Very unprofessional and never on time. Short guy that was in the office was very rude and disrespectful. Was supposed to meet them at shop at a certain time and no one showed nor answered phone!!!

This place takes your money and gives you the Rong part then they don't pick up the phone or they hide and when you bring the part back they don't want to give a refund and makes people suffer the deserve to be shut down I might just contact the better business bureau and complain to them about what's going on I am at the point I am about to get a layer and let him or her go after them

These people are no professional, hangs up on you does not call you back. Offers delivery in Albany and does not even communicate with the person that just paid them 500 dollars for a transmission that they do not even know works. So unprofessional Dang a month or so goes by and you still angry glad I’m on your mind today I appreciate that….let’s show the text messages where you stated that all transmission looks the same while you gave me a Toyota transmission instead of a Nissan transmission let shows the photos of the difference… you just mad because I’m a woman who was a mechanic in the navy and you could get me… have a nice day

They sold me a bad transmission a few day’s ago and now not answering the phone. I’m calling the police and taking them to small claims court. This is a horrible business. Ran by trailer trash

Called early this morning 09/02/22 and asked how much he’d buy a used broke down car for. Mike told me $300 and we agreed. He told me he’d call when he was on the way to the car and he never did. Only called after he got there and said he’d give us $50 because the motor wasn’t in it. (It was) my husband pulled up and mike was gone. Refused to answer my calls or texts so my husband called him and mine told him the car wasn’t worth it and that he wouldn’t pay $300 for a vehicle without a motor. My husband then asked if he had gotten out of his vehicle to look at it to which he replied yes but obviously did not. We asked our friends who currently have the car in their yard if he ever got out. They said no he sat in his vehicle the whole time. Terrible company. Terrible customer service. Terrible people. After reading the reviews on this place I’m glad to know we didn’t sell to him.

Horrible Customer service experience engine was bought and it was the wrong engine had so much trouble with this business don't waste any time with business they refuse to give refunds and you have to argue just to get a refund

Hubs sold damaged vehicle at an agreed upon price. After they picked up the truck, he went to get the money and they didn't pay the agreed upon price and gave $80 less. No option but to take less than agreed upon price-they already had the truck. What a rip off.

I ordered a part and kept getting the run around. After a month of waiting they told me they had my part but it was the wrong part. I never got my part or my money back. I went back and finally received my refund. What a Hassle

So I bought a transmission from here it didn’t work so I returned it. I had a 90 day warranty and returned it within 30 days. I was told I would be sent a refund through Walmart the next morning by 12:00 but that didn’t happen and every time I call no one will answer and no one will respond to text msgs. Gotta be the worst place ever. Would never recommend to anyone. And so now looks like small claims court is the only way I can get my money. Update *** I spoke with the owner several times, he has promised to send my money over and over but it’s been four days and I still don’t have my money that he has acknowledged to owing me and now won’t answer the phone or respond to text msgs. So he’s forcing me to file a claim against him although I really didn’t want to have to he leaves me no choice.

Dont waste your time or money! I'm not even going to bother wasting my time filing a small claims in court! I'm outside their building as I write this! Someone was inside flipping through paperwork when I arrived but never answered the door! Or answered the phone! I ordered a rear door latch for my 04 f150 Tuesday morning around 10am. I was told it was going to be pulled that day after it arrived. I received no call that day. I called back the day after and long story short I received excuses every day with a promise of it being pulled. It is Saturday. I would never do business here again. I have never dealt with a business that were so unprofessional with their customers. I ordered a part from Joshua on 3/27/19 and I never received the part. Every time I have tried to contact him, he will read the message and never respond or when I call, he will never answer. It’s sad that I’m going to have to file a small claim suit in order to get my money back. Update 4/26/2019: I have tried to call several times and every time...no answer

Please don’t bring your cars to this place. They take way to long and the staff steals out ppl cars. I had to bring my car back one than one time about the same problem. I will never go back to this place for anything. DON’T GO HERE!

I have worked in customer service for almost 14 years and in all of those years, I have never treated anyone as poorly as I was treated. I was given the run around about the part that I ordered and when I called, I was hung up on. And when someone did come to the phone, he had an attitude. I was told that my call would be returned, it never was. In one day, I had to call 20 times in order to speak with someone! And when I did finally talk to someone, I was placed on hold for 20 minutes! I was cut off when I was trying to speak, and they were just rude all together. The owner wasn't the most pleasant either. And when I was trying to voice my concern, he cut me off as well. I will never use this establishment and I will be sure to tell my family and friends not to as well. So, a week after I requested a refund I am still having to deal with the headaches of this unprofessional company. Mike is just as rude as the rest of the staff. I was told my money would be refunded to my card in 2 days. Here it is, the 4th day, my account hadn't been credited. So I went to get a cash refund. I had my hand out to receive the money, Mike put it on the counter! How rude?! And he had the nerve to have an attitude when I asked him for a copy of the receipt that I signed! I have never been to any business and didn't get a receipt for any type of monetary transaction. Once again, I will never be back to this establishment again! And as long as I live, I will never recommend this company to anyone! I wouldn't even do that to my worst enemy! I actually didn't order the wrong part. If it was put in incorrectly, that's not my fault. You're absolutely right, I did tell you that I didn't want the part, any costs associated with that are due to your poor customer service. Had my refund gone back to my account, you would have never had to give me cash. I will not spend my money and be treated poorly. I was able to get the same part I ordered from you from another company with a friendly and knowledgeable staff. They were a reputable company who didn't have a child working their front desk.

I so look forward to visiting Albany Used Parts. These folks are just like family, sometimes maybe better. Everything gets handled quickly, my questions answered professionally and I even get a hug upon leaving. We have purchased eight cars over the years, four from their dealership. Wouldn't even think of going elsewhere or look at another mechanic shop in Albany GA.

This is a great place to get your automobile fixed at. I recently took my Buick Rendezvous there to get a cracked windshield replaced. I also got my front and back lights fixed which was a repair that needed repairing for over a year. Great mechanic and a family friendly environment!!
