Visiting Ft Benning and had a bad bearing. We were referred to Waverly Hall Auto & Tire by a friend of the family who lives in Waverly Hall, and they did not disappoint. They fit us in on short notice and we are headed home in fixed van, and at a reasonable price. Highly reccommend.
I call the place at 12:00 to see if they had time to see about an exhaust leak before I drive 10 hours back home. They said they could at 2:30. I show up at 2:30 and they tell me I’ll have to make an appointment for next week before they’ll even look at it? so why even tell me to show up at 2:30? Poor communication
Been using this shop for a little while now. Every time I take my vehicle here they take great care of me and deliver on time. Most recently I took my Mustang and they went out of their way to take great care of it while it stayed overnight.
Started having tire trouble while out running some errands. Popped in and they quickly fixed a patch on my tire and got me back on the road again. Clean waiting area and very friendly staff. Fair prices.
I appreciate them looking at my tire and did not charge me. Lol, i thought i had a nail in my tire and turns out it was just the head of one broken off between the treads
I decided to try Waverly after giving too much money to the dealerships and Mavis. I got new 35's, brakes and rotors, and an oil change for $200 less than the big shops. I'll be coming back.
I bought a Lemon ? here. They sold me a car that had serious issues and they told me that the car was in great shape. I spent $4000.00 to keep it running. Be careful!!!
Called yesterday and stated I had a leak in my tire and was told to arrive at 9. In by 9 and out before 10 with repair. They were so friendly, it was clean and reasonably priced. Definitely recommend !
The lady was very friendly and helpful. Had my vehicle brought in for diagnostic. The mechanic called and said that it needed brakes and rotors on the front due to bad wheel bearings and all three had to be replaced. They wanted $1100 for labor plus parts. We had the truck towed home. I decided to pull the front wheels off to start repairing it myself. Just to find that all it needed was the wheel bearings replaced. The brakes and rotors were in good condition. I will never use or suggest them ever. The mechanic was not happy when I brought it home and I can see why!!
They had me in and out within minutes getting a new trailer tire, great service except for the front desk girl asked me in front of other customers for my debit card pin. Wrong wrong wrong.!
I had a power steering and air conditioning problem with my daughters' Subaru. They were great to deal with and kept in contact with me through the entire repair. Class act for a fair price
Stopped by to get a quote. No one was available to speak with me. The girl behind the counter was very sweet. She took my info and assured me someone would call me in a day or so. It's been two weeks and I haven't heard from anyone. Wanted to keep my money local as I live in Waverly Hall but I'm traveling all the way to Macon Friday to get about $2k worth of work done. Won't give them another chance at my business.
I paid to have two problems repaired. They only fixed one of them. Also they did not honor their quote that they gave me. The actually price for the part was doubled. Turns out they didn’t even fix any ways. They probably do great work for tires. But not actually repairs. Definitely not happy
I left my car thinking the several repairs would take a while. It was done in an hour. I thought they did everything but they apparently don't do exhaust work. They fixed everything else though and told me exactly what type of exhaust work I needed.
Fast and friendly service! Much better doing business with a local company than the big corporations. I didn't think they'd be able to get my truck done in one day but they did! Less then one day turn around! And now they have a customer for life!
Always a fair price and excellent work done. They explain everything you need and don’t try to give you anything you don’t. I drive from Columbus, Ga to get my vehicles serviced here.
Really great place to get mostly anything done on your car,truck or tractor, and the price is good and all the guys are going to be trying their best to make sure that you leave happy!
Now known as Waverly Hall Auto and Tire (7667, Waverly Hall, GA 31831) Were known as Hart's Truck & Tractor Repair at 41 Ridgeway Rd. Waverly Hall Ga. Terribly expensive and unproductive. Had to take my truck to Fowlers in Phenix City to get it fixed. Ronnie could only make empty promises and his crew was too inexperienced to do the job. And then I was charged for parts they showed me I didn't need. But in their support they can change tires. Other than that I feel I was Cheated and Lied to. With paperwork to prove it. Told me they would call when the alignment machine part came in to do my alignment...MONTHS PAST...AND STILL NO CALL. It is now Jan 1, 2017 and still have never heard from anyone. Not that I thought I would.
