Great customer service. I know more about women than I do cars, but they didn't talk down to me. They explained what I needed in understandable language. They even put my battery in for me. I felt like a hot chick.
Just wanted to give a shout to Derek and Ben at O'Reilly's in Gray. My belt snapped right outside of Macon. Managed to get over to O'Reilly's. They were so thoughtful. They pulled a diagram for me when I thought I could maybe put it on myself and were incredibly helpful; even noticing that the bolt to my pulley tensioner looked worn. Then they came out to check on my mom and I often while we ended up having to wait on my mechanic to come from Milledgeville. O'Reilly's must only hire the best. Thank y'all so much!
O'Reilly's has been my go to place over the past two years, with quick service and good communication between myself and staff. This includes all transactions, be it purchasing or returns!
This afternoon, I went to this O'Reillys location to purchase new wiper blades for my vehicle. The manager, Billy, helped me find wiper blades that would fit my car without any pressure. After I purchased the blades, he kindly replaced my old ones with my new ones (especially out in the rain). Thank you so much, Mr. Billy, for your kindness and assistance.
Love our neighborhood O'Reilly Auto Parts. No matter my project whether it's an upgrade or for maintenance they always have great advice and can get the parts I need. The staff are always willing to help and very friendly. No place around I would rather get my parts.
These guys were absolutely amazing at helping this clueless girl tonight. They went above and beyond for me. Shout out to Lance for changing my battery and the other guys working inside I didn’t catch names but they were awesome!
Most of the stuff know what they are doing and are honest but the big girl Halie with the glasses doesn't know anything about parts or tools and will lie to you just so she doesn't have to do her job
My son called the store this morning and spoke to a service representative about the part that he is needing for my Jeep. I heard the representative confirm my son's name by his cellphone number and he stated he ordered the part and that it would be delivered there to the Gray, GA location @ 3P.M. today. My son was there on time only to find out that the representative never ordered the part. That put my son in the predicament of having to drive 30 miles to the other side of Macon to the part needee. More than 30 minutes in drive time.
