The slim guy with the beard. He’s funny and my Bad situation better. Thank you
Charlie and the crew that works here are unnecessarily nice! My car unfortunately wouldn’t start and got towed while I was visiting Georgia, and these guys took care of it. Their kindness has saved me so much with the stressful holidays. I can’t recommend them enough!

Called for a tow to auto shop because battery wouldn't hold a charge. Guy was here within an hour. It goes downhill from there. Vehicle is under carport & the driver insisted that we push the vehicle out. The tow driver is elderly; my husband & I are over 60. I'm not gonna pay $85 for an in-town tow & push the vehicle up the drive. It's been over 30 minutes. I just want to call someone else. This is ridiculous. Will never use this service again. I've had vehicles towed from this carport before. Never had a driver request that we push the truck out manually.
I was told to meet at the tow yard within 30 mins with it being outside of hours. I was left waiting over a hour, should be more urgent in/outside hours.
A-1 and they’re especially the tow truck guy ( I think he said he was “turtle”, anyway, they will know which guy I’m writing about.
A-1 sent a truck operator who went way beyond anyone’s expectation for taking care of us. “Turtle” was his nickname as I recall.
Our class A motorhome died in front of Prince Chevrolet on North Valdosta Road at 4pm on a Friday. We had roadside assistance insurance and went through every option, promised, others taking money and not showing up, rejection, and lots of we will be there in 90 minutes….blah, blah….anyway, let focus on A-1.
Finally by 1:00AM, we contacted A-1, all they said was “we will be there, pay us before unhooking”
This was a very complicated job as our motorhome is 25 years old, has air brakes, air suspension, sits very low, we had a lot of work to get to where we could tow….hunting and finding hidden air bleed valves to release brakes and more.
Bottom line, he stayed with us all night finally getting us to an RV park and out of danger, we both saw the morning sun. If you could have witnessed his determination, you would be impressed!
I know that this is about A-1s “can do” attitude and the drivers care to do everything possible and finally got us to safety.
My wife and I are so grateful for A-1 getting the job done and I can’t say enough about “Turtle” the driver. If the name was different, he will now be known as turtle inside the company.
My car was stuck in a bad spot in my friend’s garage. The tow truck gentleman responded quickly. He went through two quick things to see if there’s any reversible problems. When that didn’t work, within five minutes he got in my truck loaded up on the tow truck and carried it to the Service station of my choosing. He was very friendly and courteous. The staff were very friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend them.
Waiting for over four hours and I'm still actively waiting. Called the company, inaccurate timeframe by hours even after they passed the first two estimates.
We had Chase help us with getting our SUV out of a MUDDY ditch and we are so thankful and grateful. We are not local and were visiting from FL for a wedding and got stuck in the road leading to the venue. we and AAA called SEVERAL towing companies, all denied and wouldn’t help us at all. Weren’t even willing to come out and try. But A1 did and Chase accepted the job!. And Chase kept trying and trying and trying despite the circumstances and was able to get our vehicle out of the muddy ditch. IN the dark and wet rainy and muddy road. I’m forever grateful. He is the reason we get to be back home in FL tonight instead of staying the night in our car because no one else would come to help. THANK YOU!!!!
Amazing customer service! On our way to Florida, we broke down on the side of the highway and needed to be towed to a safe location to jump our car. After 4 hours, and two guys attempting to tow our car - turns out they did not have the proper equipment for our bmw and broke our two tire rods and the rack that connects to our steering wheel. As upset as we were, the manager, Alan, went above and beyond. He towed our car to Daytona (where we live) and took care of the bill. A horrible situation turned into the best case scenario. Best customer service we have ever experienced.
Please do not use these people. I called at 8 am to get someone to help open my car doors. It's almost 12pm and no one called or responded. So I called back trying to figure out what's going on and the lady answered the phone after I explained the situation that they could've told us that they take all day. She saysss " well ima cancel that now and you can find someone else to do it.! They is RUDE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Then when o tried to call back she didn't answer the phone! Very unprofessional!
Call A-1 First. They will deliver. Called 9 towing companies. They refused to pick up our truck. A-1 had it hooked up and delivered within hours. Good price. Good driver. Good office. Thank you A-1
Would NOT recommend. We contacted this business at 11:30am to pick up my car from Valdosta. There was absolutely no communication, my husband called and the driver told my husband that he would be at our location no later than 2:15. It is now 2:30, we have not heard from the driver at all, my husband made another additional call to the driver to get a update, driver says “I am getting ready to head that way now” We told him not to bother, we would find someone else. We called another wrecker service where they said they would be glad to help us within the hour. Communication goes a long way. We have now spent hours sitting stranded in a hot vehicle.
Horrible service called them at 4 driver said 30 mins then I didn’t hear back from them the rest of the day. Would not recommend them. I called to see where the driver was and they didn’t even answer. Just simply unacceptable now I have to wait to get my car repair when I had already spoke with my mechanic.
Had friend used them initially for just towing for a lexus suv that was not currently running, towtruck driver said "well we have a mechanic shop want me to take it there" they did. We'll they had the car for 7 months! 7 months! and could not find what was wrong with it! (Cause they never looked) besides getting money! Friends got fed up and took it to a shade tree mechanic and he found out it was a unplugged connector only making partial contact! I mean they couldn't look after 7 months. And they never call to let a customer know what's going on either. FIND A BETTER MECHANIC ELSEWHERE
After using my Honda warranty a1 was contracted out to tow my vehicle which is a 2021 Honda accord sport in mint condition. I requested a flatbed because I felt that would be the best way to avoid damages to my car during the tow. Lindsey was the driver of the tow truck and I asked if she wanted to turn my car around instead of backing it up onto the truck (esp with it being sport I know it’s lower in the front). . She insisted on backing it up and as she done so I heard the worst noise ever.. my car was being scrapped on the ground. I immediately asked what are we going to do regarding the damage and her reply was that it happens. I asked for the owners info and she referred me to call dispatch in which I did and didn’t get any assistance from Jimmy . His response was you requested a flatbed right?? I’m like yes I did but that DOES NOT mean I should be subject to damage. Nonetheless I did a claim with AAA through the Honda warranty and sent in photos and repair estimates and the owner Alan sent in pictures of my car rim scratched(had nothing to do with claim) and he only offered $500 to repair my car when the estimates were around 1100 . DO NOT use the company for anything as the drivers are careless and the company doesn’t know what accountability means.
Broke down on 75N and all other tow companies could not assist. This company came without long waiting time. Got me towed and allowed my companion labrador retriever to ride with me. Reasonably priced and very nice personable driver.
They towed my 45 ft. Motorhome when no one else could. Bill and his co-driver worked on my vehicle getting it ready to be tow for over two hours. Pumping up the air bags, caging the brakes, removing the driveshaft. Because it has independent front suspension They to work extra hard to hook it up to the wrecker. They got it the service center. Thank you.
I don't write reviews very often but this guys are worth the time, just as they took the time to look after us when our car broke down and they came to the rescue.
Really amazing service, most humble and nice people I have dealt with in a while. The towing service was handled very professionally and they took the time to make sure we were looked after since the tow truck had to drive us around town to Autozone and then to a hotel later on as our car was dead and we had no choice but to leave it until the next morning to get inspected properly.
Special mention to Charli who inspected the car the next day and made sure to point us in the right direction with what was wrong with the car.
Needless to say I 100% recommend this place and their service.
These guys are top notch. They came all the way to the bottom side of lake Park to pick me up and took me to Smith tires to get my water pump changed. These guys worked with me when I changed my mind on where I needed it dropped off. I highly recommend these guys for getting you and your broke down vehicle wherever you need to be. Very fast very professional and very friendly. I enjoyed my 30-minute ride with the driver and wound up finding out we grew up in the same area of Florida. Again have no fear with these guys when you call them.
Had to call AAA today, and they dispatched A-1 towing. The whole experience with AAA ended up being a joke, but we were fortunate for John from A-1. After sorting out the AAA issues he responded promptly. He loaded the car and got it to its destination in a timely manner. He was respectful, and professional. Its hard to find good employees, and from my experience with him I hope you guys are able to keep him around.
Broke down on Innerstate 75 during a 4 month camping trip while towing a 21 ft. Travel trailer. A-1 towing came with two different vehicles to tow both my truck and trailer to two different locations and also return me to the campground after dropping off the truck. service was OUTSTANDING, John the driver was kind, courteous and thoughtful AND a VET. Thank you. The other driver also was very patient helping my husband get the trailer level and arranged on the campsite. Very considerate and helpful. Again, thank you.
A1 Towing has Completely caused thousands of damage to my 2019 e450 Mercedes Benz
after paying for the initial damage that they caused the tow driver damaged my car again bringing it back from Mercedes repair shop. To add they didn't even report all damages upon dropping my car off that needed to be fixed
The owner is immediately reading my messages and is ignoring most (Pictures will display such).
I'm sharing photos below however I will also be posting videos on my social page where I can display videos of actual footage of the damage Before and after caused by A1 towing I will also upload videos of what other workers had to say.
To add the driver that damaged my car had also damaged another vehicle ripping the rear view window off of a co-workers daughter car and was still allowed to drive per an A1 driver.
Live audio and video footage will be added to both of my social site of over a hundred thousand and a million viewers I'm sure that you all will see the proof In no time. I'll also add audio of what 2 workers had to say about the driver.

I had to file an insurance claim. I'm sure that I'll have to miss work, loose money and be inconvenienced from not having my car.
Nice workers, they were very professional and took accountability at first but when they damaged my car for a second Time the tables completely turned.

Awesome service. Blew a brake line on my truck on the interstate heading to Florida. Called them on Sunday got me in Monday morning at 8:00 fix my brake line and got me on the road reasonable prices. Had a nice clean waiting room for my wife with television air conditioning and free coffee and clean bathrooms. Cannot thank them enough to getting me in right away and on the road thanks again
I just wrote that last review. Your company almost hit my girlfriend with her own car while she was standing by her car. Your employee gave no warning before pulling that lever. we were very nice before that moment. We’ve had great experiences with you before but that employee was rude and unsafe. I will never use you all again after this. This isn’t me trying to “bash” your business or “come at you” this is me trying to get the facts straight and out there so people know what they are dealing with. I get that this was a misunderstanding between both parties but your employee was very rude and uncooperative to the point where he wouldn’t even talk to the property manager while I had them on the line. This was very unprofessional and your employee did not represent your business well. I wish your company all the best in future endeavors.

Really great experience with these guys. We made an oops on our road trip and put diesel in our gas tank. AAA was having us taken to a shop that wasn’t able to fix our car... so the friendly tow truck driver suggested A-1. They fixed us up quickly so we could get back out and on our way. Super friendly, thorough, and fair pricing. Highly recommend.
