Andy & the guys do great work! They also do insurance claims. But the best part is the classics! You want a classic car or truck restored or even modernized, this is the spot! It's like a drool over car show daily!!!!!!
They do first class repairs and restorations. They have an excellent group of automobile technicians that specialize not only in general repairs, built also Restorations and any type of customized work you request.
After talking with them for months and coming up with a plan, I dropped off my truck for some work at the Offroad shop. I dropped it off in January and deployed to Afghanistan, giving them PLENTY of time to regear, powder coat and do a high steer on my Toyota. I was due back in April and was assured it would be done. I was extended in combat until July and I let them know.
They continued to assure me it would be done.
Bottom line they had every excuse in the world why they didn’t do the work I asked them for. They powder coated some parts and outsourced the third members for regearing but never installed them. That’s all they accomplished in over 5 months. Never started on the truck. All the parts were given to them so backordering was not an issue.
When I get the truck back without the work done I end up blowing a radiator ten minutes from the shop because it wasn’t being run and driven.
I do not recommend them.
They replaced some body parts that will have to be redone. Took my payment and did not do the work that was promised. Had to take them to court to get satisfaction. Would not recommend them for any thing.
Andy and Scott are doing a lot of great work. I was a small project and they worked me in. These guys are creative and do excellent work. Definitely worth the drive. The fabrication skills , custom engine swaps or full restoration is just another day at work. They had 40's , 50's, 60's, 70's and more projects in the shop. They also do custom suspension, four links, leveling kits and off road builds.
Andy & Scott are TRUE knowledgeable professionals when it comes to RESTORATION and/Automotive Repair. Truly impressed with the attention given to my inquiry regarding my 1 Owner (original) INTERNATIONAL SCOUT II RALLEYE.
Currently have dealt with 2 other SO CALLED RESTORATION PROS.?¿¿ Minimal results.?
If you need custom work or crash damage repair, Cross Roads Classics & Customs is the only place in the West Georgia or East Alabama area that you should go. Andy and his team are top notch, and very knowledgeable.
