I've used them before with good results, but today I called them and I was told they are too busy with police calls to even schedule any residential pickups, at all. It kinda looks like they've gotten too big for their own britches. Kinda sad, because in fact, they have a lot of competition.
My service technician was Markis, and he was amazing! Markis was very easy to work with and provided excellent communication throughout our tow service. Markis also had a great attitude and provided excellent customer service. I never thought I would say this, but if you need your car you towed, call Markis!

While traveling from Charlotte to Atlanta, our BMW suddenly became disabled at a traffic light in Suwanee, GA, around 6 PM on a Saturday. As newcomers to the area, we were relieved when Bryan from Willard Wrecker Service arrived to help tow the vehicle.

Although we initially asked him to simply drop the car in a nearby parking lot, he went above and beyond by recommending a reliable European service center nearby that offered a convenient key drop-off option. Thanks to his thoughtful advice, we avoided the need for a second tow and saved significant time and money.
The issue turned out to be minor (worn engine belt), and the shop had our car repaired and back on the road by Monday as soon as they opened. My family got rear-ended on I-85 and the police called Willard Wrecker to move our disabled vehicle from the interstate. Scott, the driver, was extremely kind, understanding, and calming for me and my family throughout the whole process. He was also very professional and explained each part of the process. He was down-to-earth and friendly the whole time. Despite the circumstances, we had a great experience being taken care of by Willard Wrecker.
I haven’t used Willard, but one thing I can say is that their fleet is always clean, I don’t think I’ve ever seen a Willard wrecker dirty. I’m huge on cleanliness and when I see company take pride in their fleet it says a lot about the owner & the employees. I will always take the time to admire & appreciate company’s like them.
I really appreciated the tow I got when my car was unable to be driven but I think the communication could be a bit better. For releasing cars I would’ve appreciated if I was told on the phone that needed cash and the actual owner or a note for release of my car. Along with that while my car was taken to the body shop which I appreciate very much whoever towed it locked the keys inside instead of leaving it in the shop box as specified which seemed a bit lazy on there part and inconvenient for the shop that needs to work on my car
I caught a flat today and stopped by Willard Wrecker, and I’m honestly so grateful for the way they stepped in to help me. They didn’t have to do anything for me I wasn’t even a customer but they still went above and beyond. They came outside, checked on me, and put air in my tire with genuine kindness and zero hesitation.
In a situation that could’ve easily turned into a really stressful day, their compassion made all the difference. It’s not every day you come across people who will go out of their way for someone they don’t even know, but that’s exactly what they did.

To the gentlemen that answered the phone in the Buford location You are extremely rude, have no manners or phone etiquette and you probably look look exactly how sound over the phone. You are able to look up the car by something other than the last 4 of the license plate. It’s so unfortunate that you are the first impression someone gets when they call this company.
I called in to get verification that one of my drivers was being towed by this company and I understand it is after hours. The issue was that the after hours dispatcher was extremely rude and not very helpful at all. I will not call the person out as an individual but its not a good look. This was my one and only time ever contacting this company
Not sure why it’s so hard to update website when it clearly says OPEN 24/7. All I needed was to call and ask about a car dropped off 2 days ago. Whoever answered the phone was very rude and says call back at 7am when they open. All I needed to know was if they had went through the car because I might have needed to come and do a clear out of the car. I would have easily come to next morning to look through car if I felt I needed. Bad customer service however the young man who picked up my car was very sweet and helpful. Need more staff like him!
Bryan-636 Stand-up guy I purchased a car. I was lucky to have my driver push the car out the garage got it on the back of the truck with ease secured very well. Also stop by the gas station to let me put gas in the car. And not to mention, Best price out of six companies I call thanks Willard wrecker service big thanks to Bryan
I don't know how they calculate the prices for accidents in this company. Rony and Jhon gave me a price for my damaged vehicle because the title wasn't in my name and hours later I returned with my mother whose name appears on the title. They charged me $180 less than the total they had given me.
Spoke with two Willard representatives. Jason answered within two rings every time I called (4 to 5 times) to coordinate a pick up/drop off. Brandon called me to confirm the pick up, called me when he dropped the car off, very professional and nice to speak with. I won't use anybody else other than Willard Wrecker Service.
Markis is the best!! He helped us at 3 in the morning when we were stuck in the middle of the highway due to engine blowing out. Very attentive and straight to the point on helping my car get back to its original location.

DON”T LET THEM EXTORT YOU!!! My car was impounded and they tried to tell me that the only way I can get my car out of impound is the title or registration has to be in my name. I had a Bill of Sale and an actual title endorse to me, but no registration or title in my name, but when I called them up and asked them about retrieving my car, the guy told me that I had to have these two items no exceptions when I explained to him with the state law was he told me he didn’t care what the state law was that I wasn’t gonna be able to get my vehicle unless I provided them with a title or registration in my name . So I called the Police and guess what ??? I got my car. All you need is a bill of sale to prove ownership and they must release your car to you if they failed to do so call the Gwinnett County police. THIS IS EXTORTION!!!
I wish I could give this company 5 stars, the driver was courteous and explained everything to me in detail when my daughter was in an accident! However the front desk guy..I think his name was Jeff needs some etiquette and people skills traning! He was Extremely rude and condescending!
I was stranded on I-85 in Duluth yesterday during rush hour. One call and Willard was there within 30 minutes! The driver was incredibly courteous and friendly. I couldn't have asked for better, more prompt service. Thank you!
They need to learn how to listen and properly release a vehicle when they get verbal authorization the first time. I went there Sunday to take pics of my car and get items out of it. After I was done, I was told to go back in and give verbal authorization that my insurance could take my car, I did just that and got an “okay” from the guy I talked to. Fast forward to Tuesday, my insurance went to go get my car and was told they didn’t have verbal authorization from me to get the car, so I had to call them again to do it a second time. They guy who answered told me I had to give them the Vin number in order to release it which they didn’t even ask me the first time and I didn’t have that info with me, so I had to call my insurance to get the info and when I called back, a different guy answered and said that he didn’t even need the VIN and was able to find my car and release it for me. Whomever I talked to needs to do the releasement of cars properly and give correct info on how to do the process instead of making customers go through loops to get it done

I called this tow company for some information and was surprised by the rude tone of the person answering the call. When I asked for their name the person stated no, its Williard Wrecker. Thats was enough for me especially since they were recommended. If a business such as this is threatened by a potential customers calling in for information displays this type of aggression, I can only imagine what doing business with them must be like.
Brandon was very helpful with towing my vehicle back to my home. He made sure we were safe! Very thankful for his insight & being available when roadside would have been 90+ minutes.
So awful. They took my Tesla key, told me that the key was in the car knowing that I was unable to open the car due to the car being dead. The insurance company finally opens the car and informs me that the key is not in the car. I then call the towing company and they argue with me saying that the key is in fact in the car. I wouldn’t budge then he goes to “look” and comes back and tells me the key is in their safe and I’d have to come back and pick it up if I wanted it. I’d give them 0 stars if I could.
This company is extremely sketchy. They gave me an awful run around. I would be very careful working with them in any way.
Our private community has an account with them, but the service has been extremely unreliable. I’ve called on four separate occasions for tows, and not once has anyone actually shown up. Instead, I’ve only received excuses: 1. “We’re too busy.” 2. “We don’t tow on weekends for private properties.” 3. “Call the fire department.”
If a company takes on private community accounts, they should be prepared to honor those commitments. Unfortunately, this has not been the case. Based on our experience, this is not the tow company to rely on for private property matters. We will be removing their signs throughout our community today.
It is a special company who is willing to take someone else’s problem and make it theirs. When trying to leave for a lunch break I discovered my car wouldn’t start. Willard Wrecker Service answered my call, picked up my car, and got it to my service provider quickly. Their service was so efficient that I was able to pick up my repaired vehicle right as I completed my work day. Thank you, Willard’s, for your exceptional service.
They had awesome customer service when matching their energy. They took good care of my vehicle while it was at their yard. I would recommend them again! Only thing that threw me off is that they took my front bumper off and damaged it more than it was.
Let’s start with wow! This type of customer service just does not exist anymore. From the owner to the people on the phones and of course the drivers! They are without a doubt 100% the best in the industry! Our company was moving, and we stock a lot of heavy equipment with attachments. We had a very short amount of time to get out of the building. So, this was not just moving a couple cars. They had to take a lot more time to secure the loads and allowed us to be a part of the process so we could inventory our equipment at the same time. We here at Peachstate Compact Utility Loaders are extremely thankful for Willard Wrecker Service and they are highly recommended!
