I was in a bind on Friday afternoon 15 minutes before closing, Ken and Sarah were polite and accommodating, can't express how much I appreciate the customer service Ken provided repairing the truck in a matter of minutes!! Great honest people!!
Sarah is the sweetest person you will ever meet. I often hate going to repair shops but here I have no issue. They are very transparent with all diagnostics and repairs. Johnny is different. He saved me a ton just because. He could have easily allowed me to pay more but he didn’t. I’ll always use Myles truck repair.
Had a very bad experience with this company. I recently purchased a 2001 F 350 7.3 Powerstroke and brought it in the Myles Diesel back in April. I was told I had fuel leaks in my truck but the company was short diesel techs so I was patient. The reason why I brought my truck there was for a crank no start issue. I was told , even though they were short of techs that once they stop the leaks then the crank no start issue would be addressed. Going into the month of may I would call at least 2 x a week. I was eventually told that my fuel filter (O’Rielly’s) aftermarket pump which was previously installed was defective so I brought it back for an hour change. Myles diesel then reinstalled it and still “Crank No Start”. Then after a week I was told that there was still not enough pressure created to start vehicle. I was then told by shop Forman, Phill he has to replace my High Pressure Oil Pump. Fortunately I got the HPOP at a discount price of $850. Now it’s the month of June 2025 and after 3 hours of Diagnostics at $200/hr being charged and an additional 3 hours at $200/hour being charged My truck still has the same issue. Now I’m now mechanic but I have common sense. If you keep telling me the customer that they have to replace a fuel pump then replace the HPOP and you still have a Crank No Start issue you are simply throwing parts at a situation that you are in no way qualified to handle. After 3 months of no success and confusion on the part of Phil, the shop manager I wanted to be put in touch with the company operations manager and wanted an explanation. No settlement could be reached between Chris the operations manager Phil and myself. I was asking for some of the labor time to be reduced because I listened to each and everything I was told by Phil to do and authorized to install. I might add that by the grace of God I purchased all parts myself or I would be over $3,000 in repairs and still no working vehicle from April to June. I finally threw my hands up frustrated and upset and towed my truck out of there at the Fayetteville location. I know Now I was fully taken advantage of and warn anyone not to take your diesel pickup to this company.
Chris was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He helped me through the process and his actions made my difficult situation easy to deal with. I can't thank him enough.
Got in for a cruise control not working they insisted it was related to emissions check engine light fault they repaired that check engine light came back on after 20 miles and cruise control wasn’t fixed after being told it was fixed …I was so done with this place.
OMG!! these guys were amazing , me and my husband were looking for a shop to see what was going on with our blinkers. I called Myles and Bre was so nice and understood my questions, she also guided me to her shop ( not from this aera) with ease, once we arrived Byron checked us in and said we wouldn't be long and boy was he right out in under an hour . thank you Myles Fayetteville we will definitely be back.
I took my truck to the shop on New Year’s Eve day. It was diagnosed and I picked up the truck the day after New Year’s Day. Very quick return time. Part of the repairs are under manufacturers warranty.
I dropped an 07 international that wouldn’t crank suddenly off at Myles truck repair after they assured me they could get to it right away. This was before Thanksgiving. One week and three calls later. Somebody finally decided to inform me that they couldn’t start work until I signed an email. The truck has now been there for a month. Yet they have only managed to bill me for 12 hours of labor at $200 an hour and replace some fuel lines and the IDM. They’ve racked up a bill of parts over $10k without any solution. And every time I go in, to ask what the next step is, the front office tells me that in a couple days they will hook up the computer and do a diagnostic. I thought their good reviews meant that a mechanic would get my truck and start working on it and not stop until he fixed it. Unless you need your oil changed, don’t waste your time with this outfit. I’ll be finding a different mechanic in the next week to actually do their job.
Talked to a few mechanics in the area about fixing an air compressor hose and was getting the run around. Called to Byron over the phone and was ensured it could be fixed no problem. Came in to the shop and a mechanic got working on the truck pretty quick. You can tell everyone in the office and the shop are very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend this company.
Johnny was awesome called to pick his brain on a old obs ford 7.3. He was able to talk me through a few things and he even went out of his way to send me a email with links to videos i could watch to learn how to do a “box test” on the fuel system. Definitely recommend these guys. Yall keep wrenchin!
ABSOLUTE worst experience ever at a shop! This company has changed management around 3 to 4 times. The company was managed off authenticity and honesty when Blake was there. Now it’s a staff of people who only money hungry and gouging loyal customers! My truck was left worse and broke down in the middle of the road after leaving this shop! They do not care about your vehicle only want your money! I give 0 stars if I can because of new management. BE AWARE BE AWARE
Myles Truck Repair did an outstanding job fixing my truck! They worked quickly and efficiently, getting me back on the road in no time. Their professionalism and expertise were evident throughout the entire process. I couldn't be happier with the service I received!
Very nice people. Quick response time. We were broken down on the side of the road while towing heavy equipment. They arrived quickly, assessed the problem, and ordered the parts. The parts store tried to give them the wrong part, but they realized it before they came back. They drove a good 60-miles round trip to get the correct part. All the while, they were in constant communication. They were also up-front about their pricing and provided me with estimates. These guys were fantastic. If I ever find myself in that situation again, they are the only people I will call.
They are great !!! I had a few issues with Endurance warranty on fixing my PCM/ECM Jason is a sweetheart and a real PEOPLES person . He really looked out for me . Theu got the job done and my truck is up and running. Thank you all for your time and patience. If you need you truck fixed and need it fixed right, look up Myles . Thanks you guys .

I purchased an old truck from auction and promptly got stranded in it. Theodore was sent out to help me. He did a great job. He kept me updated on his progress on his way to me, got me hooked up, and carried safely all the way home to Tuscaloosa, AL. It was a long day for him, but I appreciate the friendly conversation on the way.
These guys are the best and very fair we had a misunderstanding and Mr. Jason Foster immediately rectified it and I'm completely satisfied and recommend their services to everyone who is looking to get a DOT inspection!
