Long story made short. L&E Towing came to my house to tow a car. In the process of getting the car hooked up. The wire broke and the car rolled off the truck and hit the garage door and tore it up. Immediately the driver called the owner Ron Hawkins. Ron called me on the phone immediately he apologized for the accident. I got 3 estimates for the door getting fixed I emailed them to Ron. He allowed me to pic the estimate that I felt comfortable with. When I did that he called that service provider and payed for the repairs in full. Accidents happens can’t help that. It’s good to know there are still good companies that will take responsibility if it’s in them. That is exactly what he did.
