Young man towed my car five minutes ago really nice. I called AAA four times no-show the fifth time Precision towing showed up towed my car to the shop. Excellent service. AAA just gave me a runaround.
this parking company preys on the hard working men and women who keep America moving. No decency at all. Simply wanted to use the restroom and grab a snack before hitting the road. Parked yes where it said no parking. No open spots wasn't going to be there long. Dylan the driver was extremely rude, no manners. poor excuse of a person, proceeds to lift my truck, no warning and or asking me to move. swoops in and demands $200. i feel like this isn't right. him there waiting for someone, and his girlfriend or wife is a cop that works the local area she is there too saying its a civil matter and the police cant help. So BEWARE!!! of this company. SORRY NO GOOD CROOKS.
I hit a deer on 17 South just outside of Bowman Tuesday night Cody was a tow truck driver he was completely awesome friendly just really good people definitely recommend them

Wonderful & fast service! Christopher was very kind, experienced, and knowledgeable. He was also incredibly friendly and made a stressful situation much easier. I had a flat tire while parked at my apartment complex, and he communicated clearly over the phone with updates about his ETA. Once he arrived, he had my spare tire on within five minutes. The whole process was quick and seamless. Outstanding work—I would absolutely use Precision Towing again and highly recommend them!
My husband got stuck in a ditch this morning after another car ran him off the road. Christopher was amazing getting him out of the ditch and super sweet. Nothing but good things to say about everyone I talked to today with Precision. Thank you guys!
My 2017 HD Wide Glide got a flat back tire due to a nail, in the middle of what I assume to be nowhere. Needless to say, I was up the Creek with no paddle. After literally freaking out on the side of the road and being able to slowly drive to the nearest exit, I was given this company's number.
Dylan answered the phone, I told him what was going on and without hesitation or needing any BS, this dude showed up in spades. I have never experienced the kindness, respectfulness, courtesy, and just the sheer willingness to go above and beyond that Dylan exhibited when he came and got me. This dude is a true professional.
If I'm ever in South Carolina and/or Georgia and I have a breakdown/flat tire, I will only call Precision Towing.

My car battery died and I was stuck at a gas pump for about 3 hours and when Brad showed up, he tried to jump my car but at first it wouldn't take (it was super dead) but he didn't give up. He hooked up two different power sources to my car and got it back to life. Then he charged me up enough for me to drive 30 minutes to get a new battery. He made the whole situation feel a lot better and quickly and efficiently resolved the issue. Brad's the best driver ever!
Dylan Davis rescued us after my car overheated while traveling from Md to Fla. he was so helpful & respectful. So appreciate him & his helpfulness. Great guy.
If I could give zero stars I would. Needed a truck towed. We called and made an appointment. They told us they could pick it up following day at 8am, two hours later they still hadn’t shown up. Called again they said they were running behind and would be there within the hour. After 12pm they still hadn’t picked up the truck. When we called back they finally just told us they weren’t coming at all. Never even bothered to contact us to inform us, we had to reach out each time. Super low prices to reflect the super low quality company. Would not let these people work on a toothpick.
When my truck was inoperative my company called Precision towing. Best choice that was ever to be made. Josh came to the rescue and was fantastic. Josh was very professional, extremely experienced and polite. I was given the opportunity to get a ride to a nearby shop in his amazing truck and I am grateful. If you are ever in the area and need a towing company, be sure to call precision towing.
I've had the pleasure of using Precision Towing twice, and both times I was blown away by their exceptional service. From the moment I called, I was treated with kindness and understanding. When I called the first time, I was stranded in a ditch after trying to turn around AND I had a kitten stuck in my dashboard. I was very distressed and the team at Precision Towing not only towed my car with care but they also helped me retrieve the kitten!! They explained every step of the process when pulling out my car impressively, made me feel comfortable, and didn't make me feel foolish. It was a very crazy situation but they made the best of it!! I now have a new family member haha! Their kindness and compassion left a lasting impression on me. I was treated with the same kindness the second time I called with some car trouble. I'll always recommend them to anyone in need of a tow!!!
Great help today in getting towed off the freeway. It was extremely hot outside and we had an infant with us. They made fast work and did a great job. Very affordable! Highly highly recommended.
Precision saved the day when we broke down on a Florida to mountains and back beach trip! They got us to Elite Auto in Carnesville who got us back in the road. The towing technician had a hard job too because the Buick Enclave was stuck in park!

I contacted Precision Towing to pull my truck to the shoulder of the road, and they charged me $600. PRICE GOUGE!!!!!!!!!!! When I questioned the payment and why it was so high, the owner of the company became very rude and difficult to deal with. I didn't have a COMcheck, which I didn't have access to at the time. I asked if he could take another form of payment, but he declined and refused to wait momentarily for an alternate payment. He also refused to tow my truck 20 miles up the road. He became irate, hung up on me, and then took my truck, refusing to let the driver stay with it and kicking the driver out at a truck stop.
He took my truck to a holding facility not equipped for semi trucks and trailers, dropping my truck nosed in. I had to send an alternate tow truck to rescue my truck. If you are considering using Precision Towing, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!
Thank you for towing my car yesterday. They were very fast picking the car. Even had to wait on me to bring the keys back because I took them with me by accident. They were very to my daughter and her boyfriend. My daughter was the one that actually met with him and could say nothing but good things about the driver. Thank you for everything. I will be using your service again.
My review is for how Precision handled my tow, even though it was a AAA call that initiated it (AAA needs to work on their system) and how they sync with their subs).
Anyway, I'll just comment on the customer service. The automated system is useless. It generates messages if ET'sA that are untrue and conflict with AAA messages. I waited for an hour-and-a-half and finally left the car, expecting 2 more hours.
The good part is that the tow truck driver didn't have the pickups and schedule the system said he had and arrived only 20 minutes after. He called me (I was at home by that point) and said he found the key and was loading up my car. He arrived 25 minutes later, and dropped the car right in the driveway. I can't say enough how friendly and pleasant he was (made the hassle minimized for me). I recognized he was at the mercy of the automated system just like I was, to a degree, so couldn't be angry with him specifically (AAA is still the problem).
So, expect long delays, automated rubbish messages that "thank you for your patience and to be safe," and inaccurate times. It was a hassle and I hope not to repeat it anytime soon.

I highly recommend Precision Towing. We had the pleasure of having Bradley as our driver. He was extremely helpful and even got on the phone to find a place to repair our car on a Saturday. Because of him, we were able to get our car fixed and back on the road that day. I must note, you will never forget a ride with Bradley. He's one of a kind in a good way.

My first encounter (through AAA) was with Richard. I am generally apprehensive when dealing with towing companies. However, Richard was top notch! He greeted me in a friendly manner and was extremely professional. More importantly, he kept me updated on his arrival and when he dropped off my vehicle at the service station.
The second time I used Precision Towing, I was greeted by Bradley. He set the bar high! In fact, I learned more about Precision towing and it solidified why Richard and Bradley are very professional and hard working.
Precision Towing expects excellence from their employees. Additionally, wants you, as a customer, to be satisfied with their service to you.

My son's truck died at about 815pm. It was picked up and delivered to my home by 1030ish the same night. They were in contact with me the whole time. The deiver was very professional and the prices are reasonable! Thank you Stephanie for such a great towing company.
Had a great experience with them towing my car after I got a flat. The Driver took extra care to load the car on the flatbed to make sure no damage was done since the car is lowered. The staff was great and friendly, and the tow truck driver even stopped at a gas station for us to grab some food since we were stranded for a while
