I was stranded on the highway at 5:00 a.m. with my 3-year-old and 5-year-old on the way to daycare. It was cold, and I agreed to a $200 tow because my priority was getting my children out of the weather. After the agreement, I was called back and told it would be an additional $20 to be dropped closer to home. Changing the price after an agreement—especially in a vulnerable situation—was unprofessional and disappointing. I would not recommend this company.
I called today, on christmas day, and a lady answered. I ran out of gas on i20 just across the alabama line. She offered to bring me some gas free of charge without hesitation, but she would have to drive a little over an hour to bring it to me. I have no idea if she told me her name, but a business like this rooted in moral correctness, and selfless service deserves a 10 star rating. To the lady who answered the phone, you have no idea what type of positive impact you made on my heart today. And I wish you blessings wherever you may go.
Doc in Heflin, AL was a lifesaver and so friendly! He took care of us when we needed a tow in the middle of the night off the interstate. He was prompt and provided great conversation during the ride to drop off our vehicle.
The dispatcher as well as the tow truck driver Will was awesome. He explained everything he was doing and made us feel confident he knew what he was doing.
Not recommended this company unless you have a whole day to wait for those guys i call in at 8 am for a service the told me that the would arrive at 9 am but the arrive 2 hrs later each time I call the said 30 min he will arrive but it took till 11 a clock so it screwed up my other appointment for that day

Was in a bit of pickle this morning with semi, Truck needed to get towed, cant say enough about how professional this crew was from the towing to the font office. Use them for all towing and wrecker needs in the area.
Hands down the best Towing Service we have ever received! We are a Trucking Company based out of NC and had an event where we needed a tow. TCR did an outstanding job with communicating and billing us fairly! We were not taken advantage of by them like most towing Companies try to do nowadays! I would definitely recommend them to everyone!
I have never been so unsatisfied with a tow company in my life. They scratched and dented my BMW and above all thangs they said they took Visa but when I went to pay they said cash only... so they really suck
Had a hub go out on my trailer. Two techs come out and remove the tires, chain the axel up and followed me to the truckstop at Exit 205, i20….Matthew and Jason were super nice and easy to deal with. As was Amber. Zero issues with anything ive dealt with with them….Recommend when in need
I locked my keys in my truck last Saturday. Within an hour of contacting AAA TCR had me rolling! Shout out to Will #49 Bremen as he was very professional and took care while doing the work!
TERRIBLE!!! They put my spare in the front of my car. I drove off for 20 mins and my car broke down. Had to call a tow truck (175) he told me we have more than a tire problem. Got to the dealership, due to that spare tire it cause our axel to pop out. A spare tire cause us 1700 of damage. They don’t want to talk then lied talking bout we ran off the road. Even if we did that’s not the side the tire on. I never in life wrote a review. This one needed it. They won’t even talk to me any more or give information!
I have been using TCR Towing for 20+ years. They have pulled hundreds of vehicles for me without a single complaint.Tommy Ray is a good man & has built an awesome company. TCR is the only towing company that I use or recommend to anyone who needs a tow in West GA or East Alabama.
We broke down due to a hitch issue while towing a large fifth wheel on I20 near exit 205. TCR was dispatched and troubleshooted a very challenging problem and helped us get off the highway to a safe area.
Justin and Doc were awesome. They were courteous, professional, skilled and stayed with us through our ordeal, which was over an hour plus. You could not have asked for a better team with great customer care skills.
If you have issues near Heflin, Alabama, these are the folks to help. I would use them again for sure.
Today the Peachtree Dunwoody Road driver named Brian towed my Chevy Silverado to the dealer for a spare key. I couldn't find my key and I desperately needed to get one made but my truck was locked, had a flat right tire and was located in muddy grass due to recent rain falls. Brian did an excellent job manuveuering the truck out of the muddy grass, filled my tire w/ air and somehow was able to get it on the tow bed without damaging the vehicle. Big thanks to Brian for his superb customer service, speedy work ethics and charm. I recommend TCR towing to anyone that needs a tow! -Renee
I want to start by giving a huge shoutout to miss Julie and Amber. by far the sweetest people to speak to in the towing business. very professional and accommodating. they give great prices on quotes quickly and do everything they can to make sure your towing goes smooth. i didn't catch the name of the guy who towed the car, but he was also very professional and respectful. Highly recommend to anyone looking for good people who are happy to help in a sticky situation.
This company is a scam. After being rear-ended and waiting for a tow truck for over 3-4 hours, this company tried to overcharge me for a tow. My insurance company was charging me a certain price for my tow and they tried to add an additional price on top of that. When I did a conference call with my insurance and the dispatcher, he hung up on us as they were trying to get to the bottom of his pricing. Do NOT use this company. They are a SCAM if I could give them zero stars I would. The drivers and dispatchers are all in on it.
Be very cautious when using this company. One of the owners is a scammer. He asked me to to let him take the cargo that I personally recovered from MY truck. I wanted to deliver the cargo. The owner stated that I was taking money out of his pocket. He said that he dispatched a flatbed to pick up the cargo and now that it's not being used they are losing money. Guess what they still charged me for the flatbed and lied and said it transported the debris. This is a 26-foot box truck. The only debris was a windshield that could fit back in the truck.
TCR was assigned to us through Enterprise for a rental truck that broke down. Enterprise was no helpful & couldn't tell us when the tow truck was estimated to arrive. I called TCR directly and they were so nice & so helpful. I told her our situation and she got a tow truck out to us in 15 minutes. Its hard to find good customer service anymore, so it was nice dealing with TCR.
My daughter called TCR Towing (on my car’s Bluetooth) to request a pick up for her vehicle and the representative was very pleasant! She was a breath of fresh air from the previous company we dealt with. TCR Towing was responsive, prompt, professional, patient and great prices!
TCR handled removal of my Dad’s truck and camper after a huge accident that left my Dad in a hospital burn unit. They were incredibly compassionate and helpful while we worked with them to handle all the logistics and insurance mess. In addition to being great people, they’re efficient and great at their job. Kim, in particular, was wonderful. They absolutely deserve your business!!!
Was in need for a tow when my truck broke down. Gave them a call and they were to me in the time frame they said. Excellent people to work with very professional from the drivers to the office personal. They gave the extra effort to ensure that all my issue were taken care of in a timely manner for a reasonable rate. If needed will definitely call them for help thank you
Had to be towed in my Tractor and Trailer. The Driver Jeff in Truck 57 Was beyond professional. He took wonderful care of my truck and made sure that we got to Peterbilt safe. Even with a fully loaded tractor and trailer. He also made sure that he gave me a ride to the hotel for the night. Thank you for going above and beyond
Broke down on 1-20. My driver was wonderful. Offer cold water and good a/c. He was so nice to talk to on the ride home. If I am ever in trouble out that way again, I know who I will call.
They were very courteous and professional. Their rates were not expensive!

I must add that road side assistance sent 3 companies out that were not equipped to tow our F350 before we called them!
The driver showed up quickly and was incredibly kind and helpful.While I had a tow scheduled, he was able to just jump the battery so I was able to drive the car to have it looked at vs having to get a tow. Kind, helpful, professional and prompt. Given the world and everyone being short staffed with the current covid surge, he still took time to hear the issue I was having with the car and answered my questions and was so kind. Would highly recommend!
Call to have a container moved. Was told it would be Monday afternoon. Then Tuesday and finally Wednesday morning. It was an easy load and offload. Only went maybe 25 miles and charged almost $1000. The driver David was a True professional. A Great man and excellent driver/ operator. After being in the hauling business before for years i found this pricing outrageous and a total ripoff. They should be ashamed but like most they are not.
They are awesome! The dispatcher is super sweet & helpful. The driver was extremely nice & helpful. He treated my vehicle as if it was his own. Very respectful. I will always recommend them! They are also super reasonable as far as price.
