Amazing service! I was on my way to Tennessee for a family reunion, and my engine started overheating. I was lucky enough to have broken down close to these guys. Even though they were booked up for the day, Christopher took the time to take a look at my car. He quickly diagnosed the problem, and within 10 minutes had me back on the road. Kind, friendly service. Highly recommend!
I had a great first experience with Jones Automotive. My Nissan frontier broke down on highway 365. Jones mechanics quickly diagnosed a bad fuel pump and relay. They replaced the parts, kept me informed of other problems they encountered during the process, they worked really hard and did a very thorough job, paying close attention to every detail to fix the problem.
Now my Nissan runs smoother than ever, never skips, and cranks really easily as well. They fixed all the problems I was having in this one visit and gave me a very detailed receipt of all parts and labor that was done. My Nissan feels like a brand new truck again! I highly recommend Jones Automotive. They are honest, friendly, hardworking, and fair on prices.
I would 100% recommend this shop to anyone in need! They are great at what they do and all around honestly people. They even helped my father push his truck to their shop as it had broke down close by. Also ran further diagnostics and ended up saving him money and fixing the issues!!! This place is a joke! Thank goodness my bank refunded my money. I knew something was wrong when they asked for a $500.00 deposit for work that was actually never done.
Christopher helped me today and totally saved me .My car wouldnt crank he walked over he checked a few things than explained what he did and it was my starter he was very knowledgeable and he got my car to crank . I would still be sitting there if it wasnt for him im forever gratful...... Amazing mechanic
Second time I’ve used CJ. Every professional & down to earth. First time AC system shut down & CJ got it right in & addressed the problem. This time power seat went out. Come to find out just dust on the track, called & told me the problem before fixing it. Thanks for your service!
I have to said this... I'm very happy the I made the decision on taking my car to Mr. Tim's shop. Great customer service. Mr Tim explains me everything from the beginning to the end the problem with my car. Also work on my car pretty fast & he even save the bad part of my car for me to see it & to explain me better about the problem. He is very affordable ?? him & his wife are wonderful. Highly recommend! Took my 2013 Equinox in knowing it had a catalytic converter issue and thought there might be an issue with the engine along with a popping noise from the wheels. Tim was very honest and knowledgeable with the issues! No engine issue but it did need quite a bit of repairs due to it having almost 200k miles and the catalytic converter should have been repaired before now. He kept me updated along the way and was very affordable with a quick turn around! My Equinox is running great and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received! Thank you Tim and Annette!
Friendly employees and owners. They did a great job fixing my car. They fixed it in a timely fashion and do it correct the first time. I would highly recommend that you take your vehicle to Tim. I was so impressed that I will tell everyone I know. We even have him work on our church van.

Tim’s auto service in Baldwin is the ONLY place that I will take a vehicle to be worked on. They have been in business at this location for for 20 plus years. That in itself says something. Tim is very knowledgeable about repairs and is always up front about what it will cost to fix your car. No surprises. If something else is needed he will call and tell you about the situation. Again no surprises. He his honest and friendly. It’s hard to trust some people, but Tim is definitely one you can trust. He will treat you fair every time. I have been doing business with him for years and I am very satisfied. Tim and Annette are good people. Very pleased with their service.
We broke down on the way to my appointment at Emory. My son called & explained our problem & was assured he could get us back on the road. He recommended a tow truck b/c AAA was over an hour out. Everyone was totally awesome
Broke down while out of town and car got towed to Tim's while he was closed. He happened to be around and dropped everything to help me out. Very thankful for the people at Tim"s Auto Repair and would recommend going to them if you are looking for a great mechanic.
I think this is the best auto shop in this area. Husband and wife own it and are very friendly and courteous. Prices are a always fair. I came here twice for two different cars and was very satisfied. I also brought a car that didn't need repair and Tim was honest and didn't charge me. 5 stars! ?
