Hello everyone I was at O’Reillys three weeks ago to have my cars battery charged and checked out they gave it a full charge and said it was a ok. So when my second cars battery went dead I took it to them with full confidence they tryed to give it a charge. It was a bad battery I didn’t have much money so they gave me an excellent price I have fully confidence in the O’Reilly’s team at Tyrone store I will recommend them to everyone that I know. Thanks O’Reilly’s Tyrone team so much!!!!!!!!

Needed to re-charge my a/c. Called & got the info I needed & went to pick the supplies. The gentlemen I spoke with showed me what to do & I was in my way. My a/c now blows cold air like an Arctic blast.

Brandon and Tony helped me with my car. I barely made it in and the alternator was bad and battery was shot. They replaced it quickly and efficiently They were so kind!! I highly recommend this O Riley’s in Tyrone

Tried to get two rotors turned on a Saturday morning. The guy told me they only do it on week days. No where on the sign out front does it say about week days or on the website. I also called around to other o’reilly locations, they said they would turn the rotors. So the guy lied probably because he didn’t want to do his job. I understand there are lazy people out there but just be honest and tell me you don’t want to do your job and I’ll ask someone else.

I stopped by this location(Tyrone)on today Sunday 3/5/23 at 6:48pm and the open light was on but the door was locked. Granted I'm an Independent Contractor and work everyday, I thought I would catch them open with online saying they close at 7pm. It would be greatly appreciated if you wouldn't lock your doors 12 mins early before said closing! I'm already working before you're open and can't seem to catch your store open when I end my day of work!

I replaced the engine in a 2004 ranger and instantly had a check engine light related to engine timing and an oil leak. Apparently the timing chain tensioner and guides were bad on the new engine and rear main seal leaking oil onto exhaust. I love when I have to fix something after I've fixed it. Now I get to remove the transmission, after I just replaced the engine, to replace the brand new, less than 2k mile rear main seal. They're apparently using the cheapest POS parts they can install in their remanufactured engines. After spending nearly $4k I'm one very unhappy camper!!!

I bought a pair of Silverstar head light bulbs from the Kennesaw store. I was instructed wrong on my purchase. I went to the Tyrone location because its 7 miles from my house. They refused to help me exchange/return the item when it was opened. I bought it and looked at the bulbs. They were never installed. I was instructed to go back to the Kennesaw store because their computers weren't connected to theirs. I was told that store was the only one that could help me. What great customer service. The atmosphere and attitude was aweful. He wouldn't help me find what I needed to correct the issue (purchase a new item regardless of situation). I bought the bulbs 37 miles away coming back from a trip. I won't ever step foot in another one of these stores again. I know it sounds extreme, but look at their policies and help. Instead of helping me, being treated with respect, I was treated like dirt. No smile, no welcome in, just a "yeah what do you want" attitude. No thanks.

Above and beyond service. I was greeted as soon as I entered. 3 staff members helped me and assisted other customers. And I had no idea how to get the windshield wipers on.. I'm a lil stubborn so I would have struggled before asking for help but Ms. Marcy literally came outside after watching my attempt and put them on for me. Yall are amazing haven't had good customers service in a min.

I bought a starter at the O 'Reilly Auto Parts in Union City. It didnt fit properly so i attempted to return it. Their computer was down so i came to this store. I tried to explain the situation to Evan. He wouldn't listen and was condescending. I wish I could give him a lower score than one star. After he would not accept my return, I went to another location and received excellent customer service.

Super clean and well stocked... I just needed MERCON ATF for my power steering - had to be the old stuff and they had it in the O'Reilly brand, even as a "high mileage" ATF. Thanks!

I usually always receive exceptional customer service from this store. Everyone is usually very helpful. I work two minutes from this store, so I always come here for auto care needs for the last 10 years. But today, I went in to buy front and back brake pads and a headlight for my jeep and Brandon (the assistant manager) did everything but try and help me. I showed him a picture of which light I needed and everything and his response was, "I'm not sure what light that is, I guess its a fog light." He told me the only way he can sell me the brake pads is if I got someone to take the brakes off to see the code. I said, okay. I said, "Can you help me find the light?" His response was, "I can sell it to you." Of course, he can sell it to me, that's why I came in the store. But even though he was uncertain about both parts, he never asked anyone to help him figure out what I needed. He literally just let over $100 in parts walk out the door. I called the store back to speak to a manager and he said he was. I told him that the customer service he gave was very poor. I also told him that my brother called Autozone and they pulled the parts right up. He put me on a quick hold and said, "Here's the 800# number you can call for the complaint." He still wasn't willing to rectify the situation. I called the 800# and spoke with customer service and they were so helpful. They told me he could've looked up the VIN# and pulled the part and there was no reason he should've told me to take my whole wheel apart first. He assured me that they would handle the situation.

Most everybody that's worked there for any length of time knows me. Very friendly and helpful staff. I pass advanced auto parts to go there! Lol

UNBELIEVABLE! They say that they require masks... they Do Not. The workers have not had masks on the past 2 visits at this Tyrone, Ga location. On top of that, they allow dogs in with No Leash. I am giving 2 stars bc they usually have items in stock, but I will have to be DESPERATE to go to this location again. I am glad that Auto Zone and Advanced Auto are within 5 miles.

These folks always try their best and I've never seen them treat a customer badly while I've been in the store. Not to mention the O'Reilly's website typically gives me more data about a specific part than Advanced or AutoZone's sites.

Daniel was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me. I had an employee that needed to get ba k on the road and he stopped everything he was doing to help. I will continue to always go back because of his awesome service!

These folks are great. We use them for our commercial account. Steve, Brandon, Charles, Rachel, and the crew are by far the best parts experts I've ever worked with. Fair and honest. They know how to get the job done and have fun doing it. Rare in this industry to say the least. Keep shining guys! Looking forward to see whats to come in the future with this store.

Customer service, horrible. Parts in stock? Maybe, I was told yes but when I got there they couldn't find what they said they had. Also bought wiper blades and all the parts to connect them were missing! Place is a joke. Go to Advanced Auto Parts.

The manager was so nice! I had my baby with me and he carried my things to the check out then out to my car. Then he even poured the oil into my car for me since it was not reading on the dipstick and my baby was crying. A+ customer service!!!

Oreillys always has a knowledgeable staff that's the way they are trained to operate. Been dealing with oreillys for a long time as well as their competitors and that's definitely their biggest attribute is the training of their staff members plus they have localized warehouses in Hub stores that can pretty much get you any part you want for just about any vehicle likely the same day. They also carry a brand no one else carries call Import Direct which I have heard is a manufacturer owned by oreillys. Import direct has some decently nice parts for vehicles similar quality to original equipment

Danielle is a very cocky worker for the low level job that he works in! I mean seriously you are in a $10 an hour job get over yourself and realize your place in the ladder of life is very low. Other then that the store would be OK

Do not ask for help to install a headlight or wiper blades. The kid broke the rear clamp for my head light. He then said it was already broke. While he was trying to get the blub out he threatened to break the clap on the blub because he couldn't get it out. He tried installing two wiper blades from packages that were already open and missing parts. He got mad at me like it was my fault. Seriously I spent over $50 to have my stuff broke. I should have drove a couple of more miles to Auto Zone. Now, I'm late for work because I have to sit here and wait on someone to come fix this joker's work.

Used to always have helpful service beyond any other parts store, better knowledge of cars and the things I need in stock for all 6 vehicles i regularly maintain.......Then the new manager took over, fired all the folks i liked dealing with except one and the last time i went (which will continue to be the last time) the manager of all people made some majorly off color joke about me. Plenty of other Orileys shops around so ill never be going back to this one til he is gone
