DJ did a great job towing my father's car after his accident today. He is very professional and quickly had the car on the tow platform and heading home. He maneuvered his tow truck expertly at our house, dealing with busy traffic and a very narrow driveway. As I told DJ, "You are THE MAN!" Thank you for your excellent service!

I cannot praise or thank Dejay enough for his excellent work getting my car out of a ditch today. It wasn’t easy but he was patient, kind and so helpful. Lack of professionalism, will tear your vehicle up and pretend they don't know how it happened. No accountability whatsoever, get another company to tow at your business or your person vehicle.Front desk employee need training in customer service, extremely rude.

Really sucks you can tow peoples vehicles on the weekend but can not get it out on until Monday so you can rack up storage charges I would never us this place for a tow service

I recently had the unfortunate experience of being involved in an auto accident, but thankfully, Embreys towing service was there to provide exceptional service when I needed it most. From the moment they arrived on the scene, the team from Embreys demonstrated professionalism, courtesy, and care. The tow truck operator was highly skilled and took great care in loading my damaged vehicle onto the truck. The communication throughout the process was outstanding. The dispatcher kept me informed of the estimated arrival time, and the tow truck operator explained everything they were doing to ensure my vehicle was safely transported. What impressed me most was the compassion and empathy shown by the entire team. They understood the stress and uncertainty that comes with being involved in an accident, and they went out of their way to make the experience as smooth and hassle-free as possible. I highly recommend Embreys towing to anyone who finds themselves in a similar situation. Their expertise, professionalism, and kindness are truly appreciated.

My car was totaled on New Year's Eve, friend fractured their vertebrae. They never gave us a notice of where our car was towed or tried contacting us. Had to call around to finally find out where it was. I have very important medical and legal documentation inside the vehicle and they refuse to let us get out personal belongings unless we pay the ever increasing fee that raised every day, or submit the car title to them with an under the table $100 cash fee. This clear breaks the Georgia State law Ga. Code § 40-11-18 "A towing and storage firm, repair facility, or salvage dealer shall allow an owner of a vehicle to retrieve any personal property within a stored vehicle for up to 30 days from the date which notice was sent pursuant to Code Section 40-11-19." This towing company skirts around legal law and holds your items till you pay them or submit your car regardless of the importance. On top of that they've already started the abandonment process before contacting us or giving 30 days. P.S the receptionist was incredibly rude and disrespectful to both myself and legal advisor. Update as of 1/7/2025 They responded to this review so I will respond with further. My friend who BROKE THEIR SPINE was not given any sort of "business card" while being rushed to the ER during the accident and the police report did not state where the vehicle was towed. Had to call several tow companies and eventually the PD to get an answer. That's why it took 7 days not to mention the hospital stay both of us were in. Unfortunately this business fails to show any form of respect and the owner seems to have an attitude with ANY criticisms towards their poor Tow service that's unfortunately partnered with the Fayetteville PD. Still never received a submission of notice either so the abandonment process is unfair and illegal until we've received it. Don't let them tell you you cannot retrieve personal items from your car once they have it. They use fear tactics to milk what they can out of your unfortunate accidents.

My car got towed because I didn't have a physical copy of my insurance. No before you ask, I couldn't pull it up on my phone to show proof. Went and got it 3 days later. The receptionist was very kind, not mean or rude. She was very helpful.

The worst experience I've ever had. THERE IS A MONSTER THAT WORKS THE FRONT COUNTER. if your in need of a tow refuse this company at all cost. It is better to leave your vehicle on the side of road than to have your vehicle towed to their yard.

We used Embrey's Customotive to fix a crunched corner of our Mini and could not have been more pleased with the results. Not only was our car back-to-better-than-ever, but the final bill was considerably less than the estimate, as Jeff found he was able to reshape the bumper portion of the repair without replacing it altogether. We really appreciated that effort and the savings! My only critique beyond our delight with the results would be that the business phone etiquette was rather gruff. Perhaps we called before she had her coffee, but we drew straws to see who got to call her back. This almost chased us off.. although I'm so glad it didn't!

Do Not Use This Company. Charged almost $1000 for simple tow from accident scene. Company added a bunch of fees such as for road cleanup even though no cleanup was needed nor performed. Fayetteville Police picked towing company which turned out to be quite a regrettable mistake.

My brother was pulled over and car impounded by this company. They will not allow him to get his belongings out the car. They said he has to pay 400.00 to get the car, if someone can't pay you hold their belongings? and their customer service is totally unprofessional. They would not let me talk to the owner or give me the owners contact information left me on hold for over an hour then hung up the phone I'm reporting them to the better business bureau.

Excellent service. Owner was friendly, down-to-earth, and exceeded my expectations in repairing my automobile at a better price than competitors. Highly recommend.

We used embreys for our auto accident repair last October. They did a great job on the work and provided clear communication regarding updates and delays. We then noticed months later that the hood would vibrate at high speeds and they were kind enough to look at it and fix it with no additional hassle. Would highly recommend.

I initially left a 1 star review for this company based on the poor service and rudeness I received on 10/23/22. My vehicle was involved in a crash the day before and was towed to this company. Because the accident occurred after business hours, the driver handed me a card and stated that I could pick up my personal belongings on the next day and the hours of operation would be 12-3. I showed up to the yard at exactly 1200 where I was greeted by an extremely rude staff member. Maybe she was having a bad day, who knows, but the attitude and gum popping was uncalled for. I was simply attempting to retrieve my personal belongings. The woman began with telling me that I can't access my car unless I'm releasing to insurance, etc, etc. After stating that, she went ahead and mentioned that regardless of the case, they are closed so she can't help. She proceeded to roll her eyes, pop her gum, and let me know that I could come back on Monday. I informed her that I was only there based on what the driver told me. She stated loudly and rudely "well Im on the phone with the driver now, and that's a lie".... I am an adult, I have absolutely no reason to lie. Nevertheless, my experience with this company was poor. After getting into an accident, this was the last thing I needed. I do appreciate the owner reaching out to ask why I gave a 1 star review and I hope this explanation clears things up.

My car was towed on a Saturday because of a car accident. The tow driver didn't give me a card or a piece of paper with any information. I should have had it towed to my house. Hindsight is 20/20. Tow yard was closed on Sunday so I couldn't get any information. Had to call Fayetteville police to get the tow yard information. Called Monday morning, I was told the amount was $173 to get the car. I couldn't get car out on Monday. Came in Tuesday morning, the cashier told me the amount was now $270..What?! How did it go up that much??! In 1 day. So I was charged for 3 days storage, 2 clean up fees, a $39 admin fee after 3 days...mind you, the yard was closed on Sunday and the actual tow. I paid it, but realized I shouldn't have been charged 2 clean up fees, $22.50 each. They gave me a refund for that after I pointed it out. Eventually I got my car out and they did waive an additional day of fees. So I will give them 1 star for that. I literally cried trying to get my car out because I was overwhelmed and have owned this car 13 years and never thought it would come to this. Lesson learned, have collision coverage, or AAA coverage for towing or just get your car towed to your house. Never to a tow yard if you can help it.

Today my car was involved in a car accident in Fayetteville, Georgia. A firefighter vehicle made an abrupt turn cause a 3 car crash. The firefighters vehicle no damage. Mine was the end car and damaged. The police called Embrey's to tow my car they would not allow me to call my insurance to tow it. Derek employee of the towing company went ahead and hooked my car up without my permission. I felt pressured to move the vehicle and also the police stated I needed to move it right then (Officer C. Pete who said I couldn't drive the car) I had no choice but to let him move the car as to not cause a scene...so I asked Derek how much to move my car across the street to the Fayetteville post office parking lot He said that he had to add it up. When we arrived to the parking lot... Derek dismounted the truck and told me it would be $170. I said that was too much... Derek went on to say my car tow can be reimbursed with my insurance once I paid. Derek was abrasive in his response and then he said save me the trouble my car will probably be totaled out (air bags did not deploy and the car was drivable.) He gave me a business card and told me I can call to get the car. Derek got back in his truck and pulled off. (All while I was talking trying to figure out what was happening) I realized I didn't get anything out of the car so I yelled to try and get his attention to stop. He didn't hear me so I called and ask him to pull over so I can get my personal belongings.... he said call the office. So I followed him to Johnson diesel and Automotive repair in Fayetteville down the street. When I approached him he said he was on another situation and that he was done with my situation. I said you don't have to be rude I just need to get my things. Then he walked off a man from Johnson Automotive approached and asked Derek if he needed help and I replied saying that my car was just in an accident and I just needed to get my personal belongings out of the car. Derek looked in the car said he didn't see any keys... I told him to hand me the jacket, all the items out of the glove box, and a black bag with the keys inside... I couldn't see if anything else was in the car... it was still on the flat bed and he would not allow me to get the items out of the car myself. I feel like this was an inflated amount to move my car across the street $170 and to tell me I couldn't use my own towing and now if I wanted to get the car it would be an additional cost for storage. He also stated that they had a contract with Fayetteville police. He was very rude and unprofessional for no reason. I am an African American female and really felt that all played a part in his interaction with me. I will be reporting this incident other outlets... thankfully their was also a lady on scene who videotaped the entire incident with the police not allowing me to have my car towed leading to Derek pulling off and me following. I'm posting this so that others can be informed of the unprofessional manner in which this was handled. I did call the main office and a lady had me on hold for long so I disconnected my call. I figured Derek's action was indicative of the company's customer service as well. This most likely is not his only incident. I wouldn't recommend this company!! Derek had a Very rude and threatening demeanor. They currently have the car in their possession .

On a Saturday at the car wash my alternator went out and the car was dead. They were able to make a plan within 5 minute of my calling them. The driver, Trey, had not been planning on working that day, but came in anyway. 20 minutes later my car was on the way to the shop. Very professional. I hope I don't ever need to, but if I did, I would call them again.

Embrey was actually a decent establishment , clerk Shannon was so helpful, I had to call a number of time to get information each and every time I had to call not but professional help serve me. The only issue I had been dealt was pricing quote, and when I brought it to the attention of the clerk, she responded after breaking down their pricing policy completely which she didn't have to do , she wished she knew who quoted me? I let her know it was not even an hour since I called ; she knew right off the rip who was working her desk and gave me the wrong info. As she told me what's what, I wasn't upset she drew the line straight with me and that I respected, she did carry this inferior attitude; " like I can make this worst on you if I like" as I have known other wreck yards to be. All in all respectable establishment, dont take this review the wrong way I did observe they can be about the bs if that's what you o too. But i believe the first impression goes a long way and what I got is the company is solid. Fair pricing, they will relay your car if yu6 needed towed and call to let you know whe its been g dropped off. The way I see it if you6vehicke does get impounded as mine did or towed towed for whatever reason and your in the fayette county, coweta county and surrounding shoot I asked can I would request it het towed to Embrey's cause you will not beat their pricing. 😏👍🏾

I had my Jeep towed and Mike was not gentle at all. $100 JUST to be towed 8 minutes away. THAT'S EXPENSIVE! Anyway, I had him take it to a friends house and instead of him dropping it off on the concrete, he managed to put it in the mud, leaning instead of putting it in the driveway. Also, he scratched my buddies car on the side trying to put the lift up and down. I will NEVER recommend this company! I dont even know how I will get my car out the mud thanks to him. This company sucks!

The tow charges for this yard is INSANE!! I've never heard a tow company charge: TOW: 200 FLATBED: 25 AFTERHOURS: 45 ADDITIONAL PERSON: 25 WINCHING: 90 NON-ROLLING: 25 HAZARDOUS WEATHER: 25 ADMIN: 45 NOTIFICATION: 90 ADVERTISEMENT: 10 COURT ORDER: 50 I'm sure non-rolling and flatbed are the same. Hazardous weather?!?! really, they vehicle hydroplaned, so if rain is hazardous weather, than you don't need to operate a tow. Notification?!?!? Advertisement?!?!? I would not recommend this tow company to my worst enemy. If you get into a wreck, and the police offer to call Embrey's... DECLINE at all costs, I'm sure it will save you a lot of money in the long run. And by the response from this company on the comment below, that is very very very unprofessional.

I went to retrieve my vehicle from impound, and noticed a dent that was not there before it was picked up. I asked the front desk man to come take a look to see if he could figure out where it came from. He started yelling at me and calling me names and using vulgar language, and i felt very threatened. And when he started advancing towards me i thought he was going to attack, so i just left and let it be. I would like to talk to this man again, or better, a supervisor so he can get fired. No worker should interact with a customer in that disgusting barbaric way.

They helped.me out in a bad situation. Very nice and easy to deal with. Helped my husband get all my belongings out while I was recovering and walked me to my car to see the damage up close before the insurance company came to take it away.
