The team at Quality Wrecker jumped on the repair immediately. I was braced to be stuck for hours, but they had me welded up and back on the road in 30 minutes flat. Most importantly, the price was very reasonable. It’s rare to find a shop that treats an out-of-town O/O with such honesty and fairness.

Had a new cascadia towed, thats never had the drive shaft removed, they claimed the bolts were stripped and that they left them in the vehicle. Bolts were nowhere to be found after they dropped vehicle off. Clearly they were just hiding the damage to bolts from probably using a wrong size socket. Had to go to the dealership to order new hardware.
Had use to get my truck tow to the freightliners dealership called at 1030am never got pick up until 1600 they are cheapest for a towing company downside they are very small company with one big rig wrecker to cover Albany Georgia area and seem company send there driver all over Georgia Florida Alabama area so plan on 5-6 hrs wait time
We were deep off the road in the mud. We called another tow truck company and they could not get us out. I then called Quality. They were not cheap. $450 plus tax due to the nature of the incident. Nonetheless, they were friendly, efficient and they went above and beyond in customer service. Worth every penny!
Had a car that broke down. Called and they responded quickly. the operators name was Elvis. He was very professional and did an excellent job getting our vehicle to its destination. We will recommend Quality Wrecker to anybody who asks.
They were fast an efficient with getting to me, the driver Tommy was an great guy. Treated my equipment with care an was a great conversation for the ride to the shop. I definitely recommend these guys. They know what they are doing.
