Buyer Beware!! I was a loyal customer for a long time but not anymore. I was sold a faulty part which was stated to include a 12 month warranty and I also purchased an additional warranty to cover the cost of labor up to $750 if the part was faulty due to this being a labor intensive repair. Total amount spent was $990 at Weaver and $964 for the installation. After the install the part was found faulty. All receipts have been provided including professional installation. Weaver is not going to honor their advertised 12 month parts warranty and they refuse to honor the 12 month labor warranties they sell!!!

Purchased a 2014 Lexus ES350 drivers seat recently in very good condition considering the genesis (salvage yard) of the availability of it for our son’s car that as per the attached pic was torn and though I had to make a 13-hour round-trip road-trip to pick it up due to obviously high shipping charges from Carnesville Ga to Jacksonville Fl it was WELL worth the time, effort and gas & grub due to the value-priced selection of quality parts along with a VERY knowledgeable, professional & friendly parts rep, Ron St. Arnauld x2255 (and did I say x2255?!) as Ron is one of THE most knowledgeable parts guys I’ve had the pleasure of working with, and for several weeks due to my back & forth schedule that Ron accommodated during that crazy time as regards picking up the seat! Craig is the most dishonest man. We own 3 repair shops and use these guys for a lot. But we won’t anymore. All because of a $1300 transmission. Craig your company should be so proud of you. You just lost $60,000 + a year account. Hope it’s worth it. There is plenty of other companies to use. We will spend our money elsewhere to ensure our customers are treated fairly

I ordered an engine on Weavers website. Waited a few days. I didn’t hear anything from Weavers. I called and the sales people cannot see online sales. What a joke. I was given an e-commerce number that just goes to voicemail. Why would you offer online sales if you cannot get what you paid for? I had to file a dispute with my credit card company!

I ordered a trim piece on eBay from them for the window switch to fix a window on my car that would not close. There were several others on eBay that I could have gotten shipped for less but I ordered from here to get it sooner even though it was 150 mile round trip to pick it up. I paid for the item a waited a few hours before I called to see when I could pick it up. Multiple calls to the eBay department just rang several times before going to an answering machine. I sent them a message through eBay and then waited till the next day before calling again but that time I tried another option on the phone menu in an attempt to talk to someone. You could tell the person that answered the phone was tired of eBay customers trying that option. I was told the eBay department was an entirely different part of the company and the only way to reach them was to leave a message. 3 days after I paid for the item they sent me a message through eBay to let me know I could come get it in 2 days (5 days after I paid). I doubled checked the listing, it showed items would be shipped within 1 business day, nothing about extra days required for pickup orders. I wasn’t only buying the switch I needed, it was being sold as a whole trim piece with other switches as well. The part was in perfect condition in the photos from a car that was only 3 years old with the same interior color as mine so all I needed to do was remove the same part from my car swap the plugs and push the trim piece into place. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I arrived a week after paying for the item to get it and they handed me the part wrapped in bubble wrap. I thought it was odd they would waste the shipping material on a pickup item and unwrapped it to check the part. It was a mess. There were black marks all over it from dirty hands, pry marks around the edges from whatever tool they used (I had already removed my own with just my fingertips), and then it appeared to have been thrown in mud after it was removed. They also cut every wire right at the plug so if you also needed to replace your pigtail that would not be possible. No attempt was made to clean any of this off before they wrapped it up. The guy at the counter seemed to think this was a completely acceptable condition for an item that was pictured in perfect condition on the listing. He offered to refund it but at that point, I had driven 75 miles, waited a week, and had my vehicle that gets decent MPG stuck in the garage for longer than that. I took the item home and had to disassemble both the panel from my car and the one I bought to swap the single switch and trash the rest of it. I should have just bought one of the 3-day shipping items, it would have cost less and been there sooner

I was taken care of by a guy named Ron (ex:2255). He was great and helped me out with answering all questions I had about the transmission I purchased. He shipped it out in a timely manner(next day) and I was impressed by his professionalism. Thanks RON.

I don't take the time to leave many reviews, but I have to say that Weaver Parts really does a great job. I have been buying from them for over six years now, and the service we have gotten, especially from Rusty, has been outstanding. He is quick at responding and goes out of his way to find our parts, even if they are not on-hand. He will search all over to find me the best deals. And the best part is how they handle warranties. A lot of recyclers aren't as quick or willing to replace bad parts, but Rusty jumps right on it. So, I can have peace of mind and give OUR customers peace of mind that when buying used parts, we will have their backs. Thanks Rusty!

They were the only store that had the parts I needed at a reasonable price. They delivered them to my pepboys the next day for only $20. Ron ext. 2255 delivered a great customer service experience, he was friendly, courteous and helpful, he'll get y'all taken care of.

I stumbled on Weaver by chance through a local dealership. Called talked to Ron who not only was a lot of help but enjoyable to talk to. Bought a few item different transactions and he made both very easy. I will use them again and highly recommend them. Thanks again Weaver you have been a lifesaver. Today 3 years later Ron was able to help me with an issue I had and needed and invoice. He looked it up and found what I needed from my original purchase. I bought 4 2011 Camaro SS calipers and rotors for $220 shipped which is amazing because every other yard wanted $150 per caliper. The calipers took a week to be shipped but they were packed good and got here and they only have 36k miles so they gave me a great deal. I will say that they had trouble finding my order but the support phone number let’s you talk to an actual person so they sorted me out no problem. I’m definitely coming back for more parts because the prices and service is unbelievable.

We dealt with brian in sales and donna in shipping. Had an issue with a bad part but they went above and beyond to make sure we got good customer service and our part replaced. No one was rude about it and we really appreciated how professional and helpful they were.

My experience with Weaver parts has been great over the years . Any problems I have are taken care , customer service is outstanding. I deal with Ron @ extension 2255 for the past couple of years . He’ll take care of you , keeps his word always. I never had a problem with him .

Please dial Extension 2270 and speak to Enrique Cadenas whatever you need he is the man. He is very helpful and respectful man. Very happy to conduct business with him. Weaver is a good part vendor I have been buying from them for few years now with out any issues or trouble. They understand the business and know how to treat people unlike most other salvage yards like gray and white.

John was very helpful but picking up and the people I dealt with picking up was not good. Signs to go to the right building was a joke walked in and the lady was confused about what I was talking about then acted like I was bothering her day of playing on the computer. Then when they finally found my part she was rude about it. Price was great and John was great. But the rest needs work

I called twice and had two salesman man tell me different prices. Obviously one was trying to get a better commission. After I told him, “no thank you but I was given a different price” He cussed me out and hung up! Just make sure you don’t get ripped off!

Spoke with a fella name Grady Vaughn and he answered my questions and really made sure that I was purchasing the correct parts and also had a couple recommendations for me as well. Great company and even better employees. We even talked about hunting and fishing while the order was processing!!
