I called and ordered a part, they didnt actually order it. Had to reassemble the car order the part again and redo the job. The part wasnt just late, they just didn't do anything. Don't worry I got the part from another store the second time. Dont use this place. Only auto parts store worth 1/2 of anything is oriliey in this town.

I want to shout out Maddi (I'm sorry I realize I don't know how to spell her name). for all of her amazing help! I had a bad car battery and alternator issue and needed both replaced. She helped me with a battery the first week and I ended up coming back for an alternator the next week and she remembered me. It always feels so awesome when an employee of somewhere remembers you after they see so many other people. She had a smile on her face and even if she was having a good day or not, she kept it positive and treated me well. I like going to this Advance because of the nice people I have had the privilege of dealing with.

I went to the advance auto parts in Cornelia this evening before they closed. Spencer and Josh help me find the part I needed and went beyond regular customer service. Spencer put the part on for me. And took extra time to make sure everything was good before I left. Both Spencer and Josh provided exceptional customer service. I will definitely be back. And recommend this location to others. Some of best customer service I've ever had.

When I went to get a battery change the employee didn't even bother to help check what we have just asked us what engine we had. Very poor customer service. Not honoring what it said on the door saying they check it. Go to Auto Zone for much better customer service.

Store is good, but the website sucks. It's so slow. Takes 10 seconds for one letter to show up after typing it. Bad!

Try to judge your hours that you show up at the store as early on Sunday morning it was very busy with very few people.

I've had two unsuccessful experiences with the UPS services that they offer. The first time I dropped a package off there, they logged it in and as I watched the tracking online for 2 days it never showed any movement. I called the first day and they said all boxes were picked up. Same thing the second day. I went I'm at the end of the day and found my package along the wall sitting there. Should have learned from that. I dropped off two very important packages Monday and neither were scanned in at their location. One did showed tracking once UPS picked it up and the other never had any scan or tracking (to this day, Wednesday night). Called the store a couple times and they quickly told me they don't have it. UPS said there was never a package. Stopped by tonight and when I tried to explain to the man behind the counter what I was Looking for as a last ditch effort he must have been one of the two calls I made To the shop because he just tried to dismiss me and say "you can see it's not here" with an attitude. No desire to try to help me figure out what happened, just that I'm out of luck. I'll never drop off my packages or shop at this store again due to the way they responded and lack of support in trying to help me figure out what might have happened. Very disappointing.

Thank you Robby for your professionalism and kindness. I came to advance auto parts to pick up a new battery for my car…right at closing time. Robbie and his associate were eager to help me making sure I got the right battery. He even offered to install it for me at no additional charge. I am thankful for the good customer service I received. I will definitely be back for future auto needs.

Went in for all the items needed for oil changes for our Jeep and Toyota. Caitlin was working up front and she was polite and extremely helpful. She found the correct filters and also found the correct wiper blades. I was in the automotive repair business for 31 years and Caitlin is the type of employee that every business needs. She gave me the impression that she really enjoys her job and she is a wonderful ambassador for Advance Auto Parts. I'll certainly be back to this store for all of my autoparts. Kinda useful for returning packages via ups, but they always seem to be having computer trouble or just don't know how to work the computer.

Haven't come here to buy parts yet but they're usually really helpful when I've stopped at other locations. They are a UPS access point and i had a package to drop off. Guy behind the counter was super polite and helpful, I was in and out in a couple minutes.

Caitlin in this Cornelia Store was wonderful! She went over and beyond to make our bad experience with the wrong parts, poor service by another into a wonderful return and correct parts! Great job Caitlin.

I wouldn’t give it one star if I could. We went for a new battery. When the MANAGER came out to test the battery, he put the cables on backwards, and we let him know which side was positive and which was negative. We then went straight inside to buy a new battery, and Ken sold us the wrong battery. All out of electrical wires in our jeep is now fried. They only agreed to cover the cost of the electrical wires. We are now having to out of pocket the cost of the battery, service to replace the wires, and two towing trips. The attitude from Ken when were trying to solve this problem was terrible. He kept saying there was nothing they could do and refused to call his boss until I threatened to get a police report involved. Just go to O’Rileys right next door. That was our first mistake.

I wouldn’t have even gave it one start! I had an oil change kit that I bought a lil while back and I no longer needed it. The box on the oil filter and the sticker on the oil jug was damaged so I understood why it couldn’t be refunded but and older guy came up to the counter from the back with the worst attitude. He kept saying we are not taking that back which wasn’t a big thing but the attitude that he had was not acceptable. In the past I was a store manager for autozone and I would never talk to my customers like he did. Because of him Advanced Auto Parts will never have my business again. He just needs to get his attitude in check and if he don’t like his job (which is what it seemed like to me) he needs to find another one.

Advance Auto yep we like you to enjoy y'all's customer service and helpful when we come in the door ask us what we need specialist ladies cuz sometimes we know what we looking for and we don't want to ask because we don't want to feel like we're dumb cuz we're not you know what I mean but hey it's all good we can work on cars too LOL

I had an issue with a Battery that I bought from Advance several months ago, turned out to be a bad battery; internal issue. Took it back and worked with Brandon to resolve. Brandon was extremely helpful, professional, and patient with me, ultimately solving my issue and doing what was needed to get me all squared away, and on my way! I'll be back!! Thank you!!

Went in one evening to Advance in Cornelia, after calling to check on a alternator. Took it home, wrong one! Returned the next day expecting a Hassel. The guy that helped me was great! He was nice, he smiled, and he was very patient with me and didn't try to rush me off. I wish I knew his name. I haven't dealt with anyone in a long time that had great customer interaction. He more than made up for the guy who answered the phone, Travis, half dead, the guy at counter who failed to check numbers on alternator and gave me the wrong one! Thank you ro the man who helped me on Tuesday morning!

Not good! We were taking our time looking around the store, I like their selection of silly impulse buys but we over heard one of the employees say, "I'll be right back, watch them" as he went to the back. We knew he was talking about us because we were the only ones there. There was no reason for him to think that we were doing anything other than shopping. We put down everything we were going to purchase and left. We probably won't be back or at least not for a while. I can't imagine he'd keep the job long with an attitude like that.

The staff is and always has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products they sell. I have used this location since it opened. I highly recommend this store.

I had a really great experience there today. The manager was amazing. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and polite. He turned my horrible day into a fantastic day. I would recommend Advanced Auto Parts any day

I have spent alot of money there and i bought a tension assembly from them and the bolt broke off into the bracket of the engine. so i put a claim in and the district manager of the store called me and said he will have it towed and fixed the next day. He then calls me after they towed it to there shop and tells me that my mechanic broke it and that was not true. He finaly pays for the work and then i show up to get my keys from advance auto parts and they advice me i cant get my keys unless i sighn a peice of paper saying that they arnt reliable for anything else and i show up to pick my car up at the shop and the belt isnt on the power steering pulley correctly so they messed up my pulley i will never waist my money here again and they wont fix it

Needed a new battery and they were quick and efficient. Price was excellent and as I had a core with me it was just a quick exchange. Staff was excellent and very friendly.
