Flatbed tow truck arrived in 15 minutes and the guy got it on the truck quickly and got me home within a half an hour. Very good service will use again in case of a need. Glad they were working on July 4. Dispatch lady knew exactly what to do where I was and got me assigned quickly

We got scammed last Sunday nite when our granddaughter & her boyfriend's vehicle broke down at the airport. I called a wrecker service & they ended up charging us $297 before they would send the wrecker out. Then the local wrecker service, which they had called, showed up. And we ended up having to pay them $320 to actually tow the vehicle from the airport to Kennesaw. So we paid a total of $617! And that scam company got $297 for simply calling a real wrecker service to come do the tow.

Absolutely the WORST customer service I’ve ever Experienced.
I truly wish I could give this place zero stars. The experience I had here was completely unacceptable, and I feel compelled to warn others.
I was charged $70 for a “crash wrap” that I never requested, needed, or approved. The only reason they gave was that the driver seat window was rolled down literally 5inches and because of that they had to put the wrap without previous authorization or letting me know that. I told them that who towed my car didn’t ask if I could roll my window up — which I absolutely could have.
It felt like a scam charge without explanation. The front desk staff and the manager were beyond unprofessional and outright aggressive, even going so far as to scream at my girlfriend and sister during a basic conversation. There was no attempt at customer service or basic respect — just immediate hostility and attitude.
It is worth mentioning that while we were there, multiple other customers were also complaining about long wait times, poor communication and being ignored by their personal. It’s clear this isn’t an isolated case, this business clearly has no interest in treating its customers with basic decency or transparency.
I strongly recommend avoiding this place at all costs. If you value your time, money, or being treated like a human being, look elsewhere.

As a woman, I really appreciated how safe and comfortable he made me feel throughout the entire process. He explained everything clearly and made a stressful situation much easier to handle. 10/10 recommend!! Nick was quick, super friendly, handled my car with care and respect. Watching him pull away I was sad but I felt comfortable that my car was in good hands.
My car decided to break down today, of course it was in right front of my kids school (how embarrassing motherrrrr) I called Marietta Wrecker and Nick got there so quickly and towed it to the destination at a very timely manner. The price wasn’t bad either!

I will say service was good. The driver was the best part of the experience (Derek Fremman). Dispatch was very quick to get me off the phone first time I called. The second time Paul was willing to take the time and answer my question comments and concerns. I’m not familiar with tow bills but for the fact that within 30min of call to hook up I was impressed. My bill was $2520 for 365mile tow.

Got stranded at a gas station on a family camping trip after my radiator blew. Jason from Marietta Wrecker showed up and was extremely helpful. He loaded up the pickup on the rollback to take to the nearest dealership, and towed the 33 foot camper across town to the hotel. Jason expertly maneuvered the camper through the parking lot and backed it into a clear spot for me.
It was a huge relief when I realized I was dealing with a professional tonight. Hope I never need them again, but if I do, I’ll know who to call.
After calling around to get a winch out for an 18 wheeler with trailer, they were far cheaper and quoted less wait time than any others that I called. They arrived on scene in less than an hour and had the truck and trailer back on the asphalt in less than an hour after the arrived. Would definitely use again.
