Very nice and friendly. Offered to help without being intrusive. Did not have the product the website said this store had in stock only reason for removal of 1 star- since we went here specifically for it
Na this place was no help as they didn't even know how to help when asked they laughed inside and made it apparent to me that they didnt want to help but laugh got these pictures as I will be filing complaint with corporate as I feel insulted instead of helped very sad customer service and they really need a grown up at the counter
friendly place and staff very helpful but I bought a new battery here in March 2025. The young guy that put it in kept dropping the bolts that held the battery down in the car and had to retrieve them .got it in, closed the top. Today June 9th my son was looking under the hood and found this stuck to

Much better experience than I had at the one in Clayton, GA. Employees seemed to actually want to help you - rather than simply mark time on the time clock....
Just not good overall; they gave me mis-information based on their faulty mechanical equipment. Disregarded the fact that I spend money at their store. Oh well, I'll survive.

Came in for window paint traveling back to Florida and ended up having a broken master/slave clutch cylinder in the parking lot. One employee, Kayleigh was beyond friendly from initially coming in to helping us with her knowledge of car parts. An overall really wholesome, helpful person that’s a gem in that O’Reillys.
As with most O'Reilly shops, wonderful and detailed service, great prices. Had a great time being helped by Marco who helped me find the right parts and had great customer service skills.
Good selection of parts but some staff is very rude. Won’t go into detail on why, but let’s just say you’re gonna be better off to go next door to Advance or Autozone, or even make the extra 5 minute drive to Slack’s or Bryson Auto Parts. At least you’ll get treated with some common decency at those stores, because some of the workers at this store are downright rude. Also, don’t order a part here and believe them when they say it’ll be at the store by 3pm; I’ve waited over an hour at this store twice now because their “hub truck was running late”, and my shop is too far out to justify the drive back down. Not necessarily the store’s fault, but if they know the truck has a tendency to run late, they should state that to their customers instead of leading them to believe their part will show up by 3. Like I say, good products, but this store could really use some good management/new employees.
in and out with the part I needed and the prices were good too. biggest diff: unlike auto zone and advance..they acted like they realized I had things to do and I did not have to stand around waiting for service
They were able to diagnose my Jeep's "mystery symptom". Turns out it was an easy fix, and they don't ask you what size engine when you go in for wiper blades, unlike some other parts stores.
