I am a retired mechanic and I went here to get my front end done, Mr. KING is the first true mechanic that I have met in years... He got the job done better, more thorough, and faster than any shop I have been to in years... I will be carrying all my vehicles, And will recommend him to everyone that I know...
Had to call him to tow my daughter. Not sure of what the trouble was with my little girl’s vehicle. Fortunately, the vehicle needed fuel. Fully expected to pay his fee, yet he insisted on being rude, snippy and unprofessional. Hope he understands I’ve known his family for years. How my daughter was treated was way out of bounds. Won’t use the service again.
Pricey on the towing. Had to move and steer a wrecked car with shattered glass and some blood in it. Would not recommend. The deputy called them on the rotation list or I'd have used someone else for all the work I had to do. Only thing I didn't do was hook the car up.
Before i brought my car to their shop i just needed screws to fit in my rotor because my last pieces were broken off. While changing them the guy was using a hammer to remove parts on the driver side of my car. I’m not a mechanic & haven’t been around any like that but i was looking knowing that wasn’t normal. Afterward the brakes made this horrible screeching sound. It was awful! So, i never coorelated it back to this shop until now! I took it to a mechanic who said I’d need Hub cap bearings. Come to find out when he takes it apart he calls & tells me a previous mechanic had DESTROYED the driver side axle & hub cap carrier!! Guess how?? BEATING IT WITH A HAMMER .. he said this by lookin at it, i made no mention of this shop. It may be fine to use these guys for oil changes or something petty but don’t trust them to do anything anywhere on your car where it’s a necessity (wheels, engine etc.) unless you have a car you don’t care about. I had a Cadillac that was running in great condition. Now i have to pay thousands to get it back the way it was plus the work it already needs......
Took my 2003 pt cruiser to this shop. Motor blown. Bought another cruiser with good then in car.moter was to put tranmiission and tires and wheels on it. Left in that cruiser it didn't even make it home. Moter blown. Guy works there bought last cruiser was not to leave shop until he switched out transmission and tires and wheels. Went to check on it after hours. Sitting in front of shop my parts missing. Guy left with my transmission and tires and wheels. Do not trust these people. Got the guy on the phone he had big excuse he was bringing them back run His mouth to me for threatened him with cop Gabe him my number to call me Saturday when he got it back. It's haven't heard a word so Monday I will be filing charge's. Shop did not even put parts back on car put them in trunk. I just tried to call them few days ago get paperwork on my car work Nx gold cruiser guy actually didn't know what I was talking about. So I'm going to dmv fraud department.
