This review is for Avalon Auto in Alpharetta Ga. I have been a business owner going on 40 years including owning and operating a successful independent automobile dealership. In this day and age of average customer service and little concern for the customer post sale, this company goes way beyond meeting my expectations. There wasn’t a single reasonable request made to our sales rep Frank that wasn’t fulfilled , and all service done by ownership in particular Rob, was done in house, and to perfection. I don’t hand out reviews like candy, but this organization deserves the highest praise. Thanks again and continued success.

Just bought a 2014 Toyota Sienna from them a couple days ago. I had to travel 2.5 hours from Tennessee so I called them to let them know I was on my way. When I got there apparently another family wanted to look at it and potentially buy it, the gentleman helping me told me that they basically saved it for me since they knew I was making a 2.5 hour drive. I was super impressed and it speaks a lot about the company and employees! It was a Great experience. He gave me the keys to check it out, I test drove it and liked it and paperwork went quick and simple. And they helped me load the van up on trailer. While loading it on the trailer I noticed by oil filter it was leaking oil. So I brought it up to them (mind you I already bought it as is, so technically they don’t need to do anything) they said take it to express oil where I live and have them check it out and if it ends up being a leak we will take care of it. Well I did today and everything was fine and there was no leak. But the fact they said they would take care of it shows their integrity. I’m very happy with the van and they priced it at a fair price and everything went smoothly!

I was in the market for an excellent condition, southern/rust free and well maintained Lexus GX 470 or LX 570 and found a 2005 GX 470 at Avalon Auto in GA via another online auto selling website several weeks ago. As I live in central PA, I was a little ambivalent about buying a car online/not FTF (first timer…). However, I think doing so is much more comfortable when dealing with a seller/business that presents the vehicle being sold in the manner they do at Avalon.. I worked with Adam/part-owner and Frank/sales rep. at Avalon… they are both seriously knowledgable enthusiasts for these particular brand/model of vehicles. I found the entire buying process to be seamless, timely, cordial, accommodating, and forthright/professional. I received my GX 470 quickly via open-transport and found its condition to be as it was described… there were no surprises. I enjoyed the entire purchase process and I am absolutely satisfied with my GX… I am a very happy customer. Without hesitation, I would be happy to purchase another vehicle from Avalon Auto… very highly recommended.

Frank, our salesman, was very responsive with all communication. He was attentive and showed care. We were coming from out-of-town, so he worked with us to do a deposit to hold the vehicle until we could come and see it. He had the vehicle waiting and ready for us to test drive at our appointment. The vehicle was priced a bit higher than market value, and we did find a few things on the vehicle that were missed in the description, including a rock chip in the windshield and a missing lug key for the wheels. But Frank gave us a small allowance on the purchase price to cover the rock chip repair and helped us troubleshoot the lug key situation. Overall we had a good experience and would recommend Avalon Auto.

I just took delivery of this pristine (mechanical and aesthetic) low mileage ‘06 Lexus GX 470 from Avalon Auto. Here’s my backstory: - 4 days prior to delivery, I flew from Kansas City to Atlanta to inspect the vehicle in person. - Before departure, Adam’s comprehensive documentation and transparent walk around video on their website made me excited and confident to make the trip. - Upon arrival, Frank had no hesitation with me taking the vehicle to the nearby Lexus dealer for a ‘trust but verify’ PPI. - The purchase process was extremely efficiently, which included enclosed trailer transport to the KC metro area. - After the purchase, Frank was in constant contact as it made the +800 mile journey. - Now, I don’t have to argue with my wife to drive her ’06 GX 470. I finally have my own! Even with all of today's channels and tools for buying a used car, transparency, confidence and integrity are not necessarily the choice words that come to mind. However, Avalon Auto has proven to be that rare exception, especially if you’re like me looking for one of these professionally refurbished GX 470’s. Bought a Toyota Tundra from Frank at Avalon Auto. They coordinated with a family member to meet and show the truck as I am in another state. Process was seamless, easy, and transparent. Frank was always available to answer any and all questions. Truck had to be shipped across country and he did everything he could to facilitate the process. Shopping for cars in the Atlanta area is, at best, hit or miss. I cant emphasize enough how straight-forward and transparent Avalon Autos is. I will be going back to them any time i need another vehicle. The selection is excellent, the cars are solid and incredibly fairly priced. My daughter absolutely LOVES her Honda. The car was even better than the pics online. It was an extremely pleasant and smooth transaction. Frank was quick at calling me to set up a time to come out to see the car. Very friendly and the test drive was great. I had a pre-approval, so including the test drive, I was done with my keys in about an 1 1/2 hours. Everyone was pleasant , professional, and helpful. I purchased a 2013 VW Passat from Frank at Avalon Auto and am very happy with the purchase. Elias (one of the owners) was also very helpful. We drove by after hours to take a look at the car, and Elias gave us some information on the car and let us check it out that night. We came back the next day, talked to Frank to see it, drove it, and were sold.  The vehicle was in great condition, and when I asked if my mechanic could check it out, they handed me the keys and said, “See you when you get back.” Letting me take it to my mechanic is very important to me, and these guys advocated for it, which is such a refreshing feeling. If a dealer ever gives you any excuse on why they can't let you take it to your mechanic's location... walk away! I had my mechanic check it out and was given the green light. We were able to pick it up the day after our transaction with four new tires, beautifully detailed, and ready to go complete with a big red bow for my daughter’s birthday present. The staff are easy to get in touch with and answer every question. It’s been close to two weeks since our purchase, and my daughter is loving the car.  I am not very familiar with VW, but Frank has been very helpful with questions I’ve had for him even after the sale! In my opinion, it’s the service after the sale that matters most, and these guys have been on point every time! My family and I were very impressed with everyone at Avalon Auto! They are NOT your average small dealer and are particular about the cars they sell and have a great selection. If you are in the market for a quality used car, you have to make Avalon Auto your first stop! Their selections are the best I saw after looking for more than two weeks.

Adam and Frank were amazing! Answered all my questions and were extremely friendly. I was able to pickup my car with new trd wheels and tires only 4 days after purchasing. They are extremely knowledgeable with Lexus GX’s and are a great contact for off-road builds in the Atlanta area.

Being a passionate car person I buy and sell at least one car a year and due to this deal with car dealers on a regular basis. I normally try and deal with private party sellers because have had had more than one terrible dealership experience. When I started looking for a GX470 I knew I wanted one clean and from the south to start with something rust free. The more I looked I kept coming across ones posted by Adam at Avalon and was always impressed by his candor regarding the condition of the vehicle and taking the time to do maintenance that most dealers would ignore. That was enough to give Adam a call and from the first call it was clear that he was a true car person which isn't common for used car dealers sadly. Took a month but one that met my requirements made it through Adam's process and I jumped on it. My wife was skeptical that a 20 year old car could be as nice as some of the newer stuff we own but when we showed up to Avalon she was blown away by the condition. The fact that Adam took the time to recover the seats really put it over the top. Pickup went smoothly with all paper work ready and no unnecessary waiting. When we were getting ready to leave Adam even noticed some damage on the new TRD wheels that I got as part of the sale. He immediately offered to drop ship me a replacement wheel without hesitation. This was the single most enjoyable dealership I have had in my years of buying and selling cars. Avalon auto should be your first choice if you are like me and looking for a Lexus GX470 and want to start an off-road build. If you are looking for a GX then you know what these vehicles are. I’ve followed Adam on YouTube and watched quite a few of his builds and saw how much passion and care he puts into bringing these marvelous vehicles back to like new condition. It is challenging to find a used car dealer that has integrity, honesty, and a commitment to excellence but Adam and Avalon auto is just that person and dealer. I could not be happier with my 2009 GX. It is in pristine condition, drives like a dream and is everything I hoped it would be. Adam performed several upgrades to the GX so I can start my off roading adventures and I will be back in 2024 to add a lift kit to finish the build. The compliments I’ve gotten from strangers on this vehicle in just a few days off ownership really drives home the quality and condition he puts into these vehicles. Call Adam, follow his channel, and when you’re ready and see the vehicle you want pounce…it won’t last long. Couldn’t be happier or more satisfied and plan on a decade of adventures with this GX.

I recently drove from my home in Colorado to Alpharetta, Georgia to buy a 14 year old vehicle with 128,000 mi on it. This may seem strange at first glance and I certainly had my share of friends who was wondering if I lost hold of my senses. If you're an Atlanta area resident just looking to buy a used car I suspect everything I have to say here applies to you too, but I'm addressing this mainly to those of you out there who know the answers to questions like what fictitious corporate entity the acronym LRD refers to, what is the difference between a Land Cruiser Prado and a Land Cruiser, and what the relationship between a Toyota 4Runner and a Lexus GX is. For the group that knows the answers to those questions, there's an excellent chance that you have come to Avalon Auto looking for a Lexus GX or LX. Possibly you're considering buying one sight unseen and having it delivered or maybe, like me, you're considering a long drive to pick one up in person. Because if you've spent any amount of time researching the GX or LX you've almost certainly come across this dealership and Adam Roth. If you're far from Atlanta perhaps you're wondering if it's worth the drive? Maybe you're curious if this guy is a straight shooter or if he's bad used car salesman cliche? The most succinct answer I can give to any questions like those is that I would not hesitate to drive all the way to Atlanta again if Avalon Auto has qcar I really wanted. Getting a bit more specific: * The GX that I purchased from Adam was exactly as described. * There were no surprises when I got there. There was still some work to be done from the last photos that I had received from the dealership. That work was done as promised. I had requested that some additional modifications be made to the vehicle, those are all done as requested. * The trade-in and purchase process was extremely smooth and every "i" was dotted and "t" was crossed (when I registered and titled my car the county clerk remarked to me that most out of state dealers screw up something in the paperwork but that everything was in perfect order here). * Adam is both extremely knowledgeable about these vehicles and extremely passionate about them. He provided me with several pointers for work I was planning to do myself, which proved very helpful. I could go on but I have nothing bad to say about the experience. Every aspect of it was a 10 out of 10. If you're looking for a used Lexus GX or LX, this is the place you want to start.

I moved to the area recently and was in need of a car. I wanted a used SUV that I could pay in full. I saw a Facebook ad for a Nissan Rogue that matched what I wanted. Rob from Avalon responded to my inquiry immediately. It was such an easy transaction. There was total honesty and no pressure. The dealership is very accommodating and made me feel really comfortable with my purchase. I loved the experience so much that I went back there to purchase a Toyota Prius for my son. Although there was a little bit of a hiccup this time, not the dealership’s fault, they took accountability and provided solutions. Their customer service is really top notch. It’s hard to find a business you can fully trust. I felt really lucky to have found Avalon.

Had the unfortunate experience of having to helplessly watch another vehicle hurtle into our family van while sitting at a stop sign, totaling it out. Dreading car shopping for something as mundane as a minivan my wife and I were pleasantly surprised by Elias and his team at Avalon Auto. Extremely friendly, not pushy, and definitely more knowledgeable than your average car dealership. All of the cars on their lot seem to be really clean and carefully purchased as well, no beaters or lemons to be found. We left with a fairly priced Toyota Sienna in great shape and with lower miles than we were thinking we'd have to settle for with our budget. The next time I need a set of wheels, I'll be checking with Avalon Auto first.

I picked up my 2007 Lexus GX470 on January 27th and I’m blown away at the quality of this now 15 yo SUV. I, like many of you I’m sure, became familiar with Adam Roth’s builds on a popular enthusiast group page. After seeing a few examples post and slip away, I pulled the trigger on this beauty(or beast). Quite frankly she’s a bit of both. This thing didn’t miss a beat on the 6 hr drive back to NC! Adam was awesome to work with, he really loves these cars and it shows. His attention to detail is unmatched. He thought of everything. Not one thing on this rig needs attention. One of the smoothest car purchasing experiences that I’ve ever had. I’m sure to lean on Adam’s knowledge as I become more confident in my off-roading abilities for ideas to take it to the next level (has yet to get dirty). I purchased a 2007 Lexus GX 470 from Avalon Auto last year and worked with Adam Roth. Adam was awesome to work with. He is not only a no bull salesman, but he’s also an enthusiast that cares about the car culture. Over the last year I have contacted Adam multiple times for advice and recommendations as I built up my GX for a cross country trip to UT and CO. He has always been responsive and happy to help.
