Very kind and helpful people! I blew a tire late at night while traveling through Albany alone. Had to uber to a hotel and didn’t realize my car would get towed from where I left it (my mistake). The lady who handled my paperwork was patient and helpful and kindly waived my admin fee. Mr. Wade is personable and friendly. He drove me and my car to the tire shop and took time to make sure I was safe and taken care of. Unfortunate that I had to be towed, but glad that it was by them and not anyone else.
I don’t recommend this place at all. My car was towed around lunch time and by 4:00 p.m I was calling to come get my car and they charged me $340 to get my car the ssme day it was towed. I will make sure nobody uses this place that I know.
The office manager was delightful and very helpful. She double checked everything for us and made sure we had everything we needed when renting a U-Haul truck.
Albany Wrecker service Saved my day! I was literally stranded within 6 ft of oncoming cars at 60 mph. I had my grand kids in the cars so I was freaking out. I couldn’t move the car any further from the road because of the long stretch of a 4ft deep ditch on my right. My cars was sitting with 2 flat tires on right side after going over a 3/4 of a foot deep Pot hole. Katy the Sweetheart at the wrecker service heard my cry about my grandchildren as we waited in the rain and 1 and 1/2 foot deep of mosquito infested grass because my car had no place to go we evacuated the car. Katy got us a wrecker within 15 minutes! She had others too she had to attend to, boy what a multi task lady.
It doesn’t stop there then Wade the flat bed driver appeared to Save the Day! Omg he was efficient kind and got my car away from the busy highway. He gave me an idea to take photos and ask for reimbursement from the city of that dangerous pot hole that Albany Needs to fix. So he also educated me that it was not a total loss from my pocket. Hats off to Wade!
The horrible pot holes are on Moultrie rd (Be Careful) close to the Orchard farm in Albany ga.
Mr.Wade at Paint Pro is the best. He was so nice and helpful. Kia sent him for a tow, however me being a female I didn’t check to see if I had a spare tire so he did and changed my tire for me. He even gave me recommendations on where to go get my tire fixed. I will recommend him to anyone!!! He certainly put a smile on my face

Mr. Don was fast and friendly. We had to call them on a Sunday morning, He came directly to my daughter on the college campus and changed her tire for a great price. We really appreciate Paint Pro Towing. The entire experience was pleasant from the call to dispatch to the actual service.
Great service mike and his partner took great care of me and treated my car as their own, I had a broken ball joint and my car sits on rims and mike took the time to figure out how to get the car on the tow truck, it was not an easy job but they both figured it out. They were great people and souls I met. You should definitely give them a call if you have any towing trouble they can figure out anything!
Was told 60-90mins Waited almost 3 hours broke down in the middle of the road to get a message that it'll be another hour before they could get to me... needless to say I found other means to get it home.. plenty of other options in albany just look around
I enjoyed my contact and service with Paint Pro Towing. They were more than friendly when I called to check on my service because my insurance company did not tell me how long it would be until they got there. We ran into a little situation while being towed by Chris but the office dispatched someone out to assist and before i could blink my eyes they had someone there to help fix the situation. My driver, Chris, was extremel kind and friendly and made the ride comfortable and easy going instead of awkward like some people can make you feel when you dont know them. They are who you should call when you need a tow!
What a joke. Our battery was dead so we needed a jump and we told the company we had a diesel so they can bring out something that has enough power to jump start a diesel. They bring out a ford 150 and a battery pack and after 2 hrs of waiting and him trying for 30 min to get it started he failed then had the balls to ask how are we paying. DONT USE THESE GUYS, go somewhere else. Our battery is good and turns over.
I locked my keys in my trunk of my car. Paint Pro sent someone out named Donald. He was there in minutes. Very polite and professional. Was in my car in 30 seconds. Call Paint Pro for all your roadside services.

Needed a tow. My insurance company called them to assist. Two hours later still no tow truck. They lied to my insurance company saying they didn't have a record of the tow, when the same person told the insurance company the first time, they would be there in 10 minutes, the truck was on the way.
They definitely went above and beyond when my car needed a tow, and service. They really didn't have too, but they did. And it is great to be able to find a local company you can trust, and be able to just not worry and know they are committed to their service!
Paint Pro really cares! Our car broke down 2.5 hours from home on the way back from a trip. Not only did the mechanic fix it quickly, and professionally, he had also came back into work well after they had closed, so the team could get us home. I called them at 10:30 for lockout service. They told me it would be 2-2 hrs and 30 mins. No big deal I'll gladly wait that time. I'm at my car 3 hrs and 30 minutes and I call them repeatly and no answer.i don't believe they every came. If I ever get a call I'll update this post. Thanks for nothing paint pro towing.
Awful service! Used them for roadside assistance via my insurance company and they never showed! Waited 3 hours only for a lady to call me back and say that she’s sorry she lied to me, that the tow driver was picking up another tow that was not on their books and I would have to wait longer in the rain with 2 kids and a flat tire! Unacceptable! Called back to speak to the owner or a manger and the lady told me they were both gone and that I was rude! Worst experience or customer service ever!!
Today Sunday the 3rd my $122,000 V8 chopper broke down again. I called Paint pro and requested Josh . He loaded my chopper like it was his own. I was amazingly impressed. He made sure none of the metal on the straps never touched my many thousand dollar paint job. I could tell how concerned he was. I would never let any other company or driver touch my pride and joy. This company and Josh are A+ in my books. I've ridden with a lot of tow drivers. I's a pleasure the have a fantastic conversation with Josh. Keep up the great customer service guys!!
Paint Pro Body shop does an excellent work at making sure everything is fixed and that you receive your car in a decent time. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about their job! I hit a deer, and Paint pro was able to Tow and Fix my car within a week! Nothing but quality service!
