Someone recommended this place to me and I’m so glad they did. When I walked in the lady at the front was so very friendly, she knew right away what I needed and thankfully had the part in stock. I inquired about another vehicle while I was there and she also had those in stock as well.. I commented to her that she knew a lot about cars. She is awesome!!
I have to say, I really admire the lady working at the front desk, she is very adamant about getting the right part to get your job done. I don't know what the company would do without her. Thank you all for your hard work. Sometimes (because this place offers great products with prices that you can afford,) the waiting times might linger a little more than what you anticipated, but be kind, they do their best to serve the community.

Prepaid for a part on a Friday gave them all day Friday to have it ready for Monday morning. They didn't pull the part at all on Friday and knew I have to travel to deliver the part. Service is bullshit, they don't care about your time you could be waiting hours or days for them to pull a part. I guess they don't work in the rain also which was an excuse for them not pulling the part Monday morning. You work in an salvage yard that means working in all weather!
One of the best used parts places in the city. I had to buy an alternator brand new was $200+ bought one from here for $65 + plus. Saved me a good bit of money, but had to wait a couple of hours for them to pull it out. Overall though well worth the wait.
Kathy is always rude and very unhelpful whenever I call for parts. Their parts prices are also absolutely ridiculous. They wanted $110 for a used cv axle when I can buy a brand new one for $120. The other employees are usually friendly, but Kathy is always awful to deal with
I drove from Gainesville Florida because Ms.Kathy was polite, price and listened to what I needed..Due to staff shortages she said "possibly" Friday if not Monday...she said she would call either way.
She called Friday...and I picked it up...That women knows more about Automotive then most guys ..5 's all the way...Thank you. Customer for life.
Been here before to grab interior bits and bobs and body panels, they have always been nothing but nice and respectful and very helpful to me, but they need to get there front seat situation settled, they only have one person working the phones and during peak hours it's very difficult to get in contact over the phone. I'll admit this has frustrated me before, but Im also understanding of they're situation. Thanks for all your help over the years
Went there for a part, took almost an hour from the time the guy left to get it for him to come back with it. It literally takes less than 10 minutes to remove. And he pulled it from the wrong year (I already knew what years fit and told them that). Was told to wait and he would be right back- 20 minutes later he still hasn’t come back. I finally grabbed my old part and left. Wasted a sixty mile round trip plus over an hour and a half waiting. Sad. I remember when this was the place to get quality used parts with great customer service.
I have visited this store a few times and each time I am treated like a burden, they are super slow about helping me, I’m made to wait for a very long time.
The seem to be understaffed and /or poorly staffed. The employees have been very unfriendly each time.
I do not appreciate how they handle their business here. And one time when I visited they gave me the right part, but the wrong model.
Also, if you don’t call ahead and ASK them to SPECIFICALLY pull the part, they will make you wait a very long time
The owners are great. I needed parts for electric windows for my Ford Fusion. They had all of the parts in stock. The window regulators had to be removed from the vehicle at their location. This was done while it was pouring rain. The prices are very reasonable and GM Auto Salvage parts come with a warranty.. GM Auto Salvage pulls the parts for you. I have purchased several items from them over the past 5 years.
I have had opportunity to buy several parts now for my Buick LeSabre from GM salvage and I cannot recommend them highly enough. The owners are straight and to the point, likely because they are always busy, but extremely helpful and courteous. I certainly will be doing much more business with them in the future. It’s great to have people in business, in your own area to treat you so well.
The single most ignorant woman I have ever met ! Tried pricing parts 10 dollars more than the new ones ! When I showed 2 separate prices from different places that were only 1dollar different she said hers were still 10 dollars more I should buy my stuff there! I mean how ignorant do you have to be! There's allot of salvage yards like ctv you pull it with good prices and better attitudes I'd rather spend my money where it's appreciated
Been using this business for more than 20 years, the prices are pretty much in line with the competition. They usually have the parts that's needed and if they don't they can find them for you. It's easy to see and access from the main road..
Every time I have gone there they are always rude and condescending. The pricing is extremely high for most items. I can buy new/aftermarket bumpers for half of what they want for rusted used bumpers. In the past 7 yrs anytime I have gone there looking for anything I have left annoyed and disgruntled.
I went from 5 Stars to 3 Stars For a recent visit and was qouted A price for a part, Not disclosed,, I've always called them even as my day as a professional In the repair Bussiness. When I got there the price changed because " the pull guy said he had to remove the "not disclosed" to get to my part. a switch..! Mind u I work on Cars,and I have mine ready to take off in the parking lot and replace . 15 20 min. (Without to removal of Said Part "Pull guy" !

I called several times for a part. Before the got the deposit for the part they were very nice. After I paid the deposit they were extremely rude and never called me bk as promised. I always had to call them bk.
Prices are almost retail for used parts with no real warranty. You have to pay up front and wait for your parts to be pulled ( that's the worse). I've personal pulled parts in half the time it takes them to do it and for these reasons, I will not return. Not even if they are the only people in Valdosta to have the vehicle in question. You'd do better shopping the internet or taking the drive to Cox in Moultrie. They're 70% cheaper and you can either get your own parts or have them delivered
I called and they said they had the part I needed. When I got there we went and got the part. They were organized and polite. There seemed to be a lot of regular customers. I'll go see them again.
I'm a first time car owner and the lever that adjusts the seat broke so I went. I had a gut feeling it was the wrong part but I went with it stole 10 bucks and didn't even let me replace or return .... They all have attitudes and I waited 15 minutes before getting "helped" save your money they don't know what they're doing.
Bought a transmission from them. Apparently they don't test their parts before they sell them. Spent a day taking the old transmission out and two days putting the new one in to find out that it doesn't work. Do not waste your time or money giving them your business.
Great customer service, they had the part I needed for a restoration project I'm doing ,I drove from Florida to get it and then found more good parts I needed, everyone was very friendly This is a great place to get hard to find parts for a reasonable price.
