Y'all I had an independent mechanic leave me with no brake lights and I have 5 babies. I was so scared for anyone to get hurt either us or someone else and so I called Hashira Automotive and Mrs Kelly told me to come in THEN. There was no hesitation or "you need an appointment" I got there and he got right to work. He told me there were so many wires unplugged and he wasn't sure what was going on...but he didn't give up! He kept going until he made sure me and my kids and everyone else on the road were safe with working take lights. And the price was exceptionally affordable!! I can't wait for them to fix my Dodge and I will never go anywhere else!! They earned my business for life. I wasn't just a dollar bill or another car I was looked at as a mom and a new customer! I cannot say enough positive things about Hahira Automotive Services. First, let me say that everyone is entitled to their own opinion, ideally shaped by personal experience, not heresy. I work on my own cars, but there are certain things I am not qualified to do, and I am very particular about who I trust to work on them. In my opinion, based on my experience, they have consistently met every expectation. From the moment you walk through the door, you are met with a smile and courtesy. Ms. Sandy and Allie in the front office are truly exceptional. They are not only professional and knowledgeable, but also compassionate and understanding, taking the time to listen, explain, and make sure you feel confident and informed. I have never felt cheated or manipulated. Their commitment to excellence goes far beyond simply providing automotive services. They have become a trusted pillar in our community, people you know you can rely on. When my family first moved to the community, everyone I spoke to recommended them, that says a lot. What helpful folks. They kept trying parts which they had to order and unwrap until the find the right one for my RV. The young lady was super helpful. She even looked up some blogs online to see what other were doing about the issue I was having. The price was reasonable and everything was handled quickly. I would return any time I needed service done. She also made sure the receipt was worded correctly and explained that protects the service records in case there's a recall or a warranty claim.
We had a tire going low on our trip to Florida. We looked them up, got there 20 minutes before closing time, and they took us right in and fixed it and sent us on our way. Very nice folks who we highly recommend.
These folks are great! I had a bolt in my tire this AM on the way to the airport. Showed up frantically needing my tire fixed asap in order to not miss my flight. They literally jumped right on it and fixed me up and had me on my way in minutes. Great service and great customer service. Thanks.
On Friday, 5/23/25, the start of Memorial Day Weekend my car decided to light up like a Christmas Tree. I was panicked and worried and had an appointment with another auto place the following Thursday. After some prayers and tears, I remembered Hahira Automotive so I gave them a call! Allison told me to immediately bring in the vehicle. They diagnosed it, repaired it, and even made last minute repairs that I was not aware of, and returned my vehicle to my by Tuesday, 5/28/25. I know Langdale Ford would have charged me my first born child for the repairs, but NOT Hahira Automotive!! Allison called, updated, checked in, was sweet AND understanding. God answered my prayers with Allison and Hahira Automotive!! THANK YOU!!
I had the worst experience with them. They don't know what they are doing! They call you and tell you they don't want to do the work on your vehicle. They over charge on everything! Please don't use them! I been told by a person that worked with them for 6 months said they were over charging. And he seen them over charge on a oil change because the person drove a long way from North Georgia. Charged this person $600 don't cost that much! They will also break a few things on your vehicle if you leave a bad rating. I found my a c not working. And pudger sencer broken on My 2002 f 150 truck. They are. Not worth taken you viecicle to.
While on vacation our Subaru broke down and was towed to Hahira Automotive. They quickly diagnosed the problem and searched extensively for the part. They kept us informed and performed the repair. They went above and beyond helping us find a place to stay and in all aspects. We felt like we had a friend over 1000 miles from home.
Great place.My husband and I was traveling back from picking up our daughter car. It needed water pump at 4:30 pm in afternoon. We took it straight there. They diagnosed it within minutes. Overnight water pump since not in stock anywhere. My husband dropped me off at hotel and the sweetest and kindest lady- Ally picked me up next morning to take me back. It only took 2-3 hours and I was off to work. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Great crew and service. Trustworthy and honest. You can’t say that about anyone in this world anymore. Please check them out if you need any type of service.
We experienced a blowout on our travel trailer heading north on I-75 just past Valdosta around 5pm. Pulled off at Cecil, put on the spare and saw that the other tires were looking pretty bad. With 300 more miles to get home to Atlanta, limped to a little campground just outside Hahira to spend the night and made the decision to replace all 4 tires with new the next day.
A little Google search showed that Hahira Automotive opened at 7:30 the next morning. Anxious to get on the road, called first thing in the morning and a wonderful lady named Sandy answered on the first ring..."we have 2 of your size tire on hand, bring it in right away, I'll make a spot to park it and we'll get started with those 2 tires while you head to the Valdosta to find 2 more at Walmart, Tractor Supply or Camping World. We'll get you back on the road quick."
When the tech saw how bad the rim from the blown tire was deformed he did a little rummaging in the back and found a used one of the correct size "you can have it for $10 ".
When we returned with 2 other new tires they already had the first 2 done. While they worked on the next 2, Sandy recommended we walk the dog through the beautiful Fancy Girl Gardens next door which turned out to be a real treat.
Thirty minutes later the job was done and we were on our way.
Nice people, efficient, friendly, eager to help, fair price. Made a big impact for us and left a very positive impression.

Brought my 2015 Subaru in for a clutch and flywheel replacement. These guys had my car ready for pick up within 24 hours.
No issues with the car even after the break-in period for my aftermarket clutch kit.
Outstanding service and expeditious maintenance with reasonable price! I will definitely be utilizing their services for any future major repairs and maintenance.
Had a simple job and wad told they could do it and have it done that day. 2 hours later they called me saying they couldn't and they hadn't even started. I was not happy about it and the waste of my time to drop them off and told them that. I wasn't rude and did not curse. I was then told to pick up my parts and not to come back. Terrible customer service and the girl at the front desk was very rude.
Reply: I did tell you once I arrived about the one screw that needed to be drilled out to remove the brake rotor. It is not a hard thing to do. If you tell someone you can do a job and get it done by a certain time then that is what you should do. I understand it what time it was and that it was a Friday, that is why I asked. I did explain that the spindles were from a honda fit and that they needed to be pressed out and the new ones pressed in. The spindles were already removed from the car so it really does not matter that they were from a fit. Overall hold to your word and when you don't and someone expresses there frustration, accept that and apologize instead of being rude and losing a customer. It's your business so do what you want. I just will not be coming back.
We were on a road trip to Chattanooga when our car started having issues. We came to the shop because it was the closest and Ally, Sandy, and Lawrence were kind enough to diagnose the problem and help us get the car safe enough to head back home. Super friendly people can’t be more thankful we ended up here!
Staying in town to help with disaster restoration. Got a cracked rim and a flat tire. They helped me even when they didn’t have power. Absolutely wonderful folks super nice and accommodating. I would absolutely recommend these people for anything and everything automotive. I’m moving to Valdosta and they have earned my business forever for life
Wonderful, fast service. We had an issue with loose battery cables and went to get them tightened, only took 10 minutes and no charge.
We were driving from south florida to ohio, shop was a life saver.

Unbelievable! I took my truck to them a few months ago was told a certain price ended up being over $100 more because they're employee had to look for the part instead of picking up the phone and calling and asking where it was at was reluctant to use on my second time but did to fix the brake master cylinder we're going on day three they've had my car and this is after a 2-week notice and they supposedly ordered all the parts because this is my only transportation to work and when I called today the lady said there's always Uber yeah that's their damn office staff a joke.. I will never take my vehicle there again if I ever get it back since we're going on day three now for a break line...
I'm active duty military, and my property was stolen at this location. I initially thought a technician misplaced my belongings when exiting the vehicle. The owner showed me a video of her technician pulling my headphones out of my center console and putting them on his lap. The owner immediately went on the defensive and blamed me. I checked my center console when arriving at my friends house a couple miles down the road. He has doorbell footage of me searching for my headphones immediately after leaving the automotive store. The lady at the front desk also charged me 100 dollars more when I checked out. The only mistake I made was choosing this establishment. The best part is my ability to give them the benefit of the doubt, and yet my integrity is in question by the owner, when shes a fraud and liar. 840 dollars for a tire change and another couple hundred in stolen property. I guess you could call it a hidden fee.
I'm not sure yet on five. I had to wait for mine to be finished. They got done with my car early. I did not have a way to leave and come back or take me home for a couple of hours. I had to sit in the waiting room. I was trying to be nice and just have a casual conversation, and the lady with blonde hair seemed to be upset by anyone not working there talking to her. The older one has blonde hair. She was so cold in the way that she spoke. It was almost as if she was too good to have a conversation with anyone, "Just rude." But my actual car is so far so good. So that is all I really care about is that the issues with my car is fixed, and so far, I have had no issues with my car, and it sounds a whole lot better. So for that, I thank you! If you fix the car, but you're not a very human customer service kind of person. That's all I really care about anyway we don't have to be friends.
I used Hahira Automotive to service my diesel pickup truck. They got my truck scheduled for service the next day. The work was completed quickly and they called me when the truck was ready for pickup. The labor rate was fair. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again to service my truck.
We started using Hahira Automtive when our regular mechanic in Valdosta closed their doors. My wife and I have multiple cars more than 10 years old, so it's very important to us to have a regular mechanic we can trust. Hahira Automotive was fantastic! Sandy and Ally at the front desk were always prompt, accommodating, and straight up with us. A couple times, what we thought was an issue either turned out to be nothing or not something they could do, in which case, the situation was thoroughly explained to us (big thanks to Fred, as well) and we weren't charged anything. When we moved away, both Sandy and Ally assisted us with our Uhaul rental and made the process as easy and painless as possible. I'd highly recommend Hahira Automotive to anyone. I hope we can find another shop like them in our new area. Thanks for everything!
They found the problem quickly and gave me an estimate on repairs. Explained what all was involved for a correct repair. This is my fourth time of going for repairs on different vehicles. Always been very satisfied with their service. Will continue doing business with them. Highly recommend.
I stopped in to have a tire repaired. And I spoke with Sandy in the office and explained to her what was going on with my vehicle and how I was traveling and Sandy was the most helpful person that I have experienced in this world. I explained to her what was going on with my vehicle and she told me not to worry about it and she had one of the technicians take care of my tires with no problem I would recommend the Napa Care Auto center in Hahira Georgia greater than a five-star Auto service complex. My Wife’s Left control arm broke on her 2012 Hyundai Santa Fe. It destroyed the axle, ballJoint, wheel bearing, and brake rotor. We have always serviced the vehicle since New at the Hyundai dealer. They quoted me a price of more than $4000. Hahira Automotive did it for less then $2000. Best part is it only took 3 days. The girls at the shop were extremely helpful and communicated frequently and with great detail. We live in Hahira and my neighbor suggested the shop. We are now customers for life. Great Job!!
What a wonderful experience! I was traveling and had stop for emergency service. The ladies in the office were wonderful and made sure I was able to get in for repairs and back on my way. The service men quickly diagnosed the issue, replaced a part and had my car running better than before. I was back in the road within about an hour. This place is a gem!!! Bravo and a big thanks to everyone that helped me today!
This is the worst mechanic shop that I have ever used in my entire life. I felt racially profiled and discriminated against. The car that I had fixed by this company came out worse after they worked on it. One of their workers broke a part while attempting to fix on the car and had the audacity to say that I needed to be responsible for fixing it. Also, they received money when I attempted to pick up the car and acted like the car was drivable. Well, when I got in the car, the steering wheel was stuck and wouldn’t even turn. When I proceeded to ask the manager why, she stated that they don’t inform you about areas that you haven’t requested them to check. That means that they were expecting me to drive a car where the wheel wasn’t turning. That’s lack of care and professionalism to your customers. Before I picked the car up, she told me the only other thing wrong was the censor. However, nothing was mentioned about the steering wheel being stuck. All she said was “well you drove it here like that.” That right there let me know that they were an iffy business. How can I drive a car to you with the steering wheel stuck? If it was stuck when I had it, then I wouldn’t have been able to drive it. Moral of the story: only use this place if you’d like for your car to turn out worse. Sadly, due to this place of business having lack of care and concern …. I’ve had to get my vehicle transferred to a better, more reliable, automotive shop and also get a legal attorney involved. When I told the new automotive shop about how I was treated, they stated that they would make sure not to refer this mechanic shop to anyone. Even the tow servicing company that I used told me the place that I was transferring my car to was much better. With this being said, steer away from this place.
We were stranded 230 miles from home and 200 miles from our destination. Allie was most helpful in getting us to their location. Once there, Sandy was extremely helpful and easy to work with. We picked up the needed part on our way to the shop and Sandy immediately pulled Newton, one of their mechanics, from the car he was working on to help get us back on the road. Unfortunately, the part we picked up on our way was wrong. Newton and Sandy figured this out got, us the new parts and got us back on the road. The entire process took less than two hours for which we were most grateful. This was the first day out on what was planned to be a weeklong tour of antique cars. Sandy, Allie and Newton saved our entire vacation.
The professionalism and courtesy shown by the shop is noteworthy. I would highly recommend them.
Was in Hahira visiting my grandparents & upon inspecting my tires before getting back on the road to travel home to Baltimore today, I noticed a bubble on the side wall of my driver's front tire. My grandparents have been going to Hahira Automotive for awhile & recommended I take my car to them. I was in & out with a new tire on my car within 30 minutes. The owner himself did the change. Everyone was VERY friendly & empathetic to my situation. I highly recommend them just from 1 emergency visit.
Yesterday, my car was broken in interstate 75. It was pouring and we were around 6 hours from home. We started looking for an auto repair. We were advise that this place was the closest. We arrive 10 minutes before closing. They were able to help us . They were very kind, comprehensive and instructive. Prices are very good for their great service. We recommend 100% this location. We arrives home safe thanks to them.
