Went there just today. A young man and a young lady were in the office nobody came to the window that my friend and I were standing at. Finally my friend knocked on the door and the woman at the desk asked in a very rude voice what did we need. i felt like telling her we needed her to act like she had some sense. The customer service there is not present. When you want people to do business with you, you need to act friendly and be glad to see them especially when they have done nothing to you but be kind and ask you a question. So Im gonna say they/she was very rude. Needless to say we left.I do hope if and when we ever decide to go back the lady will have practiced learning good customer service skills. Because lord knows she needs them.
Like come to East Dublin places because the owner Keith Hall and the ladie miss Christy is one nice people it's don't long at the place East Dublin and the pay right on the spot
Very rude 1 of the operators dented my truck I tried telling the lady at desk I got attitude then another guy came up and said it's cosmetic and ask me what I wanted him to do about it.. never using this place again!!
Absolute thieves over loaded trailer and truck full of mowers push & riding car parts and fridges plus more all steal and got that I only weighed 1100 pounds of (TIN) for a whopping $ 46.20 never again I'll go elsewhere no more getting ripped off there
Employees was very decent but the owner acted as though he was raised with no manners and head in his assistant very disrespectful if that's how you treat customers I feal sorry for your family if they ain't afraid to leave because of the steroid rages from this muscle monkey
