This is nothing against the dealership but there's no other way to publicly broadcast this. Ram customer care left me high and dry. I suffered a catastrophic event that is going to cost me 25 k and RAM customer care was dishonorable. I have purchased over 10 vehicles from Chrysler / Stellantis but will never ever do so again. I had a mechanical defect which is glaringly obvious and I have been left holding the bag. There's a reason that this company has posted negative earnings the last 2 years. You have lost a lifelong supporter of your product.

I bought a brand new Ram 2500 Laramie from this dealership last year. Everyone was friendly, easy to deal with and the salesperson was great. However, shortly after this purchase, I noticed a very bad vibration when driving at certain speeds (now the vibration is constant when moving). I have taken the truck back to this dealer three times for this only to be told the third time that the problem is bad tires and they don’t warranty tires, even the brand new defective Firestone tires that came on the truck they sold me! So for the last several months, I have been dealing with Firestone directly to get these tires replaced but they are refusing to do so because they were discontinued before the dealer sold me the truck and Firestone doesn’t warranty discontinued tires! I thought dealerships were suppose to stand behind the vehicles they sell regardless of the problem. I never thought buying a new vehicle under warranty would result in so much hassle and additional out-of-pocket expenses to resolve an issue like this. The vibration in this truck is so bad that my wife refuses to ride in it anymore. Additionally, my dog, who never had a problem riding in any of my other trucks, now gets car sick! It looks like I will have to spend $1,500-$2,000 for a brand new set of tires and hope that is actually fixes the problem.

Chip was great! We had a very smooth and easy process buying our truck. We traveled 10 hr to make this purchase and felt very comfortable making the trip after communicating with Chip. They couldn’t have been nicer or easier to work with! We are very happy with our truck and recommend them highly for any purchase.

I brought my truck in 3 months ago, due to a no crank no start. it took them 2-3 weeks to diagnose what the problem was, mind you the entire time, the service guy beau, was very communicative, then turns out my engine had seized. he had told me, and i had a warranty, he contacted warranty the same or next day to get a move on things, well with his tech being very detailed, he found miscellaneous things that was wrong and instead of having to, let the truck go back out like this, they replaced everything, i got my truck back today 7-30-25, well the battery was bad, they didn’t know, so i brought my truck home and then called about the battery, i went back and i received a brand new mopar battery for free, also my air conditioning was empty, so he is getting it refilled tomorrow 7-31-25, overall very committed and very communicative, i would go back for service and other miscellaneous issues.

Hands down best vehicle purchase experience we have ever had! Randy and Chip were very helpful, knowledgeable, and did not apply pressure for the sale. They have a nice size inventory of Jeeps so that we could experience all the different models. We understand that the service department is excellent as well and we will be trying that out. We purchased a Jeep Wrangler 4-Door Rubicon 4x4.

We had a great experience buying our used car here. Sarg was friendly, easy to work with, quick, and above all, honest. Would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Everyone was so helpful and not pushy at all like a lot of sales.

I contacted this dealership online and was told I wouldn’t find a nicer Land Rover. The yellow light was on and I was told it’s just tire pressure. I asked for the tire pressure to be fixed and the sales woman gave me attitude about it. She was very combative and rude throughout the whole experience. I ended up sending an inspector out and he found that the front two tires were completely bald and the back tires were almost there and that the vehicle was out of alignment. I asked for the tires to be replaced and the alignment done so that we could drive 6 and a half hours safely home. I was told no because of the vehicles price. I am SHOCKED that a dealership would allow an unsafe and illegal vehicle to drive off of their lot. It’s completely unacceptable and dangerous.

I have been buying New Jeeps & Trucks from James O’Neal CDJ since 2006 & have always found them to be honest & above board! They have ordered new vehicles for me, have dealer transferred vehicles & I have bought out of inventory. They have an excellent service department that I use exclusively. The Bottom Line is they are honest & do what they say they will do!

As far as buying a vehicle, Todd/"Sarge" is exactly the kind of guy you want selling you a vehicle. We purchased a Ram 4500 from this dealership. The purchase process was great! However, the service department is awful! We have had nothing but problems with this truck. We have taken it to them 3 or 4 times and every time they say it is fixed and the same thing keeps happening except this time the engine light is on and won’t go off. My husband and I both work and I need a loaner when we have to leave it and now their excuse is since Covid they don’t do that. Over it!!!

In the past 3 years (approximately) ive bought 2 ram trucks from this dealership and both times have received outstanding service. Ive visited approximately 7 to 10 dealerships when I was looking for my first ram truck and this dealership gave me a deal no other dealership would even entertain, let alone be honest about thanks to keith. When I needed to trade in for a larger truck due to a growing family, I had no doubt where to go when I traded in for my dream truck and again worked with me to give me the deal I was looking for thanks to keith again and Bruce. Service has also been outstanding. Despite a long drive out of my way, I’ll only take my truck here to get worked on. Trustworthy, honest and friendly. Can’t ask for anything more and they have a life long customer out of me (sorry for the late review guys better late than never)
