called ddd for a quote for a 6 mile tow. They tried to charge me $290 and when I told them it was to much they went to 180. I told them all the info and after 30 min of being on the phone they told me they couldn't get it because I had not rec'd the police report and no one was with the vehicle. I guess they saved me money because I called warrior towing and they charged $125 and I got my vehicle in 30 min.
Do yourself a favor and contact another company for your towing needs. Not only did they fail to provide any service, they would not provide a full refund for their ineptitude. I didn't get anywhere with the representative, Maria, and her supervisor was even worse! Customer satisfaction is not a priority, it's not even a basic standard with this company.
Avoid this company. $228 for a 5 mile tow. 3 hour wait (they are not local). You don’t get your money back if you want to cancel. Any local company would be better .The positive reviews are likely fake.
I called for a simple quote, with all my necessary destination info accurate. They told me they couldn't give me a quote until they took some information. They kept asking me more and more info for the next ten minutes, and then put me on hold for a few minutes to make a determination. Their quote was twice as much as the others that I got, and the time it took was a waste of time, and Completely Unnecessary, and left me furious.
I wouldn't recommend these services to ANYONE… I used them for their towing services and gave detailed info on where my car should be picked up and dropped off. My car was never towed to the correct place, I couldn’t find my car for hours, and no one from their team cared to assist. They wouldn’t send a driver back out to rectify the issue. They blamed me for their mistake and said that I was in the wrong and didn’t give specific directions when my invoice shows otherwise. I asked for a refund and was spoken to very poorly and then she hung up in my face when I requested a supervisor. I paid them $263 to have my car towed to a specific location and when I found my car I had to take it myself, risking more damage to be done. Overall I will never use this bad service again.
