I’m going to post that there have been good and bad things about my experience. Number one the staff is incredibly friendly and very helpful. Number two, it is a buy here pay here a lot and you kind of have to know that you’re not getting showroom quality. I went in there and financed a 2003 GMC Yukon back in February. I got about 10 miles down the road and the car completely died. I had to call them and have them come pick it up. Which they did, and they said that they had replaced the part that was causing the trouble. Fair enough, I appreciate it. After that, the same code still kept coming up as the ones that they cleared from the part that they had replaced. I’ve only been able to drive my vehicle a handful of times. It still looks like the day I bought it on the inside. I did call them up and they did say that they were going to find out if it was covered under my warranty, but they also said that they would work with me on fixing it. They have been easy to work with so far, my only suggestion to them would be maybe go over the vehicles a little bit better before they sell them. I’m giving three stars based off of the customer service, that has been great. I took off two stars because the vehicle died on me the day I bought it and it’s been the same issue with the TCM and ECM.
These guys must not like selling cars or making money. I was driving by their lot after hours one day and saw a truck that caught my eye. It was one heck of a fixer upper, missing its grill, bed, door panels, mirrors, but otherwise the truck seemed to be in good shape. I called the next day and asked what they’d be willing to let it go for. I could have BEGGED the woman who answered the phone for this rickety old truck, and I just about did, and she STILL told me that cars on that side of the lot were not for sale, because they “weren’t in their inventory”. Literally, I was a paying customer attempting to buy a POS old truck that obviously hadn’t moved in years and they wouldn’t even give me a price. What a joke.

Every used car dealership has good and bad. These folks are super nice and try hard to make every customer happy. They have a great selection of mid 2000 and up. Every now and then they have trucks. Always have cars and SUVs. Friendly hometown downtime folks to deal with no fuss and no hassle here. Everything is straightforward and to the point.
I’ve bought several cars here, 4 to be exact over the past 15 yrs. They’ve always been decent and reliable and the staff has always been great. I had gotten a SUV the last time I purchased from them and the same day took a trip out of town. Unfortunately the transmission went out the following day and they stood by their warranty and fixed it for me immediately. It’s the only buy here pay here I trust that has affordable and dependable vehicles.
The staff in the office is friendly but the vehicles are not. My husband got the first vehicle something was wrong with it so he change into another vehicle which had a different problem but worst than the first vehicle. They were suppose to fix them both but the vehicles still had the same issues. We lost a lot of money with this dealer.
The ladies at this location are great!!! So I was driving past the place one day and fell in love with an 03 Durango and I called them. They have a deal when you buy here pay here on a vehice they will do a 50/50 warranty with you on it. During the duration of you payment plan if anything goes wrong with the vehicle you can take it to a grauge or bring it back to them and get it repaired and they will split the cost 50/50...
That right there is peace of mind.
I will buy from them again for just that reason.
No troubles getting a car of my choosing. Got steady income? Then your approved! Even great friendly service after the sale! Seriously, most places will tell you kick rocks but they go above and beyond for their customers. Strongly recommend
These people took my money and sold me a truck that they knew had a bad motor even though they knew i was looking for something reliable because i drive back and foward from Gray to Macon feeding and taking car or the homeless people in Macon.I gave them 5000 cash money and i didn't get to do Angel On a mission that's the name of my ministry 4 weeks and now I'm out of my money and no way to feed the homeless .I think you people are very cold hearted and i will never in my life deal with you guys i wish nothing but the worst for people that would do what yall did.God most definitely don't play about me or Angel on A Mission.Watch how you do me . Very friendly staff in the office. Poor quality cars! Very poor! The vehicles all have something wrong with them. I purchased 2 vehicles which are very old! I was desperate and I wound up suffering financially until finally I just had it! As of today they are picking up a truck from me that has given me problems from day 1! They tried to get me to take a chance bringing it in! No way ! We have been stranded too many times! Windows in back never worked! They promised to fix! Did not! Radio never worked! They put in a $20 one! Interior looks like someone had a dog and chewed it up.! We had to replace a water pump! Check engine lights are on both vehicles! Truck kept cutting off ! Very unreliable! I have 5 kid and a sick husband and we have suffered behind this! They will make promises and turn on you but proclaim to be God/fearing! They are a rip off! A rip off! Don’t purchase anything from them! They are liars and should be closed down! Robbing poor people! I have truly learned to wait on God! Do not be desperate be patient !
I paid 1845 for my Hyundai Accent prior to that two days later my transmission went out and they refused to put me in another vehicle or didn't try to fix it. To make the matters worse when I finally purchased the vehicle it was no seatbelt in the back seat and they had to put some in there for my kids safety I wouldn't recommend no one to go to them they all about money yes they are friendly but I don't care nothing about the customers well-being of safety

I purchased a 2003 toyota matrix from tcl auto sales and I got to say the experience was great and the staff was extremely helpful and kind. The staff was amazing, I've been driving it for a few months now and not a single problem. I would highly recommend tcl auto sales and I will definitely be going back.
I needed a car that I could afford and they worked with me and even came in when they were closed. That is old fashion customer service. That's what I look for. Even when I can be a little pain they were always generous and considerate. 1st stop should be here.
