They are the best - honest, timely, honest. Did I say honest? You just don't find good ones like this all the time.
He's kept my husband's truck in good running for years and saved us $$ because he does honest work. But, it's hard to get in there because he's so busy. Be patient, do it his way, and you'll be happy.
Chad and his team are incredible people. I had brought my 2005 F250 that I just bought to them so they can look it over and recommend what needed fixed. Even though they were super busy they were able to get my oil cooler and injectors replaced within a couple days. Im so glad I found this place and would recommend them to anyone.

I have used Towe for years on my 2002 7.3 4x4 Excursion. They are 45 minutes from me, but Chad is the only one I want working on my truck. I have over 370K miles and it runs like new. They have done quite a bit of work (AC, Fuel Tank, High Pressure Oil Line, and I could go on and on) over the years. They do excellent work and have always stood behind their work. Honest people.
If I could give 0 stars I would! Today, after the shop having our truck for almost an entire month to fix a minor electrical issue…the guy called us this morning to tell us that our truck had been STOLEN!! So nonchalantly just says “yeah so looks like somebody stole it”. Mind you, HE has been in possession of the vehicle and assumed all responsibility through Statefarm as our vehicle was towed to his shop. He has not even so much as attempted to apologize or help to make things right. NOTHING! And conveniently his cameras quit working last week…. Sounds fishy to me! Also, This wasn’t a piece of junk truck either. A beautiful F250 King Ranch Edition….GONE! Now we are left without a truck and my husband without his truck that provides our main source of income. Next step for us is now to hire an attorney and hope for the best. My advice, DO NOT trust this business with your vehicle!
We are a military family, I took my 2000 Ford F-250 to Towes several times during our time being stationed in Georgia and now that we are in Memphis I am about to drive all the way there to have her serviced again by Chad and his team. Being female shops all over have continuously tried to take advantage of me and lie about things that need to be done not realizing I actually know about my truck I simply don’t have the space to work on her myself, but Chad never did that, he always shot me straight and made me feel like he truly had mine and my trucks best interest at heart. Truly a rare find! Love this place!!
I stopped in to have some codes pulled on my truck, not only did they pull the code and fixed the problem on the spot. They also fixed another problem that another company said I would have to put the truck down for. (company truck, so expensive to have sitting) Very reasonable priced and definitely knowledgeable, they will be getting all of our trucks for service and all our business from now on.
Absolutely the most amazing shop of diesel mechanics I have ever come across!
Just before Christmas I made a costly mistake after which I had my truck towed to MOG Ford. I have purchased 4 vehicles there and have always had service done with them. But my head was in my hands after I heard from service guy Mike @MOG who had originally called with an estimate of $10k which later became $15k after assessment.
So after talking about my problems with the guys at work they spoke very highly of Towe Diesel. I called and spoke to Chad Towe and he told me to have it towed in.
Come to find out the service guy at MOG Ford literally lied through his teeth about several things including the cost of repair being 2-3X what Chad at Towe said it could cost for the repair. He was open and honest about the possibility of my repair costing $4k-$6.5k. But he said “don’t lose Hope. We might be able to get your truck working for less.”
Ironically, the issue first started right as I was crossing the bridge on SR 129 right next to Towe Diesel. But I didn’t know about Towe then. So Insurance covered some and i paid the rest for towing $100 and then $129 on an estimate of repair from Dealership.
Just based on what Towe could have charged me, I know they are a very reputable place. Because out the door with my truck running great was CONSIDERABLY less expensive than expected, $300!
All said and done I know you can trust these guys! Thank you Towe Diesel for giving my sanity a home and getting me back on the road! Best Christmas ever!

I purchased a truck from Chad in February. He told me that he went through the truck completely and other than non-working 4WD (which he failed to disclose and I happened to discover on the test drive) he said that the truck was in perfect running order. Six months and less than 1,000 miles later, the truck has a blown radiator and heads. I never even got the chance to tow anything. It was literally a weekend vehicle due to the COVID-19 shutdown. Now I have to get the engine rebuilt. Chad is not trustworthy or honest.
I read the reviews on how great Chad was so I drove my F350 45 minutes to have the shop do some preventative maintenance and look into a squeaky belt. They did an amazing job on the truck. It purrs like a kitten and runs amazing. They didn't try to upsell me or pressure me and their pricing was brilliant. What a great experience. Well worth the drive out. Thanks to the team at Towe Diesel!
Chad has done all the the work on my 7.3 for years. He has saved me tens of thousands of dollars. His price is always more than fair and his honesty is beyond question. He is the only mechanic I've dealt with that always comes in under the quoted price and sooner than expected. I couldn't afford to drive my truck without him. If you need diesel work and go anywhere else, you're probably over spending.
Excellent work. Straight Shooters and honest guys. I had my 6.0 F-350 bulletproofed a year ago and it's still running strong. The truck is an absolute beast.
Won't sell you a bunch of extra work if it's not needed.
Now this is the way a repair shop is supposed to be run. Honesty, do what they say for what they tell you and not trying to upsell you every step of the way. Work is excellent!!!

When a Ford Dealership quoted me $9,300 to rebuild my entire fuel system, I took it to Chad at Towe's ... $245 later, my truck was running to perfection. Honesty will always earn you customers for life.
I have taken my Ford F250 6.0L there a few times now and really like the quality of work they do and their pricing. If you have a diesel that needs work, strongly suggest you give them a try.
