Hunter went above and beyond by delivering a part to us as we were stranded in I 75. The store does not deliver; I can understand that. He didn’t have to either but we are so thankful for people like Hunter. May God bless you, Hunter.
Excellent customer service and great price for a new battery tender. I was looking for the Deltran Jr for my motorcycle and they had it for $41. Some places want double. It was convenient, local and actually an upgrade from my last one that burned out. Thanks!
Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very helpful! They will put on wiper blades for you, and do some other things like that at no charge. Great place to get your auto parts.
Needed better wiper blades and had no problem getting what I wanted at a reasonable price. We had a hurricane come through the area a few weeks ago and as I live in the country, losing power meant no power for well water. Took large containers into town looking for a handout and Dave helped get get the water from their faucet. Grateful for their neighborliness. 👍👍
I was given the wrong brakes for my car then when I called back they told me I would have to drive to Valdosta to get the ones I needed and I would get 4$ refund which was not true the mechanics wife had to pay $12.96 difference and when I called back I was told ole opps I'm sorry bout that!!!!
Save yourself a bad experience and go to NAPA right next to this store. Staff in this place treat you like you need them and they are doing you a favor. Worst service I've ever had from an autoparts store.
The staff are friendly and helpful. One dude in particular with the Chevy pickup is super awesome. They gave me a weird look when I asked for bread sticks though. After a little convincing, I eventually got my complimentary bread sticks with my purchase of oil and a filter. I can't say I can recommend the bread sticks. They were black and tubular and tasted like rubber. I've never seen bread sticks like that before. Sated my appetite nonetheless. Probably just stick to what you know, O'Reilly's; auto parts.
Shopped for a brush with an extended handle to attach to my hose. I plan on washing the exterior of my home. Found it and the manager was very helpful. Even recommened a soap that looked like it would do the job.

Really glad I was able to get into the parking lot this weekend. As everywhere else parking wise was full. With the honey bee festival going on. Staff were very friendly and helpful. 10/10 buzz's
Went in the other day for zip ties and a couple of other items. They 2 guys working were nice and helped me find the items I was looking for. Store shelves were stocked nice and neat.
Whatever Hahira O'Reilly Auto Parts tells you double check at NAPA or an 8th grader. If you don't they will cost you money. I cannot stress this enough, unless you want to pay for a new system in your vehicle, DO NOT take any of the employees advice. A 1st semester auto technician knows more than the so called "been doing this all my life" geniuses.
Note: It cost over $1000 to fix the a/c because the wrong item was sold and guaranteed to work. My a/c system just needed to be refilled. Don't let your employees give advice unless they're currently certified in what they're giving advice about. You deserve negative stars.
Not helpful at all my car had a flat I walked to o Reilly to see if I could borrow a jack handle to take my tire off the lady at the register was very rude and nonchalant we don't have one you can borrow I asked if I purchase it to use could I return it. She said no. What happened to the friendly ppl that use to help customers out
Not educated on bulbs, sold me a reverse bulb (yes, back up light) when asking for a (orange blinker) turn signal bulb. After questioning twice, then going outside to change, another clerk came out and states, uh that’s the wrong bulb...Really?!?
Then quoting a $107 HID bulb...did additional research and I ordered it online (another parts vendor) the new bulb total price I paid... $26, tax & shipping included. Although, clerk said, “you won’t find it any cheaper no matter where you look.”
**Don't rely on “small town” knowledge...do your research and save your hard earned money. Customer service is “I’m here for the paycheck, not the customer.”
Most of the time it has been a good experience, had some rotors turned there recently and they were not turned properly and car would Shake violently upon braking ended up having to buy a new rotors. But I still paid for an improperly turned rotors smh.
The staff here is so helpful. I have visited twice now and Jessica and another gentleman always go above and beyond! I am so grateful for them and their knowledge because I can only imagine what the dealership would charge me. You will have my repeat business for sure!
I love O'Reilly Auto Parts in Hahira. They usually have most parts in stock or will have it delivered the very next day. Great prices & service. Don't bring your wife, cause the employees are very disrespectful, and employees will have inappropriate conversations while you wait to checkout because their to busy talking and or staring at your wife. Please go somewhere else it's worth to drive a few extra miles.
