The absolute BEST body shop to work with. My car was hit while I was on vacation of course no note. My repair was less than my deductible. Mike looked it over and gave me an estimate. When I went to pick it up the repair bill was less than my estimate and my car is perfect. Who operates like this in today’s world?? Georgia Paint and Body that’s who. They are the best of the best.

My wife’s Lexus needed some collision damage repaired. They had replaced a hood for her a year or so ago and we were pleased so came back to them. They were very responsive to me as we had to work around snow and ice weekend, our travels, and her needing car for babysitting grands. But they were most accommodating and kept me in the loop at all times. The repairs were done to my satisfaction. My wife was very pleased with the overall experience!

I took a used car I bought here. The font end was messed up. They give fair pricing and had the job done in 2 days. Paint was matched perfectly. You can’t even tell it’s a new bumper. Would recommend them every single time if you need work done on your car.

Michael was knowledgeable, and gave me a thorough overview of what would happen during my service as I went through an insurance claim. I’ve used Georgia Paint and Body twice now. Michael and everyone I ran into was so nice. They did an amazing job, even fixing one thing that I forgot to mention. They also cleaned my car inside and out even down to the floor mats that I never clean more than a vacuum. Just great people and great job!

I have been a customer here for 20+ years. No place is better. Bryan and Bryanna are amazing!!! The TEAM has a keen eye for detail and cost. And if you are a Chubb insurance client this place is awesome, and they did great for me with GEICO and State Farm!!! FYI an Enterprise Car rental team member will pick you up to take you to your rental! I have brought these guys a Honda and a Maserati and they do amazing on the whole range of vehicles. Best team in ATL!!!

I usually don't write reviews but its rare to find a honest, hardworking and trusty business nowadays. I highly recommend this place for any kind of body work. Its more than worth it even if its not in network with insurance. Michael has the same care and dedication during my visits 10years apart!

My 84 year old mother got into a car wreck. Her fault. Her insurance sent an appraiser to give her a quote and they sent a check to her. We made an appointment to get an estimate from Georgia Paint and Body. Brian was ready to see us when we walked in, even though we arrived early. He was very honest and said he was 99% certain there would be more damage found when they took the front end off but they would deal with the insurance company.

Once they pulled off the front end they found much more damage. They reached out to the adjuster who never returned their emails. Bryanna was in constant communication with me letting me know what was going on so I was able to reach out to the insurance agent to get help. Bryanna was also fantastic about keeping us in the loop as far as what they were finding and what they needed to do. They handled dealing with the insurance company to get authorization for everything.

I cannot recommend them highly enough. This was very stressful for my mother and they made it so much easier. The car was beautiful when she got it back. They were honest, had great communication and did great work. If you need your car repaired, I would highly recommend you come here.

Bryanna, Michael, and the team are amazing! They replaced a side view mirror on my car and the work was impeccable. It truly looks like new! They also helped me trouble shoot another issue I was having, without hesitation - always ready to help the customer! They go above and beyond in their service and their family values shine through. Recently had my Jeep taken care of at Georgia Paint and Body after my hitch harness bracket got bent upward from hitting a rock during off-roading, which also broke the cover off the harness. The team here was excellent from start to finish.

Michael was professional, upfront and honest about the damage. He explained the process and the cost, and even let me know it wasn’t too serious and didn’t necessarily need repairs unless I wanted it done. I really appreciated the transparency.

They got the jeep scheduled and everything fixed within a day. The bracket was realigned, the hitch looked way better than before, and to my surprise, they even cleaned and detailed the interior, which was great!

The front desk lady was polite and professional as well, not sure what the negative reviews are about. I had nothing but a positive experience and I’d definitely recommend Georgia Paint and Body. Great service, honest people, and solid work.

The staff is very friendly and professional, and they did an excellent job assessing the damage to my car, giving me several quotes with different options, and then accomplishing the repair quickly. They were very transparent and communicative throughout the process, and I will definitely be a repeat customer if my car needs more repairs.

I had a great experience at GA Body & Paint. My new to me 2024 Genesis GV80 (11,000 miles) was damaged by me trying to get around a security gate arm. I ended up with a really ugly 6" paint gough and dent in the rear driver side door. Every time I got in the car I was reminded of my stupidity. It had to be fixed.

I know quite a bit about cars, especially paint, and was nervous about getting the repair done as I my had doubts anyone could repair this without paint matching issues. Even after agreeing to the repair I went back a week later prior to the work starting for reassurance. Micheal came out and went over the entire process involved with the repair. I was more comfortable but still nervous.

My car was in the shop for (6) days and It was worth the wait. It came out PERFECT. When I picked it up I parked it in the sun and walked around from every angle and distance and could find no mismatched or orange peel areas. It was the perfect color and smooth as glass.

They are friendly and honest. I've visited several other body shops but only this one was friendly and willing to give me a quote. All others wanted to speak only to insurance or said the car was too old so it didn't matter. I wouldn't go to any other body shop.

Another vehicle hit the rear driver’s side door of my car. Michael and his team made it a seamless repair. The door and the paint blend perfectly with the rest of the car. They even finished a day earlier than expected. I would definitely recommend and use them again.

Amazing is an understatement!! Bryanna and Mrs. Judy are phenomenal. I was so nervous to pick up my car with the fear of it not meeting my expectations. Nonetheless once I saw it , I was absolutely impressed and they went above my expectations!! They even cleaned my car when they absolutely didn’t have to. Bryanna was so communicative and Mrs. Judy was so sweet and informative when it came to every detail, including insurance which was such a pain to deal with! My family had two accidents within 45 days on two of our cars. We used Georgia Paint & Body for both of our cars during the Months of April and May of 2022.

The first one (a T-Bone) was really difficult to deal with as our insurance company decided that the car has to be totaled. It had a dent near the front door hinge close to the wheel on the passenger side and scratches/damage on all of the right door exterior as it dragged towards the back causing the rear fender to come off. I have attached two photos here.

Our mechanic (Michael Payne) worked with us encouraging us to be persistent in getting our car repair covered, as he had first hand experience with previous customers who had a similar tough time dealing with their insurance company.

Not only was the car repair done perfectly, beyond our satisfaction and ahead of the promised time, the repair estimate that they provided didn't look like rocket science.

With our second car, we had a hit and run situation (the front left bumper was hit) while parked at a local shopping complex parking lot. It was an easy decision to get it also fixed by Georgia Paint & Body.

This is a family owned business and we felt they had our best interest at heart compared to so many other places that we shopped that had the corporate culture and business interest that are almost traumatizing to the average person due to the complexity with which even simple accidents are dealt with.

A hit and run accident left me with a mangled driver's side door. Had to pick a repair facility in my insurance company's network. The people at Georgia Paint and Body were so nice and they worked wonderfully with State Farm and Enterprise for my rental car. With the state of the economy right now, they were upfront about how long it would be before they could get me in for the repairs (about a month) and that it would take about a week to repair (Wed-Thurs). My car looked brand new when I got it back. Definitely worth the wait. I highly recommend them.

We had 2 specific areas on the car that were problems because of 2 accidents. They were very professional about their estimates and paperwork that were delivered email. The work they did was beautiful plus they detailed the car while they had it. It looked like a new car. The timing was perfect. The people working there were professional and very courteous. This is the second time we used this business. We are very happy with them!

Bryan explained the entire repair process to me in a way that I could understand. He was super friendly and answered all of my questions that I had for the shop. I was given multiple options for my repair which made the entire process very smooth. I can’t thank him enough !

They took such great care of me! They gave me a ride home when I dropped my car off, and they picked me up at my home when the car was ready. They kept me updated on the status of my car via text. When I picked up my car, all the damage looked like it had never happened. AND they had washed my car. It's a family run business and they (as cheesy as it sounds) took care of me like family. I would gladly recommend them to anyone!
