Everything is always easily accessible at Napa and you typically already know what kind of service you’re going to get before you walk through the door. I love that about NAPA. GREAT BRAND AND RELIABLE
Awesome people. I rolled in with a broke down car and no tools 1000 miles from home and by the time I left they had made sure I was good to go even though it meant getting me a ride to a competitors store to find the exact parts I needed, and lending me tools to fix my car in the parking lot after they had closed. Couldn't be happier. Thanks

The guys were super helpful. They had the parts I needed and said if I needed anything else to let them know and they would stay late to let me stop by and pick them up. That is the kind of service you don't get anymore!
Unfortunately I didn't catch their names but there was two gentlemen in there at the time , that helped my husband and I with our generator, gave us some tips and advice, great job thank you :-)
Everyone was very helpful it is a nice place to be you get what you need in a timely manner all the employees are very professional I am grateful the store is in our neighborhood

The fella helping me with my honda..cuz someone DIDN'T replace transmission fill cap..is an asset to your store..from on the phone, and in person..he helped us get back on the road, got us a cap for temporary, and sent us to the dealership.

Our trailer tire hub was broken to pieces. Blake helped us out in more ways than we could imagine. Even a local mechanic was there to help us get it fixed. Blake was a good guy and knew exactly what we needed to fix it. Got it done in 2 hours. Fantastic place to go to for any auto needs.
These are my Home Town Crew. They are always Professional and Friendly at the same time. Very Knowledgeable in their Craft. Very good inventory on hand also.
I called ahead and asked if they had a piece I needed, they had absolutely no idea what I was talking about so I broke it down and explained and they said they had it. I get up to find they don't have it and that the part I was asking for did not exist so I asked him to come look at it himself and he refused. Then he started getting aggravated with me for something he couldn't understand. Will not come back ever.
Walked in and was greeted right away. I needed automatic transmission fluid, and the employee showed me exactly where they were and confirmed the type I needed. I was quickly checked out and loaned a small bore funnel for filling the ATF fluid. Fast, friendly, and inexpensive.
