My daughter needed her tag light replaced right away. The auto parts store employees offered little help. I called Long Roadside Assistance and Mr. Calvin got to her within 20 minutes. The tag light was replaced with no problem. We will definitely call Long Roadside Assistance again and will be recommending his services to anyone we know in need.
Mr.Calvin came to help me and my mother when we had a blowout at the gas station. We were located on Dawson rd at the Home Run Express gas station.He explained the process as he was replacing our tire. 10:00 at night, I locked my keys in the car 3 hours away from home. I tried everything for over an hour, devoid of hope. I called multiple roadside & locksmith numbers and got quoted an unreasonable amount with an unreasonable wait time. When I called Long Roadside, Mr. Calvin answered the phone and was more than happy to help! Within 25 minutes he was there and unlocked the car (with 0 damage) in less than 5 minutes. I noticed my flat tire when I came out of class, and Long Services came right away! It took him 10-15 minutes to make it to me, and he changed my tire very quickly. He was also polite and kind when he arrived. I will definitely use them again if I have to!
Traveling through Albany I got a flat tire and locked myself out of the car after calling Long Roadside Service. Best thing was that they answered the phone after hours and the service man found me without needing additional location information cause I had no phone because it was locked in my car

My name is Hannah Dixon and I am a student at Albany State. Tonight, I was locked out of my car so I was frantically making phone calls to get my keys out of my vehicle. I came across this number and called. Mr. Calvin was very polite and gives prices upfront so you won’t have to worry about if you have enough money prior to him coming. He’s very quick and efficient it only took it a couple of seconds to gain access back into my vehicle! It didn’t take him any time to get back into my car!
