we just had a mini cooper inspected there for a out of state buyer and first they had a vin number wrong and customer had to call me and make sure that i took the right car there after the car was inspected , they only mentioned coolant flush , spark plugs , and alignment and also oil pan leaking. so they did not even look at the car service history to see when all this stuff was replaced but they just made a quote for stuff that was done like two weeks prior of advertising the car , so they just probably gonna recommend stuff that was done to the car and they don't even check car history . do better next time !!! is not that i lost the sale , i am just want them to do better job . even though they charge 21 dollars for inspection but still you need properly inspect cars not just mention stuff that does not need to be serviced. they said coolant flush but we replaced thermostat two weeks ago and it had fresh coolant also spark plugs was replaced at tthe same time and they also recommended spark plugs . they car had new tires and alignment done at the same time . and they aslo recommend alignment . thats not a good way to run business . people watch out !!!

I took my car for a/c issues in. They filled it back up and it didn't change anything. (Initial fill was needed) A/C was still going in and out. They said it needed an A/C replacement. So I put a compressor in. That didn't work nor change anything for the better. Then the Manager started "throwing parts at it" method. Still didn't work.
They claimed it was because I didn't do a full system replacement on the AC and its because I didn't want to spend the $2000 to fix it with them.. Any mechanic worth something will tell you that's not diagnosing the problem. Well after all the issues and arguing on the phone. I took it to a Subaru specialist.
I was told them the issue and it took him 10mins to diagnose the problem. It was the thermosistor. A $50 part...
Firestone had me spend all this money for nothing. No apologies, just more arguing and telling me I was wrong and I didn't follow their recommendations of a full AC replacement.....
Do not trust their diagnostic work. Second opinions are always worth it.

Luke at the Sandy Plains / HWY 92 location is awesome. He and his team helped me out with a bolt for my kiddos bicycle and replaced a valve stem cap. They are great on vehicles and great people too!

This is my first time visiting this location and this won’t be my last time! They were able to squeeze me in at the end of my work day, I was checked in rather quickly, and was in and out in less than 1 hour for an oil change and two headlights.
I was close to an hour early for my appointment and expected to wait to get my tires installed. I was taken care of immediately and with courteous professionalism. I’ll be using this location again whenever I need their services.
This Firestone is great. They're friendly, trustworthy, quick, and do great work. We come to them whenever we have a car issue and they've exceeded expectations every time.

I have a flat tire less than a mile away from the location and am hoping for some help. I call and after two minutes with a robot I'm told the base rate for a less than five mile tow is $123. I am less than half a mile from the shop. I've decided to go elsewhere
After many issues with getting the car properly aligned at other locations (ex: Wheel not centered, and steering resistance one way vs. the other), a visit to this Firestone location finally solved my issue. Leonard is an amazing alignment tech and knows what he is doing! My car is finally handling correctly and I am not having to constantly adjust the wheel while driving. This has been a huge issue for me for a long time, and it was solved today (1/2/26).
Fantastic experience at the Sandy Plains location. Came in for a Lifetime Alignment on an older vehicle. The technician was skilled and got my steering wheel perfectly centered (which other shops have failed to do). Best of all—absolutely NO pressure or upsells. They gave me an honest report on my battery and let me be. If you want a shop that respects your time and your wallet, come here.

Very cold day and I had all 4 tires under 27 PSI show up in a warning on my vehicle. I immediately stopped at my local Fierstone Auto Care. They took care of it right then and there at no charge. BRRR It was extremely cold and windy.... They have always taken good care of vehicles...

I spent a decent amount of money on my services, but he made sure everything was done right and got me in and out quickly. The pricing was affordable, the customer service was top-tier, and you can tell he genuinely cares about the customers, not just the sale. Luke, James and Evan went above and beyond for me . I brought my car in for services Honda said needed to be done. Firestone much cheaper but the icing on the cake was that I spent 1k for starter that my car didn’t need from Honda Wednesday. Got to Firestone and my car wouldn’t crank up …. Doing the same thing that Honda fixed ! James and Evan went above and beyond to figure the issue out . It’s going back to Honda to get repaired correctly but it meant a lot to me that they stopped everything to figure it out . As soon as I get my car fixed , I’ll be back to get the other services done. The 4.6 stars are right about this location!! I stay 30 minutes away and came here because of the reviews !!
My family has been coming here for twenty years to the point I still drive here for this Firestone and I don’t live in the city anymore. I had a 10:30 appt. I drove by at 1:30 and the car hadn’t moved from parking lot. Call again at 3:30 and they told me they could get to it in the next hour. I’ve had a puppy caged up at home all day while I waited - they wanted the business so they didn’t inform me of a 5 plus hour delay! It’s 4:00 now and they still haven’t started. I’m taking my car home and I’ll my business elsewhere!
I had an amazing experience at Firestone! I had a flat tire and there technicians were able to repair it quickly and well done. Evan helped me especially with great costumer service and even came out my location to help me. I will definitely come back for any car troubles in the future!

Luke and his mechanic provided me with excellent service, they were very professional with great turnaround time, and mind you I was late to my scheduled appointment, BUT they still got me in right away. Great service here! Luke and James are always attentive and keep us informed on our vehicles. And they handle it well when both of our cars decide that they want to pull a mutiny and throw up check engine lights within 24 hours of each other. Appreciate the fast and friendly service, fellas!
I went on usually their busiest day of the week, and I wanted to drop off my car for the day to get the lightbulb in my headlight changed. I knew it was very busy so I didn’t expect them to be able to get to my car until later that day.
But the manager, Steve-O, not only came out immediately to look at why my bulb wasn’t working, but fixed it immediately for me in no time. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. If you want impeccable service at a reliable shop, call this place and ask for Steve-O!
