Great service got a fair price for my vehicle called on Sunday car picked up Monday at 9:30 am wrecker driver Carlos was very professional.
Beware! Their driver damaged my garage and now theyβre avoiding me and I have a hole in my garage wall because of their driver. Now I have to see what my options are because they keep avoiding me. My service was 5/28/24 and they will not take care of the damage their driver caused!!!
Horrible customer service( with the exception of the young lady who works in the morNing) β¦unreliableβ¦ no compassion or courtesyβ¦ very condescending.. scam!!!! Not only did they fail to pick up my toe. They caused my car to get towed by a whole Nother company that I now have to pay for and have yet to receive my refund or even get a call back from management. Iβve been calling for consecutive days with nothing done. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Do not use this company for anything!!!! I wish I wouldβve read the reviews first and save time. Iβve reaching out to the Better Business Bureau as well and found out theyβre not not even a credited by them. And I can see why. If they failed to reimburse me for my storage fees, and for my Tow, I will be taking a civil suit call them and I We go further if need be, especially after that rude receptionist!!! It cost nothing to listen with sincerity and to have compassion. Donβt cut a customer off when theyβre trying to express their concerns off money that you owe to them.. And especially since I am a blogger, and actress they really should watch who they mistreat
