Fast, professional excellent service at very reasonable price. I blew out a tire on my way home from work and Reginald came right out and got me and my truck back home. He even recommended a tire guy to go to for replacement. I highly recommemd Strong towing and would definitely call them again.

My wife had a flat tire at 2 AM and Strong Towing was the only service that would come to help. There was a problem with the lug nuts so we couldn't change the tire ourselves. They came right away and agreed that the lug nut s were the issue. He towed our vehicle to a local garage to have it worked on at 3 AM. He gave me a very low price to tow the vehicle so I gave him a little extra money. When he dropped the car off he even sent me a picture of the car sitting at the garage and thanked me! He and his son were very professional and extremely friendly. I have only had to have a car towed once before and the guy ripped me off. Strong is a very honest man. I highly recommend them if you ever need roadside assistance or a tow.
Hired this guy to tow me from Franklin to austell ga I provided him the addresses prior to service he quoted me $275 ( sent addresses and pictures) charged $400 before releasing my vehicle when finished he mentioned he “didn’t know he had to drive that far” I’m all for fairness but dude you can’t switch the price in the end. Be a man of your word if you want more money be upfront about it. I run a business too except I put my fees upfront and let customers know what they can expect. I own 7 vehicles this could’ve been a good business relationship but changing the price to $400 is not going to work. I sent this guy pictures of the job as well. I feel robbed!!! What’s the point of sending pictures and addresses if your going to charge what you want to anyway?
Reginald Strong and Marvelous Marvin came to my "Rescue" more than once!!! The first time was to Tow my Truck.... the second, was to come pick it up to put a part on, at such an affordable price! My Truck has not run this smooth in years! GOD REPAYS GOOD WORK AND HE ALSO REPAYS LIES THIS MAN REGGIE STRONG WAS PAID TO FIX OUR TRUCK ON FRI MARCH 2ND AND KEPT OUR TRUCK TILL SUN MARCH 4 2018 HE CHARGED US $320.00 TO FIX IT WELL PS HE TOOK US FOR A RIDE WOULD NOT FIX HIS WORK WE TOOK IT TO A REAL MECHANIC WHO SAID REGGIE CHARGED US FOR PARTS HE DINT EVEN PUT ON OUR TRUCK WHEN WE CALLED HIM TO GIVE HIM A CHANCE TO MAKE IT RIGHT WITH US HE CAME UP WITH ONE LAME EXCUSES AFTER THE OTHER FOR 2 DAYS IF I COULD GIVE A RATING LOWER THEN ONE STAR I WOULD NEVER EVER FOR ANY REASON USE THIS CROCK UNLESS YOU LIKE TO BURN YOUR HARD EARN MONEY REGGIE I PRAY YOU GET EVERYTHING YOU HAVE COMING TO YOU HAVE A NICE LIFE
