BLESSED we found this company to come out and help us when we needed it most. Not a single tow company in the area answered our calls to help us get unstuck in the mountains until we called this company and he answered right away, gave us an estimate of his time of arrival and still managed to show up way before. He got us out in no time! We truly appreciate you! 10/10 recommend!

We had a blowout last night on our way to Mineral Bluff, Georgia, and were stuck without access to our tools or spare. We reached out to North Georgia Roadside LLC, and I honestly couldn’t be more impressed. Tom Sorensen showed up in under 15 minutes, which alone was incredible. From the moment he arrived, Tom was calm, professional, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He walked us through the process, made sure everything was safe, replaced the damaged tire with the spare efficiently, and had us back on the road in no time. Beyond the technical skill, Tom is just a genuinely terrific guy — friendly, reassuring, and someone you immediately trust in a stressful situation. Tom is amazing. We were staying in the mountains outside of Ellijay and discovered our flat tire on a Sunday morning - not the ideal day for this to happen. Tom trekked up the unpaved road, arrived shortly, changed our tire, provided us with excellent advice and put us in touch with Mavis once he got our spare on. He's a pleasure to work with and an all-around great guy!

This man went out of his way to help us. When he couldn't actually assist us because of our situation, he helped get us help with Walmart tires. I'm literally crying at how grateful we are.

Tom truly saved the day. I had a tire issue and he went completely out of his way to help me change it to the spare, troubleshoot options for finding a replacement tire, and even double-checked all of my other tires—especially one that looked suspicious. As a woman alone, I really appreciated how kind, professional, and reassuring he was. He made me feel completely at ease the entire time. On top of that, he even texted later to make sure I made it home safely, which meant so much. Tom is incredibly knowledgeable, thoughtful, and genuinely cares about the people he helps. I cannot recommend him enough—he went above and beyond in every way.

We were In the middle of the mountains, middle of nowhere on a Saturday night in Blue Ridge, Georgia. 5 girls no idea what to do. We get Tom’s number and called him. He immediately drives out to us and is here within 45 minutes to fix the tire. He made us feel safe and we are able to drive home!

My daughter was 2 hours from home and had locked her keys in the car and it was on a Sunday. The local locksmith was closed, so we called the police department and they gave us Tom's number. He was very polite on the phone and was at her car within 10 minutes after hanging up. He was able to get her keys within just a few minutes after arriving and there was no damage to the car. Tom was courteous and professional. We were very thankful that Tom was available that day.

Tom really bailed me out this weekend. A family member drove our Santa Fe off the road on windy Cherry Log roads and he winched it out in no time. Very prompt, good communication and a fair price. Highly recommend and very grateful for the help.

Let me tell you, if you need help with road side assistance this is the company to use. If you are a JEEP owner who off roads in this area and needs assistance, this is who you need to call. We got locked out of our jeep at the end of a service road that was not easy to get to, it was an off roading trail. We called several people for help, even 911, seeing if they knew someone who could help us. We were getting ready to bust the window out with the wench but my husband tried one more person and got a hold of North GA Roadside and let me tell you, he OFF ROADED in his truck to get to us. We can not tell you how much we appreciated him agreeing to off road to help us. He was so great, keeping in touch with us and helping us. Such a nice guy as well. If we ever need help, we will definitely call him. I felt like we met a new friend by the time we ended this off roading trip!

Our family was visiting from Roswell, GA on a 3-night getaway to Blue Ridge. On our last day, we were driving back from a quick outing to Tennessee. While driving back to Blue Ridge, we drove over something in the road. Our tire pressure went from 35 PSI to 0 PSI in a matter of seconds. We barely managed to turn off Blue Ridge Drive onto Old Hwy 2. We were off the main road, but we were very close to the intersection. We called our roadside assistance and were given an ETA of an hour plus. We googled roadside and came across North Georgia Roadside LLC. My husband spoke with Tom, who was extremely professional, friendly and calming to us. Tom arrived in under a half hour. He was concerned that he may be held up with traffic, so he sent his wife Trish to meet us awaiting his arrival. They are both wonderful people! Tom had our tire changed and us ready to go in under 30 minutes. No one wants to have an experience requiring roadside assistance, but if you find yourself in need in the Elijay/Blue Ridge area, you won’t find anyone better than Tom and North Georgia Roadside LLC.

We were on the side of the road dealing with a flat tire and he stopped on his own time to see if we were alright. He went above and beyond and checked our spare tire’s air pressure AND filled it up for us! Thank you so much Tom!! We truly appreciate your kindness & assistance today!

I had to get my Honda recovered off the mountain side. He showed up in 10 minutes and then only took another 10-15 minutes to get me out. Super affordable pricing and guy had great service skills. 10/10 experience would use him again

My niece, her daughter and my sister got a bolt in their tire, 15 minutes away from the house we rented for a vacation. Some incredibly nice people helped them and let them use their phones since my niece had no phone connection. Tom with North GA Roadside came to the rescue and got them back on the road and told them where they could go tomorrow (a Sunday!) to replace the tire. Tom was so responsive and helpful. 5 stars!!!

Just go straight to Tom! We had been waiting on other companies for 7 hours until midnight when we gave him a call (he answered right away and immediately headed out to us)! He came out where there was no service in the middle of the night to help me change my tire! Would recommend everyone to go here! Felt extremely safe and he was extremely fast and efficient with the job and arrival! Made us good recommendations for new places we could get tires and helped us plan a route for our trip to Nashville to get there the most efficient! It is hard to get people to help in the middle of the mountains so if you’re in need give him a call! He works with a lot of different insurance and roadside companies as well for reimbursement but his pricing is extremely fair either way! Thanks again Tom!

Tom was a godsend. My husband and I decided to head deep into the woods to hike the Appalachian Trail. Upon returning, we realized we had a flat tire. We wanted to change the tire but realized we didn't have the tool to remove the locking lug nut. At the last service at the Honda dealership, they forgot to put it back. After being stoop up by Honda Road Assistance for over an hour, we called Tom. He arrived quickly, removed the locking lug nut, and changed the tire in 10 minutes. He drove with us at 15mph for about 7 miles to the nearest paved road to make sure we’d make it out, and on the way called an auto parts store to check for availability and price of regular lug nuts that we’d need. Amazing service and most important a caring human being. Highly recommend North GA Roadside!

My wife and I traveled 6 hours to get to our cabin. We were excited to finally get there then one wrong turn happened and I was stuck in dirt. I tried every number on google and no one could help us for at least 3-4 hours or had an outrageous price. I finally came across North GA Roadside and Tom picked up, and he was there within minutes. He pulled us out very quickly and sent us on our way. He even gave us recommendations on things to do in the area. Thank you for your kindness and promptness. You saved our entire trip! I would recommend any of Tom’s services to anyone in a heartbeat!

As we about to check out of a cabin in Ellijay, in the middle of nowhere, at the end of a single lane dirt road, a tire went flat. The original-equipment jack wasn't big enough to get the spare on. Tom saved the day. He knew just where we were, arrived when he said he would, and had the proper equipment to get us up and running quickly. He took the flat into town and made sure we were good to go. I highly recommend North GA Roadside.

We were 24 miles from home, at the end of a 1200 mile trip, pulling our 5th Wheel camper when a camper tire blew apart on Hwy 515 in busy traffic. I found Tom on Google and he came right away. He knew exactly what to do. The tire was changed within an hour and we were back on the road. Three cheers and five stars for North GA Roadside. I hope you never need him, but if you ever do, don’t hesitate to call him. Great guy!

Mr Tom was awake and willing to drive 45 mins, AT 2am, on mother’s day! We got locked out of our car and other “24/7” locksmiths wouldn’t answer! He charged a reasonable rate for the time, and how far he drove. This guy was a life saver. We called at least 6 places before this guy came to the rescue.

Our service with Northside Ga Roadside was impeccable! Tom was there ahead of the expected time, put our tire on within 5mins tops and even placed our spare tire back under the car. Overall I would say this is the best service I’ve ever received from road side assistance. Thanks again, Tom!!
