Jared is the man! I needed a socket that the store didn't have so he let me use his personal set there. I've never been to an O'Reilly's that didn't have great people and people like Jared are why I am an avid customer. Thanks again Jared!

Went in for a jug of oil for another truck and left with working license plate lights thanks to Mr. Jay! He was highly willing to help me and went above and beyond the call of duty of working at O’Reilly’s. I dealt with Mr. Jared on the oil and he knows autos very well and very seasoned vet with parts.

Stopped in with a misfire on way back from vacation. The assistant manager was a huge help getting the parts and tools I needed to change plugs and a coil in the parking lot.

I happened to need a jack while the story was extremely busy. The assistant manager Jared was on point with every customer! Handling phone calls, looking up parts, running the register, installing brake light bulbs, you name it. Just multitasking like a king! In the middle of all that, he was touching base with every customer, letting them know they would be attended to as soon as possible. I listened to him give very knowledgeable advice to each customer every time.

My 2019 Nissan Rogue was sluggish & sounded as if it was struggling to start. I was told by a friend it was the battery. Bulmaro working the front desk offered to test the battery for me. He also ended up testing the alternator & the starter to make sure the problem was the battery. It turned out the problem was the battery. Jared, the assistant manager, assisted in helping me decide between the battery with the 3 year or 4 year warranty. He took the time to explain the difference in the two. I ended up purchasing the battery with the 4 year warranty & Jared installed it for me. Both gentlemen were extremely knowledgeable & helpful. I appreciate both the time & patience I was given by these two.

We are traveling nearly 24 hours from FL to IN, and along our travels a caliper bolt loosened and came out. We limped over to this Oreily’s and we are all glad that we did. Jared has exceptional customer service, helped us out during our very stressful situation, and even offered for us to hang out in the store to stay cool if we needed! Mega friendly and a peace we needed in the moment. If we were local we would absolutely support this location! Thank you Jared for all of your help!

Terrible customer service from a man named Sidney. I purchased something but it did not work so I returned it about 20 minutes later. Sidney had checked me out originally so I walked up to him and explained that it didn’t work. He looked like he was doing something on his computer so I waited patiently. However after waiting many minutes I realized he was completely ignoring me. I asked if he could help me return it, and he said yes, but then continued to ignore me and walked away. Meanwhile 2 other customers were helped by another worker. Finally, I went to another person for help and they had me checked out within seconds. I really don’t understand what his deal was.

I needed some wipers for my car and shopped at O'Reilly's in Lake Park. The prices were comparable to other car parts stores. The difference was the service I received. Luis was not only friendly and helped me find the wipers I needed, but he also installed them for me and did it with a smile! Thanks, Luis!

21Nov24. No one greeted me or asked if I needed help finding anything. The guy at the register seemed unhappy and annoyed, also was short with words. Their sign in the window was a disappointment and misleading , stating ask about military discount. Which I did ask and they don't honor it with a purchase of oil. I think that's strange because every other auto parts store I've been to, honors it.

The gentleman that came out to check the codes on my car and my battery was very polite and didn't try to push me into purchasing anything. I was by myself with my two kids, and I appreciate not be haggled!

Recently, I pulled into this O'Reilly's in an emergency stop due to the alternator going out in the vehicle I was driving. The gentleman who assisted was Jared. He went above and beyond to help get me back on the road. He and the other guys ordered an alternator from another store, only to find out the part in the box was not what was supposed to be. They ordered a new one to arrive next day and even suggested a shop that could work the job in that day and even made sure the part was delivered. Bravo, guys! They are serious about their job and not just there for a paycheck.

A shout out to a deserving parts technician. I recently purchased a head lamp for our Ford Edge. Orielly Auto Parts Lake Park, GA is our go to. I was served by OREILLY employee "Terrell." We have always been greeted with cheer and smiles by the personnel. Terrell had the part, and it was priced competitively and fair. Terrell offered to install the part. He was very knowledgeable, and it took less than two minutes to install. While there, another parts technician was assisting a lady with the installation of a battery she had purchased there. I also had the benefit of meeting someone who knew about my vehicle as Terrell also owns a Ford Edge. Terrell is knowledgeable, a good communicator, patient, articulate, and took a short minute with me to answer other questions I had concerning my Edge. As long as this type of service continues, we will do business with Oreilly.

If I could give zero stars I would. Rude ignorant employees that seem bothered to help customers. I was told if a part didn't fit(oil cap) I could not return... vehicle was in front of store and they said if I went out to make sure it fit .. I buy it even if it's wrong?? Will no longer rely on O'Reilly's.

Lauren is the BEST...I came in as a disgruntled Jeep owner in just getting back my Jeep from dealership after 2 1/2 weeks with a BAD battery...She put in my new battery and patiently listened to me rant. She was professional and customer service was top notch. Give Lauren a RAISE!!!! Thank you and God Bless

Hunter, the store associate, here is amazing. He knows so much and is incredibly helpful. I came in with my back up camera and music system not working and he fixed the loose fuse, he easily could have lied and said I needed a new one but instead he went above and beyond to help me.

These guys need to be trained in Customer Service. We had a battery emergency and were able to arrive 10 min before they close. We ran into the store to purchase the battery and requested assistance to replace it since we did not have the tools. The attendance said they could not because they were going to close in 5 min. We kind of understood but then I saw the three guys just standing there waiting to clock out. Just hanging out inside the store.

Was suppose to hold a part for me, didnt. Then was told the part was in Madison Florida almost an hour away. I asked if they could ATLEAST call and ask the store down there to hold the part until I got there I was headed straight there. The lady assisting me said that would be no problem at all. I drive all the way there and was told not only did no one call but they just sold the last part in there inventory. Will never use O'Reilly again. Was a regular customer until now.
