Dude literally almost hit us on the road!! We are on the left lane and he moves to our side when we were right besides him! Horrible driving, zero stars, hopefully yall go out of business!!
Towed my car and the whole window is missing. These ppl barely answer the phone,tow truck driver was weird and rude when we came to get vehicle. I hate places like this. You wanna root for a small black business but these ppl are unprofessional.
Quality customer service for a short tow. Was communicative the whole way through and got me home safe and efficiently. 100% satisfied and will use again.
Called and said that I was going to be there a half hour past the closing time and they had someone to stay until I got there to pick up a car. Nice people. I will say that they are better than some towing company's I have dealt with before... Thanks...
The teams at Hunt's Wrecker Service was amazing. They helped me get my lowered bmw 3 series towed after the alternator died and I got locked out. Not only did they come unlock my car but the got it on the tow truck without issues. They towed me from downtown Atlanta to Lilburn. They were fast quick and responsive. Super fair pricing. Would definitely recommend them and use them again.
Came to see stolen truck that was recovered by this company. Truck was inaccessible by my handicap father. Asked for accommodations and was told by the lot worker that if he was really handicapped he would be in a wheelchair. Owner unwilling to offer assistance or accommodations at a later date and desk work made sure to continue to remind us of the storage fees and ask if we weren’t going to get it could we give them the title. ADA complaint has been filed.

At first I was upset because this was the company that was called out to tow my used purchased vehicle. I had bought ot from a private owner and the Management company had the vehicle picked up before I got to it. I did pay the impound fee with proper proof of purchase. They brought the car down, I change the tire and the battery but couldn't get it to start. For 4 hours I attempted to diagnose the vehicle myself and repaired it because of my most recent expense on purchasing the vehicle. They offered to tow it back to me for a reasonable price however it was far more than a stretch in my pocket at that moment. I scrambled through the nearest uhaul and home depot in hopes to find a less expensive alternative. It soon ended with a call of desperation to Hunts Wrecker Service because of the worry that it will get towed again where it was brought down. Bobby was a great person of contact that help me through this agonizing frustrating moment of my life. Mark was the person who deliver the vehicle to my community. He was very professional and helpful. I hope that this message serves to others that the person who does the tow is not always the bad person. At the end of the day they are just doing thier job and my vehicle that was towed was not thier fault.
Had a great experience! I called them two days back to back and had the same driver both times. He was quick to arrive, efficient and personable. The second day he even stopped at the car shop to get my key on his way to another job and then came back around to deliver my car to the dealership so I didn’t have to go to the shop. I really appreciated their service!
I don't see how y'all are still in business. They are very unprofessional . They are the true definition of black n'ggaz. When they tow your vehicle expect to come out of your pocket to fix something from how they towed it. Pleas make this your last option.
Driver arrived in a reasonable time to the scene of the incident (blown tire), and did a fine job of loading our vehicle, but we were needing to ride with him for our ride to have a location to pick us up from since we were originally located on the side of 285. The driver could not provide us with an address of where he was taking us/the vehicle, nor did he take us to the tow facility where he was taking the vehicle. Instead, he insisted on dropping us off in the parking lot of a gas station down the road to have us get a ride from there. We were unfamiliar with the area, and we were forced to wait essentially on the side of a road for our ride with our bags. This company is very unprofessional.
Worst Towing Company ever. It is ran by alcoholics & crackheads the driver that showed up asked where he could get drugs from. I told him to take my damn car off his truck what a dumb ass
They effin suck! Instead of putting a warning under my windshield blade or shoved into the window, they put a 5x5 sticker and I can't remove it. These people suck and that should be vandalizing.
