Not sure why it’s so hard to update website when it clearly says OPEN 24/7. All I needed was to call and ask about a car dropped off 2 days ago. Whoever answered the phone was very rude and says call back at 7am when they open. All I needed to know was if they had went through the car because I might have needed to come and do a clear out of the car. I would have easily come to next morning to look through car if I felt I needed. Bad customer service however the young man who picked up my car was very sweet and helpful. Need more staff like him!
Bryan-636 Stand-up guy I purchased a car. I was lucky to have my driver push the car out the garage got it on the back of the truck with ease secured very well. I don't know how they calculate the prices for accidents in this company. Rony and Jhon gave me a price for my damaged vehicle because the title wasn't in my name and hours later I returned with my mother whose name appears on the title. They charged me $180 less than the total they had given me.
Spoke with two Willard representatives. Jason answered within two rings every time I called (4 to 5 times) to coordinate a pick up/drop off. Brandon called me to confirm the pick up, called me when he dropped the car off, very professional and nice to speak with. I won't use anybody else other than Willard Wrecker Service.
Markis is the best!! He helped us at 3 in the morning when we were stuck in the middle of the highway due to engine blowing out. Very attentive and straight to the point on helping my car get back to its original location.

DON”T LET THEM EXTORT YOU!!! My car was impounded and they tried to tell me that the only way I can get my car out of impound is the title or registration has to be in my name. I had a Bill of Sale and an actual title endorse to me, but no registration or title in my name, but when I called them up and asked them about retrieving my car, the guy told me that I had to have these two items no exceptions when I explained to him with the state law was he told me he didn’t care what the state law was that I wasn’t gonna be able to get my vehicle unless I provided them with a title or registration in my name . So I called the Police and guess what ??? I got my car. All you need is a bill of sale to prove ownership and they must release your car to you if they failed to do so call the Gwinnett County police. THIS IS EXTORTION!!!
I wish I could give this company 5 stars, the driver was courteous and explained everything to me in detail when my daughter was in an accident! However the front desk guy..I think his name was Jeff needs some etiquette and people skills traning! He was Extremely rude and condescending!
I was stranded on I-85 in Duluth yesterday during rush hour. One call and Willard was there within 30 minutes! The driver was incredibly courteous and friendly. I couldn't have asked for better, more prompt service. Thank you!
They need to learn how to listen and properly release a vehicle when they get verbal authorization the first time.
I went there Sunday to take pics of my car and get items out of it. After I was done, I was told to go back in and give verbal authorization that my insurance could take my car, I did just that and got an “okay” from the guy I talked to. Fast forward to Tuesday, my insurance went to go get my car and was told they didn’t have verbal authorization from me to get the car, so I had to call them again to do it a second time. They guy who answered told me I had to give them the Vin number in order to release it which they didn’t even ask me the first time and I didn’t have that info with me, so I had to call my insurance to get the info and when I called back, a different guy answered and said that he didn’t even need the VIN and was able to find my car and release it for me. Whomever I talked to needs to do the releasement of cars properly and give correct info on how to do the process instead of making customers go through loops to get it done

I called this tow company for some information and was surprised by the rude tone of the person answering the call. When I asked for their name the person stated no, its Williard Wrecker. Thats was enough for me especially since they were recommended. If a business such as this is threatened by a potential customers calling in for information displays this type of aggression, I can only imagine what doing business with them must be like.
Real respectful and they are willing to work with you. Excellent in going above and beyond. Also auctions available to the public for anyone interested.
Brandon was very helpful with towing my vehicle back to my home. He made sure we were safe! Very thankful for his insight & being available when roadside would have been 90+ minutes.
So awful. They took my Tesla key, told me that the key was in the car knowing that I was unable to open the car due to the car being dead. The insurance company finally opens the car and informs me that the key is not in the car. I then call the towing company and they argue with me saying that the key is in fact in the car. I wouldn’t budge then he goes to “look” and comes back and tells me the key is in their safe and I’d have to come back and pick it up if I wanted it. I’d give them 0 stars if I could.
This company is extremely sketchy. They gave me an awful run around. I would be very careful working with them in any way.
Our private community has an account with them, but the service has been extremely unreliable. I’ve called on four separate occasions for tows, and not once has anyone actually shown up. Instead, I’ve only received excuses:
1. “We’re too busy.”
2. “We don’t tow on weekends for private properties.”
3. “Call the fire department.”
If a company takes on private community accounts, they should be prepared to honor those commitments. Unfortunately, this has not been the case. Based on our experience, this is not the tow company to rely on for private property matters. We will be removing their signs throughout our community today.
Are you guys called Willard “wrecker” services because you cause the wrecks? It would seem so with how your flatbed truck drivers, drive. One decided to tailgate me down Peachtree industrial at 10:30pm tonight, when I could not get over to let them pass. If I had to slam on my brakes for a deer or any other reason your several ton truck would have flattened my car and killed me.
My experience was great plus the service was quick. The tow arrived in less than 30 mins. Marqise was so kind and even helped inspect my car to provide some advice on what could be wrong with it. I’ll be sure to use this company again for sure. Thank you again Marqise!
It is a special company who is willing to take someone else’s problem and make it theirs. When trying to leave for a lunch break I discovered my car wouldn’t start. Willard Wrecker Service answered my call, picked up my car, and got it to my service provider quickly. I overloaded my truck with blocks and it broke all my lugs off which made my wheel to fall off. I called willard's towing. A guy showed up in about 15 minutes. He got out of his Truck looked at mine. He said it couldn't be done an he told me he had 15yrs exp. I was in a hot parking lot. So I called Patriot Towing. Great customer service. An the driver had a lot of skill. In 15 minutes he jacked the truck up, took the wheel out an we were heading home. No damage an arrived in about 15 minutes. I highly recommend Patriot Towing.

My car broke down in the middle of an intersection, a cop came by and called Willard Wrecker Service for us. Brandon, the one who towed our car was an amazing representation for the company, and the wait time was barely anything. He gave us a ride back to our house in his tow truck as well, and even though the experience of my car breaking down was awful, Brandon was a tremendous help. Good company, and good people!
We were stuck on an intersection for about 20 minutes before Brandon came to our rescue. He was extremely helpful and lightened the mood with his charming personality. In the end, he helped us quickly and safely deliver our car back to our home. We love ya Brandon!
This company is lacking in customer service. Interacted with multiple people, on the phone and in person, and they seem to train their staff on how to be rude. We were treated like we were some type of burden. And we could only pay in cash, which in addition to being inconvenient, is also suspicious.
I had an extremely knowledgeable and friendly tow driver named Rudy whose biggest concern was taking care of the customer and getting my vehicle where it needed to be expeditiously. He arrived in less than 30 minutes and had me hooked up and ready to roll in less than 10 minutes, which is extremely impressive seeing as how it was a heavy tow. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing any type of tow or vehicle recovery assistance but most importantly I would recommend Rudy for his knowledge, expertise and professionalism, far above what you expect from a tow professional. It's people like Rudy who shape a company to be great i hope nothing but the best for him in his career.
I've utilized Willard's twice now and both times were very pleasant! The tow truck drivers are super nice and they treat your car with respect, which I really appreciate A LOT, since my car isn't anything special, but I've put tons of work into it. They're pricing is more than fair and as long as I live around them, they will absolutely be the company I will call when I need a tow. I appreciate you guys!
They had awesome customer service when matching their energy. They took good care of my vehicle while it was at their yard. I would recommend them again! Only thing that threw me off is that they took my front bumper off and damaged it more than it was.
