I went in specifically for a tire rotation. They constantly tried upcharging me and adding more services I did NOT need and already had done. I do not care if it is $20 or $5. If I need something done, I will ask to get it done, I do not need someone to ever nagg me & it seems every MTB location does this. This company will try to scam you out your money. Wouldn’t recommend for simple services!

I recently brought my vehicle to Christian Brothers Automotive after noticing a suspension noise shortly after purchasing the car. From start to finish, Mike and the team here were professional, honest, and incredibly courteous. They diagnosed the issue quickly, clearly explained what was needed, and had the repairs completed in a day. When I picked up the car, it drove beautifully — no noise at all. What truly stood out to me were the thoughtful touches: a thank-you card with candy left on the dash and follow-up calls to make sure everything was running well and that I was satisfied with the service. That level of care and customer attention is rare these days. I genuinely appreciate the professionalism and kindness I received and will absolutely return for future service.

Do not take your car here. Dropped mine off in the early afternoon and was assured it would be done before closing. I asked them if they would complete it before 6 and they said it would be. Got a call 15 minutes before saying they hadn’t looked even at it.Terrible customer service at this place. No accountability.

phenomenal service from this location! I called around 10 AM asking when they would be able to get me in for a full service on my Mazda. They got me an appointment at 11:30 AM and Kenny helped walk me through the process! I came to get an oil change and a tire rotation but they checked my brakes for free and also filled up my windshield wiper fluid free of charge since my light was on! I came back to my car with this sweet goodie bag :) absolutely recommend if you are in the Evans area.

The staff at Christian Brothers Automotive Evans are genuinely kind and professional. What impressed me the most was their transparency — they record a detailed inspection video of my car and send it to me so I can clearly see its condition before any work is done. That level of honesty made me feel completely at ease. I decided to bring my car here after losing trust in another shop I had been going to for years. At that previous place, they made mistakes twice but tried to place the blame on me, assuming I wouldn’t notice because I’m not an expert on cars. After those experiences, I couldn’t go back. At Christian Brothers, it’s the exact opposite. They explain everything clearly, handle repairs with integrity, and keep me informed at every step. It’s such a relief to finally find a shop that works with honesty and skill. I highly recommend this place — especially for anyone who doesn’t know much about cars. You can truly trust them to take care of your vehicle the right way.

I'm extremely picky when it comes to automotive service and maintenance. I do extensive research before I choose to take my vehicles to a new facility. 30 years in automotive will do that to you. I'm elated to share my great experience with Christian Brothers. The job was a huge undertaking and some shops refuse to repair an upper oil pan leak due to the fact the entire drivetrain needs to be lowered from under the vehicle. Christian Brothers and my advisor Mike didn't shy away from this complicated task. Not only was the quote fair and reasonable, the work was completed within 3 days which is all but a miracle. Not to mention the car in question was a 2002 Lexus LS430, not the most fun car to work on. Thank you Mike and the entire staff at Christian Brothers in Evans for making this possible as well as pleasant, considering the challenge.

My experience here was incredible. This faith-driven shop, sets a high standard for honesty and integrity, which can be rare in the auto industry. They were incredibly thorough, communicated every step of the way, and provided the fastest service I’ve ever had. Super transparent, no tricks or hidden fees—just honest, quality work. The shop was clean, welcoming, and smelled great. You can feel their commitment to faith in every interaction. It’s clear they run a no-nonsense, trustworthy business. I won’t go anywhere else now. Where to start. Have taken a couple vehicles here and so has my daughter. At first I thought there prices were fair. But when I was being charged $1200.00 for a $600.00 OEM part and over $900.00 for a 2 hour job. It made me realize I was wrong. I totally understand companies have to have mark up. I do it also. But not 100%. And the labor rate to change the part. I did it in 2 hours. Bleeding the system and all. Please do not get me wrong the employee's were great. And what they did do was good. Basically had diagnostic work done but it was what I told them it was. Anyway I Will use them again for my basic issues. The bigger issues will have be done another way.

First off i want to say the men at shop was very respectful. They greeted me and took care of me asap. For that and fixing the problem they desereve a 5 star. But i gave a 3 star because of two things. First, there was a women that work there at the front desk. I didnt like how she treated my baby. She asked me what his name was and i told her. Then she proceeds to call his name to give him a teddy bear. He did not respond when he heard his name and she then proceeds to say oh he has selective hearing laughing about it then turning to the men behind her trying to get them to laugh with her. However, they didnt react with her and that was the mature thing to do. So i got the teddy bear from her and put it on the table next to us where i left it. I want to say that was very rude and thatvwas the reason why i left the bear. My son is autistic so hes not going to respond like a normal 2year old would. It bothered me and needs to be address by management. No i didnt tell her he was autistic cause it was none of her business and im a professional person. She really didnt have to say anything to my child at all if she was going to be rude. I was reading some of the comments about this business and her name seems to come up alot. May need to move her to the back for another position. As a first time customer i didnt appreciate that. Second, i didnt like how you guys put my car on the lift inspected it without telling me. I dont recall the guy saying yahl was going to do that at the begining. I already knew what was wrong when i came which was my tire stud. Then after yahl inspect dont give me any update. I have to over hear the mechanic talking about my car to the receptionist. I knew he was talking about my car cause i had already knew what else was wrong with my car.. Just out of respect give the customer updates and ask can you put it on the machine for inspection. Im funny about my car cause not everyone is trustworthy. I was literally praying nothing else went wrong after i left. Just so you know what customer i was i drove the ford fussion and came on wednesday 27th. Other than those 2 things you did good and i love the candy. Thanks!

I took my vehicle to Christian Brothers on July 14, 2025, due to an issue w/the front driver side brake/rotor/tire. After completing the diagnostics, Christian Brothers advised me that the vehicle needed new front brakes/rotors on both front sides in addition to the driver side brake hose & caliper needing replaced. Christian Brothers advised me that brake hose, which had to be factory ordered, could not be located anywhere, was on back order & could not give me a date that my vehicle would be repaired & ready for pick-up, hence leaving me to rent a vehicle for 18 days. After waiting thirteen business days & still no word from Christian Brothers regarding the brake hose, I looked for the part myself & amazingly found the brake hose in ONE day at a Jeep Dealership in Florida. I ordered the part & personally delivered it to Christian Brothers. After $1400.00 + later and thinking my vehicle was repaired properly, I had to take my vehicle back to them not two days later as my vehicle was still pulling to the right. They advised me that there was nothing wrong with the right side & advised me I needed new tires. Fast forward to August 20th, the right-side tire area began smoking while I was stopped at a traffic light. I immediately took the vehicle back to Christian Brothers, who once again advised that there appeared to be nothing wrong with the right side. They were wrong. My vehicle was diagnosed by another mechanic who advised that the caliper and brake hose on the right side needed replaced. Take aways from my experience w/Christian Brothers are as follows: Christian Brothers DID NOT diligently search for the left side brake hose. Christian Brothers DID NOT diligently diagnose the right side of my vehicle after being aware there was still a problem on more than one occasion. Christian Brothers DID NOT offer me a factory warranty on the left brake hose simply because the sale did not go through them. Christian Brothers needs to be more concerned with what happens under the hood of your vehicle & fixing it properly and less about giving you candy and cookies while you are there. Being superficial only goes so far.

Very great service here. The workers are all so friendly and helpful. I called close to closing time and got an appointment for the next morning. After they opened they immediately started working I. My car and the turn around was the same day! They are very efficient. The day after driving my car they called to check up on me to make sure everything was running smoothly. Highly recommend taking your car here for quality service!

Worse Automotive shop i have experienced. I took my vehicle there for leak inspection and electrical issues. They said it will cost $379 total for the full inspection. I personally informed Kristi (Customerseevice agent i am assuming) that the head gasket of the engine was replaced by Bavarian motors in Enterprise AL.(Best mechanic shop in the area). I received a text the next day saying I needed a new alternator (which I already knew), and it would cost me $1600 just to replace the alternator, a total of $2000 +. I called the shop a man answer, he said there was no leak on the vehicle. When I went there to take my vehicle "Kristi" said the full inspection was not done yet and they needed to change the alternator to complete it and verify the oil leak . Two people two versions of the story . I decided to take my vehicle anyway, She try to convince me otherwise. I was still charged $379 for the undone service. I see that it is a trend for that business to scam customers. There was an oil change reminder date from 2022 in my car and they tried to say the vehicle did not have an oil change since then, but there's no engine oil service request showing on the dashboard. Avoid that place!

Went to have my brakes inspected there yesterday, and they were incredibly helpful. They explained what needs to be done and briefed me on knowledge that I myself didn’t know about the brakes despite my knowledge on vehicles and my passion of learning how to work on them! Even though the price point was beyond my means and I couldn’t have the service done at the time, I still think I’ll return for other repairs that I may not be able to work on myself!

From the moment I walked in until the moment I left, the staff reminded me of the many reasons I have trusted Christian Brothers ever since 2016. They were very knowledgeable and fully explained the work to be performed as well as the potential issues they could encounter. The staff kept me apprised of my vehicle's status while I comfortably worked in the waiting area. It is always nice having the ability to remain productive with my job while they performed the necessary repairs and servicing. One major reason I trust CB is the fact that they are usually much more wallet friendly than other repair shops and ESPECIALLY more so than the actual dealer. I literally saved $200 on my service work. Thanks Christian Brothers! Always my "Go-To", whether in Charlotte, NC; Fort Mill; SC, Evans, GA or Riverview, FL.

I'm away from home on a road trip and needed to get help with my car after some mechanical issues. I found Christian Brothers Auto via Google maps, inquired and they were able to help me same day. Not only was the place clean and neat, but they have baked cookies in the waiting room and put a little care package of sweet treats in my car when they gave it back to me 2 hrs later. Kenny at the counter was incredibly helpful and they used great tech to keep you updated on your phone while you wait! What a great experience! I wish I lived in the area I'd use them again for all my car servicing!

I’m 73 years old. I’ve been driving for over 50 years. Christian Brothers is by far the best (only) car repair shop I will use. Professional. Informative. They video each step and email so that you have clear understanding of everything they are doing.

I've had nothing but good experiences at CB. Always been able to schedule maintenance when I needed it and when I needed major repairs they got me in immediately. They do a free inspection which is helpful and let you know what regular maintenance is coming up so you are prepared. They always follow up afterwards to make sure you were satisfied. Highly recommend and will continue to use them in the future.

Had a pleasure of bringing my car here after multiple fail attempts to figure out the problem with other dealerships Usually others say it’s fine and will not hold it but they stayed at it for 3 days and finally figured out the problem . They didn’t give up on her and it made me happy Not only are they able to text during the day on the status on my car and what they found but they fixed it also. I can’t think them enough , down to the customer service , the tech taking picuree , to being able to approve work via phone . The technology at this place make taking my car there so smooth and I will be back. Also they left me chocolate lol

I went to CBA for a wheel alignment and was impressed with the quality of service they provided. Fresh baked cookies and comfortable couches to relax while waiting. They were kind enough to let my dog wait with me and even gave him a treat. While I waited, I received videos and updates of my service being performed. They also did a free inspection. The people were very helpful and kind. I liked the Christian music playing in the background. As if all of that wasn't enough, they pulled the car up for me and left a goody bag of treats with a thank you note. That is top notch service and I highly recommend. It was worth the drive. I wish they had a center in north augusta.

I am always seeking out trustworthy, knowledgeable service centers, so I figured I would start by having this establishment perform a tire rotation. I really like the scheduling system - easy to pick a date and time, and I appreciated the reminders leading up to my appointment. When I arrived, Mike greeted me, coordinated getting my truck in the bay, and explained the work being done. I was out within 30 minutes. The prices are very reasonable. Overall, it was a great experience. I will definitely keep Christian Brothers in mind if I need mechanical work done in the future.

I have been using Christian Brothers to service my car and my wife's. I highly recommend this business for any one. First thing that caught my attention was they quoted me the exact amount I will pay for the oil change on my 2016 Lexus LS 460. This amount is what I paid w/o any surprise fees added to the bill, I can not say the same about other places, I used in the past. I always select the first appointment at 8 am. The car is driven to the shop within 5 minutes from my arrival. The gentlemen at the front desk greets be and offer me a bottle of water and a cookie, and goes with me over the service to be performed. Before the service is done they text my cell phone a link to a check report about all aspects of the car including conditions and amount of different fluids and filters. The report includes photos of the items discussed. This is the first time I see such a detailed check report. In the past other facilities will list that they performed a courtesy check and found nothing. This report really impress me and for reference I am a mechanical engineer. They finished the service with 50 minutes and after paying the bill the technician brought the car to the front door, a very nice gesture. Even better they leave a small bag of chocolate with their business card in the car which I always enjoy. I have been recommending this business to all my friends when they ask for a recommendation to service their cars.

I was absolutely blown away by the hospitality I received from Miss Kristi. She was very helpful in assisting me with my Jeep. Communication is key for me & she made sure to keep me informed and helped me in every way possible. Cody was the technician assigned to my Jeep. He found the problem & had it fixed for me in 3 days. (I have personally not found a shop that had my vehicle in & out that quick!) My Jeep is running amazingly, probably better than it did before. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone! They’re so helpful 🙌🏼❤️
