I’ve been here twice to trust them with my vehicle and everything has been great! Between the men at the front and the mechanics there, they all give great customer service with a smile.

I was told my tires "would " be there a 9 am, but didn't arrive till 11 am. Though the first gentleman told me my front alignment was being done now while they were waiting on my tires, I had a doctor's appointment at 7:45 am, stopped by Dr. Browns office at 7:44 did my urine test then left there to make my tire appointment which I believe I was on time. Once they were done with my truck headed back to get my refills from Dr. Browns office. Then headed to the pharmacy then home. Busy day for me.

Excellent service. People are very friendly and they are willing to work with you.

Had a good experience. Dropped car off in the morning and had it back by that afternoon. Everyone was super nice.

Great, professional, auto care. My elderly mother has trusted them since they opened way back when to service her old mustang and most recently her mint, 2001 Honda Accord. Sadly, we are moving her to Florida into an assisted living facility so I just had them perform the last service on it (for them anyway). Great folks. I thanked them for taking care of her baby for 25 years!

I was traveling for Christmas, and having to deal with a slow leak in one tire. Every couple of days I had to add a significant amount of air. Marc Yount worked me in on a busy Monday morning, identified the problem (a nail!) and patched my tire. The staff were courteous, professional and genuinely kind. I am not an Augusta resident, but if I were, they would be my go-to for anything tire-related. It was an inordinately positive experience.

I stopped by on Wednesday the day before Thanksgiving. I was very frustrated to the point I started to cry I purchased tires from Gerald Jones Honda in April and EVERY SINCE I have had nothing but problems with my car not driving right have been taking it back since April.....One stop by to Mr.Yount who listened to me as well as his staff he IMMEDIATELY said you have a tire problem at no cost to me his guys pulled my car in and took the tires off and showed me that tire was starting to separate in the middle. My service guy at the dealership has always taken good care of me but his hands were tied he spoke with Mr.Yount who told him what needed to be done and let's just say my Honda drives like it's brand new wirh 2 brand new tires......THANK YOU MR.YOUNT AND THE AWESOME STAFF.

So I had seen a screw head sticking out of the tread of one my tires and heard the "tck-tck-tck-tck" sound it makes as I was driving to work. After I got off I brought my car to Marc Yount's because it was a name I remember hearing on radio or in conversation. I was met with great customer service and friendly smiles(rare at car service shops). I even ended up feeling a little silly since they couldn't find any screw or puncture to my tire. The nice tech even took me back and showed me the tire to reassure me. I dont remember catching the name of the man with the reddish beard at the counter but he assured me I hadn't wasted their time and that the screw had probably worked itself out after not fully puncturing through the tire and told me I didn't owe them a dime with a really genuine smile. Even though I didn't have to purchase anything today, I plan to come back and give my business and remmendations to Marc Yount's with any problems in the future just because how honest and welcoming they were. Thank you for your honest service.

So relieved when I finally discovered this business, after years feeling like I was being ripped off by other repair shops. I trust these guys when they say what my cars need instead of feeling like they're padding the bill. They've worked on two of our vehicles this year and we've been happy with the results and the charges.

I found this place online and decided to give them a try. I’am truly satisfied with the service and the staff is very friendly. I will rerun in the future for any further vehicle repairs when/if needed.

Oct 2024: Excellent customer service!! Phillip was very helpful and reassuring when I came in for what I thought would be a little fix! They took great care of me! August 2025- these guys are phenomenal. The best customer experience I’ve had at any mechanic place and very honest people and genuine work! Ben assisted me this time around when I came in for brakes/rotors and a check up on my AC. I, of course, ran into some unexpected car problems and not only did they communicate with me what was going on and why they needed to fix it, they also tried their best to work with me, and they also got my car out in no time. No question was left unanswered and honestly, for the people who don’t understand cars and their issues, Marc Yount’s crew does a great job breaking it down into terms you can understand better. Great people, great customer service, even better work and prices!

I needed to have my brakes checked out and had made an appointment with another car center, and then I got a call from them that they were going out of business. They recommended “Marc Yount’s Tire Pros” and so I called them. Marc was able to work me in to have them checked the next morning saying that if I needed breaks we could set up an appointment to have them fixed. As it turned out, my brakes were in good shape and I did not have to get them replaced at that time. Mark was very friendly and to the point about the condition of my car and I will gladly go back to him to have further work done on my car as needed. And, the brake check up was free of charge, which was also a pleasant surprise.

They are to honest MR TEAGUE, MR YOUNT an Mr BOTTOMS. I was referred to them by my mechanic this company looked up my tires that were correct for my Porsche Cayenne. Excellent knowledge, customer service, very honest an a clean waiting area to I will be back with my other two cars THANKS AGAIN. 10 July 25 at 1030hrs I approach Mr Phillip about purchasing a battery how about this gentleman said I can bring it in today at 1400hrs. I drop my vehicle off at 1110hrs an around 1300hrs my car was ready. YOUNT family I really appreciate the way your connect with your customers, eye contact is very important I notice a lot that your team never makes people feel dumb by asking questions. So I will continue coming back thanks again for just being kind.

As a female, I’m always intimidated by going to a mechanic. However, Marc Yount’s Tire Pros has always been upfront and honest. They’ve even recommended against maintenance that would’ve easily given them more money. I will not take my cars anywhere else!

I have been using Marc Younts tire pro for about two years now. Wish I had discovered him years ago. I love my new tires. I love that I can go and get them rotated there. I love his maintenance service that he does on my 2015 Hyundai Azera Limited, and I love how he checks my car out. He will alert me to maintenance that really should be done. That is a little out of the ordinary. When he put my tires on, he said you need new front struts. And he was right my car was pulsing and shuttering when I had to do a hard brake on a mountain road in a rain storm. So I got the car back in had that done and a front end alignment and it was all finished within two hours! No waiting for them to get my car straight back to fix it because they actually keep their appointment times! This is highly unusual and service that you will never get in a dealership. The work environment there you can sense when you walk in is very congenial, respectful, and collaborative.. It doesn’t get better than this— incredibly skilled professionals. A spotless front desk area, and waiting room, always on time, always timely in getting work done, Always helpful and pleasant and honest. These are people who take great pride in every aspect of their work and their work environment and in being the best.

I had severely damaged lug keys for a set of wheels that my dealer couldn’t remove and they referred me to Marc. Not only did they get my lugs off, but they also did so without damaging my wheels (genuinely impressive in this case), AND they also stayed after hours to help me get this issue resolved. I will definitely be returning with my future service needs.

I had a nail in my tire and this company not only fixed the tire temporarily with a plug for free, but actually recommended I contact the dealer to see if a replacement would be covered for free and to see if they had one in stock as it would take them a couple days to get a replacement and I was planning a long road trip the end of the week! This was amazing customer service in my eyes. As it turned out, it would have taken the dealer a couple days as well to get the tire….so yes, they earned my business for life that day and the highest recommendations! I was so impressed I of their service I took a picture of their mission statement and posted about them in my social media accounts! This is them, true to heart!
