Scheduled to have a truck towed 2 weeks in advance. Called the day before and confirmed. She didn’t show, didn’t call and wouldn’t answer my calls or reply to my texts. Caused me to miss more work because I had to find someone else to do it that day.

This place is absolutely AMAZING!!! Fast pickup and quick delivery. Honest and reliable and amazingly priced. This will now forever be the only place I call when I need a car towed.

Called for a tow didn’t answer. So I called again wasn’t wanting an immediate tow just one for the next day. The lady that answered the phone was named either Lisa or Aleshia told me I only answered the phone because you called twice I responded sorry but I was given your number by my father. She wouldn’t let me tell her what I needed and simple stated they weren’t available but website states open 24 hours and hung up on me. Well that’s too bad I called Rahns they were nice and helpful and took the time to listen. So good luck I will make sure I don’t recommend you to anyone even thou our family have used you for years. This will be the last time.

The woman I recently dealt with I believe was the owner was awesome in every aspect by far was one of the best local businesses I have seen in quite some time. It was also recently brought to my attention that they help the homeless and those less fortunate! Effingham could sure use a lot more businesses like this one! They show a tremendous amount of compassion for the community and handle all of our towing needs rapidly! Thank you for all that you do for this community!
