can’t thank XRS Mobile Tire Service enough! I was stuck with two flat tires and thought I had no options, but they came through quickly and professionally. The technician arrived on time, was very friendly, and got me back on the road much faster than I expected. The whole process was smooth, convenient, and stress-free compared to dealing with a tow or waiting at a shop. We waited for over an hour for our repair, only for the technician to turn around and leave without helping. Not only was this a complete waste of our time, but it also left us stranded and delayed. Communication was terrible as well despite calling multiple times, no one ever answered the phone after leaving us stranded. This kind of service shows a lack of respect for customers’ time and trust. Overall, it was an extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience.

Great people ...I hit a pothole busted my tire and cracked my rim at 4 sum in the morning called them they came out within 35 minutes gave me a good price and great work 10/10 would recommend thank y'all for getting me off the road

Horrible customer service wasted 2 hours of my time just to mess up my rims and burn my tire and wasn’t trying to refund me for the issue he messed up horrible black owned business
horrible work burnt the mess out my tire was supposed to get bend out burnt my tire made me pay 150 for a bend that wasnt fixed and then anothee 150 for a tire they messed horrible black owned business that needs to be shut down asap
excellent customer service!! Reasonable quotes & very polite and professional. You don’t have to wait on hold or talk to a robot, they answered on the first ring. I called around 3p.m and was all set by 6, including a delay due to me having stripped one of my lug nuts. These ladies had to brave 5 o’clock ATL traffic to grab an extra tool to remove the stripped lug nut. They were patient and explained how to avoid further damage & marked the stripped one. It was also just really great to not have to go to a tire shop. Having the tire brought to you definitely beats waiting in a lobby. 10/10 I hope I’m good on tires for a while, but if/when the potholes strike again I know who I’m calling!
Edit: Although I’m still happy with the customer interaction and speed of service, I’m reducing my review from 5 to 3 stars due to safety concerns. First, my tire was overfilled by nearly 20 PSI. Thankfully, I made sure to check it before driving anywhere because this could have messed up my suspension, caused uneven wear on my tires, and loss of traction. What I didn’t think to check was the lugnuts!! After my mom drove my car, she heard a thumping and took it to a tire shop in AL. there they discovered the tire was nearly falling off & the lugnuts could be loosened by hand. I’m just so glad we figured it out before anyone got in an accident. Some time has elapsed between XRS service and finding this issue, but unless someone has been loosening my lugnuts in the parking lot, this seems like negligence that could’ve really hurt somebody.
If you get a tire change form these folks (bc I’m ngl they are still speedy & friendly & reasonably priced), make sure to check these things before you hit the road. Thought I could trust that the tire would be safely installed, don’t make my mistake.
My tire completely popped on a rainy Monday evening. I called XRS Mobile Tire Business and they provided me a reasonable quote, which included labor and new tire cost (same brand tire that I already had on the car), and they showed up in 15 minutes and had my tire replaced in less time than it would’ve taken AAA to arrive. Repairman Frank was very communicative and friendly. Highly recommend this business for mobile tire services!
