Wow! I have so many great things to say about R and G towing services. To start, I was standard an hour away from home, calling up every tow service I could find. R and G was the only one that answered the phone and picked me and my car up in under an hour. Also the driver, Roy, is the kindest man I have ever met. As a woman, being stranded and having to catch a ride with a towing service you’ve never used before can be frightening, but Roy took great care of me and my car. He made sure that my ride was at the car shop so I wasn’t stranded and even gave me advice on buying another car. What a kind man!! I would recommend R and G Towing services to anybody in need of car help!
Had a tire disintegrate while pulling a 15 foot flatbed trailer with no spare and driving on interstate through south GA. Though it was very dark and very late in the evening, Roy was extremely generous and helpful to get another tire and even changed it. He used his 18 years of experience and knew what to do, right where to go and who to call. Roy even called twice afterwards to make sure the tire was holding up and to make sure I made it home okay.... after I continued to travel for 3 more hours. Great Job!
I really appreciated how fast and professional the service was. Despite this being a semi long distance haul — Roy and his partner did a great job with communicating with me; this was my first time in a situation where I needed a tow and they made it very smooth at a very reasonable price. I would recommend this company to anyone 10/10 !
Really quick help, and absolutely great customer service. Waited for AAA for 2+ hours, and when they cancelled Roy was there in 30 minutes. Dropped the car off at the dealership and then dropped us off at our house. Thank you again.
I keep forgetting to leave a review, but didn’t want to bc Roy truly saved the day. I was mid-roadtrip when I became stranded with my young daughter. He was incredibly professional and quick to change the tire. I highly recommend his services!
I was stuck in the red mud in Hamilton Georgia ,delivering packages for Amazon Flex on Friday Dec 05,2025 ,Roy came out and pulled me out of the mud my car wouldn’t go up hill or down until he came and pulled me out.This man got on the muddy ground got his clothes dirty and hooked everything up to get me out of the mud. I thank God for him taking a chance and risk getting me out,he work very hard to get me out and I thank him so much for the great service he gave and he told me 25 minutes he would be there and he was.I thank you R &G and thanks to Roy for a job well done ,this man when above and beyond great service I will be using you all again and I recommend you all to everyone I know that needs a towing.
Mr. Roy was a life saver today!! My poor little Toyota Corolla clutch went out on me unexpectedly right at an off ramp, and Mr. Roy happened to be headed in my direction. He stopped and assisted me!! Our roadside service contacted R and G Towing to change a blown tire on our truck. A more difficult job since we were towing a 16,000lb fifth wheel RV. Ron arrived fifteen minutes after the roadside service told me he’d be there in forty five minutes. He quickly changed the tire and got us back on the road.
I had Roy from R&G Towing help me tow my 1961 Corvette earlier this morning. He’s a really good guy—friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. I’ve used him before, and it’s always a smooth, hassle-free experience. He takes care of your car like it’s his own. I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again, and I highly recommend him to anyone who needs a tow.
Mr. Roy towed our vehicle all the way from Cataula to our mechanic in Opelika. Very quick response time, very courteous, and excellent service. If you're tired of dealing with towing companies that leave you hanging for hours on end with poor customer service, give R and G a call. I'll be using R and G from here on out.

Roy went out of his way when we got stuck on the side of the highway. Asked him to tow me to the nearest auto-parts shop and he waited for me to get the part I needed (just incase it wasn’t available) and even helped me out to change it! Definitely recommend his services!

I am beyond grateful for Roy's help yesterday when my car died and ended up on the side of a busy highway. He could tell that I was in a bad spot and got to me as quickly as possible. He got me safely to a car dealership and didn't leave until he knew I was being taken care of. If I could give Roy 10 stars I would. Use this company!!!

Called R&G Towing to come assist me when CHAMP couldn’t, I got a blow out on 185N at exit 25, pulled off the highway and was told by champ they couldn’t assist. Roy pulled up about 25 mins after calling and put on my spare and made sure the spare tire had air. It cost $150 out of pocket but, he was helpful and gave me some advice next time I have a flat. I only wish they accepted cards, but he followed me to the next exit to the atm. Thank you again Mr. Roy, I appreciate you…
Roy was very quick to get to me when my car broke down. Called AAA first and they had trouble assigning me a tow truck I was waiting and getting the run around for a little over 2 hours. I called R and G towing and he got to me in under 30 minutes. Roy provided outstanding customer service. I will request him anytime I have an issue with any of my cars and I strongly recommend his service.
Worked with Roy Gay about a half a day to pull out a 08 crv tornado accident, learned alot met a good friend, it was a challenge but with roys experience he took care of business, Thank You Roy for the challenge and experience i learned alot, GOD BLESS YOU and FAMILY.

I had an amazing experience with Roy from R and G Towing today I would like to share. Not only was Roy at my home within 30 minutes of calling him, he tried everything he knew to get my car started (to include crawling up under the vehicle to look things over). Let me add to their list of Services. ..pull your truck from a muddy ditch buried up to the frame.... Roy and his assistant arrived as fast as humanly possible. They worked extremely hard and diligent to get my truck out They were the most professional, in their work and attitude. To top it all off, after the truck was out they stayed to help shovel the mud back into ditch my truck created. Roy is the truth and I told him he's my new tow man.
